everything went smoothly with our stay here. we felt safe and the staff were accommodating and friendly. rooms are cleaned daily but you can opt out of this by placing a card given to you on the bed. the pool was small but fun, and since the hotel is small we often had it to ourselves. we were able to drop our bags to the hotel early, and they were kept behind the desk where a member of staff was sat, so seemed relatively safe. the location was great, just a short walk to the main square, lots of restaurants, and even a cenote!

the wifi could be patchy, and the water pressure was poor.

The pool was good. Location fine. Only had one full day there when we went to Chichen Itza but the hotel was great, no problems. Lovely helpful lady who got me some extra water so I wouldn’t have to go out after being poorly, much appreciated.

It just took a while to check in, maybe just a one off but there weren’t always staff on the desk and maybe an extra one to call on would have been nice to avoid having to have people waiting. Another suggestion would be to take the example of Barrio Latino in Playa del Carmen who didn’t even ask for money on arrival which was so appreciated after a long journey with bags. They just gave us the key and said pay in the morning. Brilliant!!

Very comfortable room in a good location at a very affordable price. Quality furnishings and a comfortable bed were the highlights. The bathroom was clean and had the basics. The hotel is a short walk from the town square and its not too much further to the bus station. Checking was easy and the staff were very helpful with Wifi instructions and answering questions about the town.

The hotel is locked during the night, but I they did not provide this sort of information. For those unfamiliar with Mexico it might be surprise that you have to knock to have the night porter let you in.

Great location, very close to city center. The room was clean, well-equipped and convenient. There is a pool which is also great.

Only 2 negative things: They provided the price for the accomodation in USD but they only accepted to pay in MXN (not in USD) and they used a very bad exchange rate, I think it is not fare. They charge 90 MXN for parking. Except for these, the accomodation is greeat.

The check-in and check-out were easy. We were able to go to an ATM to get cash to pay when we arrived, and they let us put our bags in the hotel room first. The place is charming and well-located, the rooms are good.

Not a lot to say here. Some of the facilities were a bit old, but we expected that. The person working at night was a bit hard to deal with at times, but that was not a huge issue.

Very interesting decor - feels like a boutique hotel. Excellent location - It's very close to the public square, Cenote Zaci, ADO Bus Station,etc., so it is very convenient to explore what Valladolid has to offer.

The room felt a bit smaller than I was expecting from the pictures. A room with a bit more space would be nice, if available.

The reception during the day was great. At night, the man didn't understand English and we missed being able to park in the lot due to the miscommunication. The decor is charming. Beds comfortable. Air conditioner works great.

There was a noisy drunk man play very loud music, but only for one song before he stopped. I miss washcloths!

We stayed here only to travel to Chichen Itza. The place was fine, quite beautiful on the inside. The location is quite close to everything and you can just walk around. The reception was very helpful when our car battery emptied and sorted it all out for us. All in all a nice experience.

Great location, beautiful mexican style hotel with comfy rooms a couple of blocks away from the main plaza.

While it is great that the place has parking, it is closed with a chain but it does not fully protect. I would love it if there was an actual gate.
