Personel at the reception is very kind. Rooms are modern, very clean and confortable.

The restaurant menu could have more variety of choice. The location is pleasant but far from the city by walk and there are not other choices for dinner around.

Everybody was very nice, great services, awesome breakfast. The room was big and quite, even though the highway was right next to the hotel. Parking with a lot of spots, at a very good price also (at least compared to other hotels). And in the lobby, they have a small shop with all the essentials (from snacks to toothbrush and phone chargers).

The room could have been a little more clean. The carpet had some chips or something on it and in the shower there were some spots of mold.

Situated in a quiet area of Leiden, the Hilton Garden Inn will ensure that you have a great night's sleep and a relaxing stay overall. The buffet breakfast is superb, you have a choice of continental breakfast or cooked breakfast and some nice sweet treats for dessert. The staff is friendly and tries its best to help you out.

The music in the dining room during breakfast was too loud for my morning routine, to the point that it became annoying. Also, the bar is very limited in terms of drinks choice and doesn't have a bartender constantly stationed at the bar... You have to wait for quite some time until the bartender/waiter emerges from the back room and notices that you were there waiting. I expected a better bar experience from Hilton. But these are very trivial issues, the hotel is great overall!

Great Breakfast, Very friendly staff.

The facility was very secure and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

There were a few times that when using the lobby's washroom that we found it unclean and rather unkept. Toilet paper was out and the waist baskets were full. This happened Saturday morning while dinning and when we came back in the evening for dinner, they had still not been attended to. Not a fan of having to pay for drinking water for meals and there wasn't a water fountain anywhere in the building.

Large rooms are equipped with a mini fridge which is nice to have.

Oh no, oh dear- They have recently changed their furnishings and removed the carpet and mahogany desks to a very cheap looking and not comfortable at all wood flooring and really nasty interior wooden desk, and a strange wooden frame around a wall mounted TV! - this is a major backwards step in the design of the rooms- they used to be cosey and comfortable- now they are cheap looking and really not worth the money anymore- real shame- but whoever re-designed to room- needs to be sacked! Please go back to what you had as this really has ruined the Hilton.

We wanted to have breakfast in the city center of Delft, but I suggest accepting the offer and have it within in the hotel. The prices in Delft are extremely high. You definitely get more for a better price in the hotel. I traveled with my mother, but instead of a king-size bed, it was a smaller than queen's one. We asked for a solution and the hotel introduced a second small bed, which was really comfortable.

If you do not have your own car, I would recommend this hotel, it is in the nowhere. But, nothing negative about the hotel.

Great breakfast choice and chef will cook you eggs how you like them and he will do you an omelette with fillings of your choice. I like that there is a 24 hour shop for drinks and snacks and a fridge in the room to store them. We had our 6 year old son with us. I loved that there was a playground and also inside there was a children's corner with plenty of toys to keep them occupied so everyone is happy. You can relax and chat with a drink whilst your child/children are happy and safely playing. It is easy to get around Leiden and to and from this hotel by bus which is free for kids and just 2.5 euros per adult. If you wish to visit the museum next door you can get discounted tickets vis this hotel.

Although the breakfast is amazing the food you expect to be hot bacon, sausage, beans etc is actually cold. We had 2 evening meals here. The food is great but over priced. I guess this is to be expected though. My partner and I each had a tuna pizza and our son had a cheese burger with fries and an apple juice. This was 61 euros.

This is a good place to stay with your dog. Indeed, there were quite a few dogs at the hotel when we stayed. They charge only 50 euros as a cleaning fee for your pet for the entire stay. Located just outside Leiden, there are green areas around for walks.

The little fridge in our room didn't work (which we needed for dog food). This was not possible to resolve during our stay.

Room was clean, temperature was fine but controlling it was not easy. Very nice breakfast with many options.

Expensive compulsory parking fee (no street parking in the area) @ 17,50 per night, bike rental 19,50 per day. Most of the staff did not speak Dutch. Taking the stairs to your room is not possible, but you only notice this when you are at the floor where your room is (the door doesn't open).
