It was fine. Nothing outstanding but I found it was a good place to rest in the evening. Great location - just off the main square. So it was basically no longer than a 10 minute walk to most places in the town centre. Room was comfortable - air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Bed was medium/firm which is exactly how I like it. Pool was small but nice to take a quick dip in to cool off. Staff were friendly

On the weekends there is a bar nearby so and you could hear the music quite clearly and it was loud at times. My room was slightly further away and had other rooms in between but I imagine if I was any closer it might be difficult to sleep.

The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, reflecting excellent attention to cleanliness. Its central location was perfect, with key attractions just a short walk away. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and helpfulness of the entire team. Highly recommended!

The location is perfect: only a block and a half from the main square, and with a free parking lot right across the street. I felt very comfortable leaving my car there for my entire stay, and walking to all the things I wanted to see. The staff was very warm and welcoming, very helpful as well. The room was beautifully clean and quiet.

I had to walk through the pool area in order to reach my room, and there was usually a lot of water on the floor around the pool. It made it very slippery and I was a little nervous about it. But it was a very small thing, compared to all the positive things!

Hotel is in an excellent location right near the main square and very easily walkable to the central ADO station. Just two blocks away from the cenote as well which was great on a sweltering day! Room was clean and the fan & AC worked well.

It was a very small room for three adults and the window gave on to a shaded corridoor (with closed blinds for privacy) so it was always very dark.

The staff here is great, they really went above and beyond to help me. They're friendly and make you feel very welcome. The bed was comfortable and the ac was good. The building is a bit older but it was clean and a nice place to stay during my trip to Valladolid.

The property was so cute and true to its Colonial architecture. It was in the perfect location: so close to the plaza and restaurants and stores. The pool was a major plus for anyone that has kids and to cool off on the hot hot days of Yucatan.

Beautiful hotel. Perfect location, seconds from main square. Free parking opposite, which was very safe. Nice little pool. Lovely big bed. Bathroom okay.

Everything was as described. It would be nice to have a fridge in the room (though I didn't expect one).

There was a light turning on and off at night outside the room, which was a bit annoying. Also, the property has a pool, which is great, but it was not very clean, which made me think twice if I want to get in it.

The location of the hotel is perfect, it sits right at the main square of Valladolid. The staff was very helpful, we arrived pretty early in the morning (before 7) and they let us leave our baggage in a locker until we came back in the afternoon to check in. The rooms were nice and clean. The bed was comfortable, towels were provided for us. There was a pool at the hotel. Staff helped us call a taxi by giving us a trusted phone number.

The locker was in a nightstand next to the bed, but when I opened the nightstand there was a spider web in it and I couldn't open the locker at all, it was stuck. I had to leave the water running in the shower for a long time to get some hot water and the ventillation of the bathroom was not very good, after showering it felt very humid for a long time. The TV was only able to broadcast one channel, the rest just didn't work. The room wasn't that quiet, you could hear the other guests from the hallway and the pool area. Also, in the morning the birds were very loud, but that's not the hotel's fault.

Big and comfortable bed, great air-conditioning, cute pool for a quick refreshment, great central location, very clean (daily cleaning), friendly staff.

Shower rarely had hot water until we got the trick to get it. (turn in on, back off, back on and wait)
