Holiday Inn was not yet open but I was transferred to the Ibis who were very helpful. The hotel was very clean the staff excellent and the food they were able to offer good. The hotel was in an ideal location for terminal 2 just a few minutes walk.

We stayed here due to a cancelled flight, so we booked very last minute and didn't arrive until gone 9pm. The staff were so efficient in checking us in, which was appreciated since we were with our very young children; the room was already well prepared for our needs, and when we requested additional items this was met quickly and by friendly staff. The room was extremely comfortable, clean and with very modern furnishings and accessories (I particularly liked the great shower controls!). Breakfast was superb too, and catered to our needs of vegetarian items and an egg allergy.

There was nothing I didn't like about this.

Everything was perfect. I asked for a quiet room with double bed and it was provided. Comfortable bed, tea making facilities in room, bottled water, good number of channels on TV, excellent shower, fluffy towels, message left if I forgot toiletries to let reception know and they would provide. Location at T2 enabled me to access departures easily. Breakfast was EXCELLENT! I asked the Chef to cook me two well done fried eggs. He took great care to cook them to perfection and they were the best I have ever eaten. Staff friendly and accommodating to my every need.

Lift was complicated to use and reception staff need to explain upon arrival. A number of people boarding lift used their keys to operate but instead lift stopped altogether. I used stairs during my stay despite on 4th floor. Would be more difficult for a less able bodied person to do that.

A stone throw from terminal 2 and you do not hear a thing! No planes, no traffic - perfect to get a decent night sleep before an early flight. Overall, immaculately clean, room, facilities, lobby, everything! The room was spacious and had a big sofa bad in addition to the double bed. A fantastic rain shower & lovely toiletries, really good quality. Great arrangement & variety of lights and plugs throughout the room, making it adjustable for working & relaxing. It was also a very nice touch that the in room tea & coffee facilities included hot chocolate. The lobby has a Starbucks niche with their basic products, nice for a quick break or catch up.

It would have been great to have an actual physical room service menu rather than just digital for inclusitivity of all ages & abilities of guests.

Absolutely excellent. Really clean and the shower was amazing. Located within a stone’s throw of T2, it has an ideal location for travelling.

The only thing which slightly impacted our (already short) stay was an hour delay at check in. First we were told this was due to housekeeping, then that they had been overrun by guests transferring from the Radisson Blu due to an issue they were having. If you want an early check in, they will happily charge extra for this. I feel that if they make you wait, you should be offered a refund. We had already paid over £200 for our stay of one night, so being late in to our room was a disappointment.

perfect location for us in that we could walk from our flight back from Split to spend a quiet night before we flew out for our flight to Australia early the next morning. We had both breakfast and dinner included in our rate and it was just so convenient. Our check in was smooth - we loved the lady at reception and i hope i got her name right - from memory - Lesley (auburn haired lady) - just so lovely.

Staff at breakfast slow in cleaning up after people, only a few eating yet dishes piled on tables. Having experienced the efficiency of the clean up staff in our hotel in Portugal we could see the difference. Busy chatting to one another not cleaning up.

Very close to terminal 2. Room was spacious, was given a room with 2 singles in it also had a chair and little table in. Still plenty of room around the beds. Room was equipped with a kettle and tv. Bathroom was clean and modern. Staff were all lovely and helpful. room service was great, meals were hot on arrival and the app used to order was easy.

Cannot find any faults other than I drink lots of tea so kept running out of milk the staff always gave me extra milk when I asked just felt bad that I had to keep bugging them

Room was comfortable and spacious . Hotel was easy to get to and had a great atmosphere. Ate in the Turkish restaurant and the food and staff was excellent, had to wait a while for a booked table but it was worth the wait food arrived quickly once we had ordered.

Couple of moans in the room, two bins hadnt been cleaned out one had wet tea bag stains still in it and the bathroom bin still had tissue in from last occupant. We were a party of 2 but there was only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel but all in all a pleasent stay.

The design and finish of the room was outstanding, so my brief stay was exceptionally comfortable. I was allowed an early check in which was very useful. Compliments to the check in staff (Magda) who was very professional and helpful. Travelling by train there is good connections to/from the hotel and airport, although some walking is involved. I didn't use the public areas or have breakfast, so can't comment on those aspects. Overall, a very good experience and good value and I wouldn't hesitate to use again.

The best Holiday Inn I've stayed in. Staff at the hotel reception were brilliant. Really nice, down to earth, chatty and kind. Went above and beyond. Room was lovely, stayed in a premium room and it was beautiful. A great way to start our holiday. Staff decorated the room as we were celebrating 3 birthdays while we were there and made it really special.

Staff in the restaurant were not as friendly and the service was quite slow and not attentive. We had to ask for things a number of times.
