Out side is very beautiful, well maintained, beautiful atmosphere, and colorful mobile box homes with nice pool. Staff was nice. Great breakfast. Free drinking water in the common kitchen. Washer and dryer facilities. Beds were comfortable, spacious bathroom. 4 beds (including a bunk bed). AC working well. Easily found from the main road due to big board with their name. Price was great!

Room was kind of basic, small, only fits the beds. No space for any table. The floor of the rooms are not good and feels dirty. Okay for one or two night stay.

Facilities, rooms are spacious and there was a microwave and extra sink in the room to prepare food.

The sink in the bathroom started leaking water in the evening we arrived, however this was fixed the next day. The toilet always had water around it, not sure if it was leaking as well or of the water was from the leaking sink. Although this part of town is really nice, it's about 20 min walk from Tulum city centre. Bike hire at hotel was 300 pesos/day so you have to calculate in the extra cost or walk. Cheaper bike hires are available in the city.

the whole complex had nice and relaxing vibes to it. we loved the colourful container rooms. beds were spacious and comfortable, room and bathroom clean, windows had mosquito nets, wifi was good, there was ac in the room, there was free parking in front of the hotel. we liked the location, however if you dont have your own car it might not be the best option for you (10 min car drive to Tulum). communal kitchen with fridge. pool that we didnt use. gated hotel with security. we felt very safe there.

not enough hooks in the room to hang your wet swimsuits/towels. containers are not sound proof, so you can hear people in the adjacent container. breakfast was plentiful but way too sweet for us (very sugary cereals)

best hostel I have been in. Super clean, very cute, private, great facilities (kitchen could 100% use a couple things like a nice, maybe a hot plate and a pan- only 2 plates/2old warped bowls/2 utensils). they provide purified water. Pool & loungers are fantastic. I will be back and will be bringing my tween son.

a little ways from town so getting food was a little process, they are only serving breakfast currently which is fruit/toast/coffee/juice. also hardly anyone there wasn’t much of a hostel get to know people-which was fine and I loved it I just didn’t expect that. I’m guessing there were only a few people there at the same time as me.

nice colorful boxes with air con, bathroom and comfy beds inside. the breakfast is quite good. there is a pool. From the Tulum center you can take a Mayab/Oriente bus with A/C or a colectivo to the hostel. Next to the hostel are a minimarket, a simple authentic restaurant and a mid-range restaurant.

the wifi is not so good in the sleeping room and in the breakfast area. Wifi repeater would solve it. there are no toilet brushes. unfortunately there is no cooking area, which is very untypical for a hostel. Just 2-4 cooking plates and some cutlery and plates would be sufficient. The noise of the cars on the federal road is noticable. i did not understand why the prices for an additional night went up as the demand was low.

We found the bedroom was lacking a few things that would have made our stay much better, like a small table and bedside lamps. Also we were surprised to get fresh towels with big red stains. Finally we found the breakfast offer not great. Everyday the exact same thing, it gets a bit tiring after a few days.

Super close to Dos Ojos Cenote park. Breakfast included. I could turn AC on whenever I was in the room.There is hot water for shower.

The shower water is salty. Once I saw a big cockroach in the room, hopefully it's not a usual case tho. The kitchen is nearly empty: no pans or other cookingware.

I like the seclusion of the property, away from overrated Tulum, but close to Akumal for early swim snorkeling. Ample parking. Wonderful staff.

Some people may find the location difficult if they are not driving. The door is sometimes difficult to lock. It requires some attempts with the key

I loved the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. Great value for money. Great locations for diving the cenotes. Easy to jump on a collectivo into town

I was pleasantly surprised by the staff. I was a bit confused when I came and wasn't sure what to do and he was so friendly and patient which really helped me. It felt very supportive and kind. I really needed that that day and am very happy I decided to stay there. I had the entire cabin just for myself, which was pretty nice. I recommend this place!
