The hotel was very convenient to the town square. Our room had a patio overlooking the pool. This was a great place to do some bird-watching while I drank my tea in the morning. The staff was very helpful in getting me hot water for my tea in the morning. I was interrupting their set-up work for breakfast so I made sure to tip them for the extra effort. We paid for the breakfast package and it was worth the money. The staff was extremely helpful when I screwed up my transportation to Chiquila. Thank you!
Needed to ask for a blanket. We didn’t notice the first night but when we asked in the morning, they made up the bed with a blanket.

Nice and small hotel in walking distance to the city center with the basilica. Also very close to many restaurants. Cenote Zaci is only a few hundred meters away. Calm backyard, so no noise at night. Small terrace in front of the room with garden and pool access. Fast and stable internet, working TV, good and quiet aircon and ceiling fan. Fridge in the room and daily 2 bottles of drinking water. 1 hour drive to Chichen Itza, Ek Balam or Coba. The front desk is helpful in organizing day trips or taxis. Friendly cleaning personal.
Sunbeds at the pool are in a bad condition.

The room came with a minifridge, and it was fantastic to get a cold water after a long day in the Mexican sun (we have since been to 2 other hotels/B&Bs that did not offer minifridges). The staff were always available and very helpful. The room was kept clean and fresh water was provided every day. The room had a balcony that felt semi-private because of the large trees planted in front, and we loved sitting out there after a long day walking around. Valladolid was a great point to base ourselves while taking tours of Chichen Itza, Ek Balam, Tulum, and Coba.
No complaints!

The staff (Isabel and Joel) were incredibly welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. They gave us great restaurant recommendations and massively helped with booking tours of Chichen Itza and nearby cenotes (fully recommend Ik Kil), including phoning places up for us. The breakfast was delicious, you get fresh orange juice, tea or coffee, toast with strawberry jam, a fruit platter and an omelette of your choice. The room was well kept, surroundings were lovely and felt so idyllic waking up to birdsong instead of the usual traffic I'm used to in London. The location in that part of town was also excellent. The cleaning staff were great and left us super cute origami towels!
The swimming pool was on the smaller end, more for having a dip and cooling off than a swim.

This boutique hotel is located about a block and a half east of the zocalo. As such, the location is very convenient to everything. The staff was great and very helpful. The breakfast space was also really nice, though I found much better breakfast options in Valladolid than this hotel. The limited breakfast options in the hotel were very egg-focused.
Some rooms, including mine, had basically no windows and no terrace. That was a bummer. But it was also just bad luck and availability. The rooms that did have little terrace spots looked nice. Also on the negative side, the pool is tiny (fine) and there are an insufficient number of pool chairs (not fine), leading to unpleasant competition for pool chairs among the guests.

- The location is perfect, right at the City centro - The breakfast was also great - The pool is really nice and the garden is beautiful and very peaceful - Parking is provided at the Burger King Parking Lot nearby (also it is guarded parking)
- There is a Club close to the hotel, it was extremely loud until 4am in the morning. This is probably only a problem on the weekend. -We had bad luck with the weather, it was quite cold and rainy and our room only had a thin sheet as a blanket, so we had to put our winter jacket on to sleep.

Great location in the centre of Valladolid, just a few minutes from the Plaza Principal (and just next to the best heladeria in town hehe). From the street you can't say how beautiful and peaceful is the place ! Small hotel (only 7 rooms if I remember correctly), beautiful swimming pool, helpful staff, tasty breakfast with fresh fruits, fresh juice and freshly made eggs (you can choose your style the day before). Spacious room with really confy bed (!), a small fridge, and various small attentions really appreciated (aguas de cortesia, an anti-mosquito electrical plug, towels for swimming pool or cenotes,...)
Our only small negative comment : the room is a bit dark and you don't have any view towards the outside (but not a big deal)

Great value for money! Spacious rooms, nice decor of hotel’s interior, including garden, good breakfast, convenient location in center (but silent during a day and night). Wish all other hotels in Yukatan were so good in comfort and quality for such a good price - really apreciate it. That was actually the third hotel we stayed in Valladolid during last 12 months and it was definately the best place to stay.
No parking - car must be parked just on street opposite the hotel, so you need to be lucky to find one - but it’s the centre so you should expect it. The entrance to such nice hotel could be little bit more enhanced/improved.

Very clean hotel slap bang in the centre of town. Nice, well kept grounds with small well kept pool and loungers. The room was spotlessly clean and well equipped with large bathroom with plenty of hot water and soaps etc. Air con worked really well and the enormous bed was really comfortable. Staff were really helpful and friendly and WiFi worked well
**IMPORTANT** A new night club has opened up in the centre of the town and from Thursday until the weekend the noise of the music and shouty DJ is unbearable from around 11pm until 3am. Even with ear plugs I could not sleep. The hotel manager is aware of the problem so hopefully something will be done. Worth checking with the hotel before you book because if this problem isn't sorted it will ruin your stay in what otherwise would be a lovely hotel and town.

The location is great and once you stepped into the boutique hotel, it feels so quiet. The owner and staff speak perfect English and are extremely helpful. Joel at the reception even helped me patiently with translation of ADO website (website only in Spanish), so I could book return tickets to Cancun the next day. Breakfast was great and served earlier to accommodate our early morning tour. Highly recommend and will stay here when in Valladolid.
Should have stayed longer :)
