Stayed here as a family of 4 in the Superior Standard Room. It's a spacious and comfortable room with a small balcony overlooking the courtyard/pool area. The hotel itself is really nice, plenty of open space and quiet. It's located right in the middle of town and walkable to everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and there's a bar & restaurant there too. We didn't eat anything but the drinks were good. Wifi and AC worked well. We'd definitely come again.

I would have liked a couple of chairs on the balcony, and a couple of extra towels.

The hotel is very well located, in a beautiful building. it has a nice atrium with a swimming pool and garden. It also has a very convenient parking. Our room was big and comfortable

Impossible to call reception using the phone in the room Seems better to order breakfast on site, rather than to take a room with breakfast included The staff in restaurant and front desk do their job, but there is no hospitality culture For some reason, juice, coffee and tea is included in the breakfast, but water is extra Given all the strengths, little is needed to turn this place into a real gem.

Fantastic location - big comfortable rooms. Ours had a lovely view of the church. Nice pool. Good car park

For a higher end hotel it was a little unusual you needed to hand in a paper voucher for breakfast and couldn’t charge drinks at the pool to the room ( not a problem once we knew we had to bring a card with us but a tedious trip back to the room the first time)there were only 6 sun beds by the pool one of which was broken so very hard to get one.

Beautifully designed property, airy spaces, great decor, lovely outdoor spaces and large bedrooms. The location is great just around the corner from the main square. Friendly staff, great breakfast (not included in room rate). We really enjoyed our stay here enabling us to see Chichén Itzá and some of the amazing cenotes with ease and escape back to the haven of the hotel in the August heat!

We stayed for three nights at beautiful Valladolid… fact that we chose Real Hispano was worth it … great decor and amazing design and ambience… the location was fantastic. Right in the middle of the heart of the town. The staff were very very helpful and cooperative. Big shoutout to Celeste. We can’t wait to be back .

Beautiful colonial building (an old school I heard from a taxidriver) nice pool in the middle which We used for a day. Completly new when We booked it so there was no reviews. great price and superexcellent bathrooms.

This place has great potential. i would have really liked some information about the hotel, the story behind. Noone of the staff spoke english. We got looked out on the balcony but luckily We stayed on groundfloor (othervise We would still be there since there was no people and our room faced a wall) Breakfast was the best We had in Mexico.

The staff were fantastic and the room was quiet for the center of town for a good night's sleep. It was a good location to be able to go and see everything of interest . It felt like a good value and the place was very clean and well kept. We stayed there on 2 consecutive weekends because we liked it so much.

The 1st weekend we stayed in an executive suite which had a bigger bathroom and room. On the 2nd weekend we took a double room without a microwave and a smaller bathroom. I like the big room as it felt more posh. So I would definitely recommend getting the bigger room with the better amenities

Location was excellent, right by the central square. An oasis in a noisy and busy town. Communal areas pleasant and tranquil. Pool small but clean and used by many, plenty of seating around. Nice bar, attentive staff. Big restaurant area but no one seemed to be using it. Breakfast very little choice, not the best, coffee tasteless and lukewarm. Close to restaurants and local supermarket/shops. The car parking is easy once you find the entrance. The satnav takes you to front of the property, take the road just before C37, parking entrance on right. Not many spaces.

It’s rated as 5* but it doesn’t quite match. No tea/coffee facilities in room. Breakfast poor selection, cold coffee, poor quality
