This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways! I would highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Kuwait to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Kuwait. The spacious rooms, friendly staff, and prime location make it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. The overall experience exceeded expectations and felt closer to a 5-star hotel. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Kuwait. Spacious & Clean Rooms: My room was large, very clean, and had a comfortable bed, ensuring a restful stay. Efficient Check-In: Arrival, valet parking, and check-in were quick and hassle-free. Friendly & Helpful Staff: The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. Convenient Location: Being directly connected to The Avenues mall offered endless shopping and dining options right at my doorstep. I didn't even need to use the hotel restaurant! Valet Parking Available: A helpful amenity for those who prefer not to worry about parking.

I recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Kuwait and had a mixed experience. There were several aspects of the hotel that were quite good. The location is absolutely perfect, situated inside the Avenues Mall and conveniently near the airport, making it easy to access shopping and travel amenities. The room size was very good, providing ample space to move around comfortably. Additionally, the room service was prompt and efficient, which I appreciated.

However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The room itself did not feel luxurious; the furnishings, such as the sofa, seemed old and worn. Additionally, the lighting in the room was not adequate, making it feel dim and less welcoming. The most frustrating part of my stay was the check-in process. The reception staff initially told me it would take 10 minutes to get my room key, but I ended up waiting over 30 minutes and felt like they had forgotten about me.

It’s close to the Avenues, which is an easy way to stay in Kuwait and it was so convenient

They informed me that my room would be available later than expected, which I understood. However, I ended up receiving my room much later than anticipated—I arrived at 9 AM, but was only given my room at 4 PM, which is quite late. Additionally, the housekeeping service also came late to clean the room. I had to stay out of my room and repeatedly go up and down to speak with the reception.

Located in the Avenues Mall, Hilton Garden got to be your distention to stay in Kuwait. Direct access to the mall, spacious rooms, modern furnitures, and great pool. The staff were super friendly and nice throughout the hotel. Valet parking available on premise. Super convenient for family!

The traffics around that area was insane!! Getting to the hotel could take forever, but leaving is much easier, right around the corner from the is the highway. It’s worth mentioning that we were visiting during February, the busiest time in Kuwait.

I liked everything about the room, it was spacious, clean, well designed and confrtoble.

The staff, location and the food in room survese. The staff were always looking busy even though there were no gusts with them and they make you feel unable to ask more for information and they weren't professional enough. Location, i booked it so I can go to the avenues mall easily, but if i want to leave or come to the hotel by car, it would be a trip, because of the heavy traffic. Room service food was tastless and didn't reach to its price.

Very easy to enter the Avenues Mall. Comfortable rooms and even room has a small kitchen with microwave. couch also comfortable to sleep. In one room you can stay up to 4 person. front desk helped us to check in earlier. we will definitely stay there again next time.

it is very crowded being of a popular stop for accommodation but noise is not made any problem to us. the view from the room was bad. we could see only industrial area.

Location is the best. Lobby is active all day and night. connected to the Biggest Mall.

Unclear reservation options. I booked 2 rooms for 3 with guests with breakfast included. when reach the hotel, they said booking is only for 1 for each room. it happened twice :). I paid the difference; I can't believe I selected wrong option. Confirmation Email and Price said that. Advise: Double check your selected option and screenshot to confirm your reservations.

Location is perfect , all staff are friendly and helpful whether front desk, restaurant, room services, security, concierge etc.. I would like to thank Mr. Ravi I enjoyed our conversation. The food is great also. Not to mention the easy access to the Avenues. All in all I had a pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again. Thanks a lot

Due to Ramadan, I am guessing the breakfast was relocated to a smaller space with reduced options but was satisfactory. The staff were very very accommodating to my 4 year old daughter, entertaining her and making it a safe space. Of course, the location / mall access is very convenient.

I had friends visiting me in the hotel and the valet was charging them for parking their cars (apparently only one car per room allowed) which is very strange since there isn't any other option to park other than inside the mall. Also, the room rate is a little steep for being off-season and Ramadan.

The location, facilities, service and price. I would like to also highlight how professional the staff were. Special thanks to Ravi (breakfast team) for all his services, he treated us with high professionalism and always had a smile on his face. Also, he prepares amazing tea (highly recommend).
