The property was situated in a square which had so much going on. We loved watching the locals go about their day, attending mass and in the evenings enjoying dance classes. Whilst a bustling square the property itself was quiet and had a small outside terrace with pool and chairs. The rooms were basic but clean and exceeded our expectation in terms of value for money. There was a communal fridge and coffee available. Staff were so helpful and friendly. An excellent coffee and breakfast shop a short walk on the corner of the square.

We loved our stay but would suggest providing milk for the coffee and maybe some communal bowls and cutlery to allow for people to enjoy breakfast in the property. We resorted to having milk and cereal out of the plastic cups provided.

Antonio was so helpful and kind, thank you! He arranged a taxi service to drive us around for the day allowing us to visit two sites and two cenotes. There are several options available to different attractions in the area. He coordinated everything for us and our driver was prompt and professional. The hotel is a short walk to the bus station and close to the main square. There are many restaurants and shops surrounding, so you will have everything you need. The room was spotless and there is a small common balcony on the 2nd floor with an ashtray for smokers and a shared fridge on the main level plus water to refill your bottles.

Our room was super comfortable, the double bed was big and the bathroom was clean! the terrace is quite nice. After our small roadtrip we decided to spend one afternoon just there and enjoy some quietness. the staff was very kind, we felt at home :) the location is quite good. you have to walk a bit to the square but valladolid is quite small so its still nearby and its nice to walk through this beautiful cute town

The Wifi is quite bad. And since we lived right next to the terrace it can get noisy when there are people around. next to the hotel there is a restaurant that played loud music in the night. it did not bother us much.

Jorge, Matilda and Jorge Jr made you feel welcome at the hotel and gave information and directions well. Location is walking distance around town center, restaurants and ADO bus station. Room is comfortable and clean. There is free hot and cold water at the common area, with microwave and fridge. Charming Hotel in a safe quiet neighborhood.

Very comfortable and clean room with huge modern bathroom (quite luxurious). Nice location on a square with many good restaurants and a short walk to the central square and bus station. Drinking water and air conditioning provided. Staff were very friendly and helpful and we were able to get laundry done. Small swimming pool which is nice to call off in and a balcony to sit in the sun.

The only improvement we would suggest is coffee making facilities.

A wonderful place with wonderful staff; Luis Antonio was great, telling me all about Mayan culture and the town; Jorge was super kind and helpful, what a gentleman. The nicest place I stayed on my two week solo Yucatan area road trip. Great location, gorgeous pool - so clean! Lovely communal areas, really nice room and bathroom. Jorge gave me a choice of rooms. He genuinely cared that I felt comfortable and happy. Very respectful man, a real asset to the place.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel is very pretty, just like in the pictures! It’s in a central position but it’s very quiet, the bed is comfortable, the shower pressure is great and we got nice tips of what to do in the city by the staff! We’ve been traveling around Mexico and this hotel was one of the nicest!

Really liked the staff. Jorge was fantastic and such great knowledge of the city. Location is really perfect. On one side a quieter street to walk into and the main road on the other side more bustle and action to immerse in!

The guy that checked us in was the best part about our stay. He was friendly, gave us a ton of recommendations , and provided us with a map! Shower had great water pressure, AC worked well, good location to walk around town and get a bite to eat.

We killed THREE HUGE cockroaches in our room.. I was thoroughly grossed out and felt uncomfortable to go to sleep (I’m terrified of large bugs). The bed and pillows weren’t the most comfortable. Tv is not a smart tv and every channel was in Spanish so that was useless.

This was by far the best place we stayed in Mexico. Incredible value for money. Such helpful staff, great WiFi, good AC and water pressure. Comfy beds, daily room cleans (was not expecting it but so grateful) Great location, did not use the pool but it looked clean and well maintained. Small amount of noise disturbance between rooms but honestly did not bother us.

Could not fault it.
