Location, food, staff at all facilities except front desk

Front desk personnel, almost all seats around the main pool are dedicated/reserved/not free. A lot of rocks across the beach

Everything! The staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean and all the facilities were great.

Not all the chair in the pool are free to use, and people just save themself from the early morning the chairs that are free without being there at all. We came as soon as the opened and still had to sit in the back because there is no enforcement on saves sit.

Breakfast buffet at Spice was wonderful- the Eggs Benedict was PERFECT every morning!

The only thing that was a little annoying was the bathroom light that appeared to be on a 5-10 second timer. I’d be trying to do my makeup and would have to move around to tell the motion sensor Ed light that I was still there! Otherwise no complaints!

I loved how friendly and accommodating the staff was. The resort is beautiful and every restaurant was delicious. They had so many options to choose from for breakfast which I really appreciated because not everyone wants the typical eggs, bacon, and pancakes that some places have. The drinks were also so good and not watered down which I appreciated. They even fill up your tumbler if you bring your own. We loved everything about our room. It was very spacious and relaxing and I loved how we also had a hammock on the balcony. Every single day we had a fun activity to pick from. I did yoga one morning which was so relaxing and challenging. They had a foam party, a salsa lesson, a silent party, and karaoke that we enjoyed so much. There were several staff members who were just phenomenal. Marco & Alejandro were so nice at check-in and assisting us with knowing where everything was in the resort. Kevin & Angel were awesome at Pelicans. Sergio at breakfast at Spice was so so sweet. Julio & Adan were also so amazing at the private beachfront dinner that I booked. Also, Suheim Nuñez was awesome in assisting me in reserving our beachfront dinner.

We only had one negative encounter with a staff member when we had dinner at Ma Petrona. He seemed to be having a bad day and was rude and snappy while serving us. He definitely did not give off the same vibe as all the other staff did.

Everything was great! The hotel is very chic, and the room has a wonderful design! The staff was professional, helpful, and courteous! A lot of food options! A lot of entertainment including pool parties around noon, and various live shows in the evening, including a silent party which was very interesting. They also offer a free COVID test (maybe free on longer stays, not sure) which is very convenient. Having said that, we stayed at Atelier Playa Mujeres just before coming here, and although Hilton was fantastic, if I decide to go back one day, I will choose Atelier Playa Mujeres. The food had a slightly higher quality there, the hotel is relatively newly built and it shows in the facilities, and it is less crowded! Overall, for a more relaxing stay, Atelier is slightly better, for a more active and lively experience Hilton is probably superior.

Amazing bedroom right on the seafront. Very polite and accommodating staff! Great facilities and food was phenomenal in all restaurants!

Our only couple of comments would be that our bedroom smelt a little musty upon arrival and it wasn’t ready when we arrived (after check in time!). The other comment would be that the music was way too loud around the pool and started too early in the morning.

Clean, well-designed hotel with lots of staff. Wherever you are, you'll be offered drinks and there's plenty of food options with several restaurants and snack bars

Staff was consistently unfriendly, felt like they just want to get things done quickly. The food was mediocre (one evening we even booked an extra 200$ haute cuisine dinner and it was barely enjoyable, not exaggerating...). AC cools down all hotel areas like restaurants a lot (why travel to hot Mexico when it's cold everywhere??). No fresh juices, just syrup. Events are repetitive even after just a few days.

This was my Third time staying at this resort. It honestly get better every time. The rooms are beautiful. The staff went above & beyond to meet our needs. the food & drink were delicious. we will defiantly be going back

The resort closed @ 1030pm you are unable to get any drinks after that time. we also had to pay for certain thing that were part of the all inclusive package previously I.E house champagne. in my previous stay we were allowed 1 bottle per day now its a charge.

this is an excellent hotel in a good location. the property is large and scenic - excellent facilities - pool, gym and the spa is excellent. great activities daily from the entertainment team. Plenty to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner with good options. special mention samantha ( manager), jose ( catering) for looking after us on our special occasion.

high price for hiring cabana's by the poolside

Food and drinks really nice. Really enjoyed everything.

You have to pay for a lot of “extras”. Like the cabanas by the pool (always full). And the beach is not the most beautiful one, but it’s ok.
