Room was very large with plenty of space and included a refrigerator and safe. Location was fantastic--just 2 blocks from the main square. Staff was overwhelmingly helpful--they refilled water bottles, helped with things we couldn't find in stores, etc. When the Wi-Fi didn't work in our room, the staff found a customized solution for us. Beautiful atrium with a pool and seating areas.

The parking at the hotel was challenging. The lot next to the hotel is VERY small. If there's no space, it's necessary to park a few blocks away. We had issues with the Wi-Fi which the staff addressed. Our room was large, and possibly needed a bit more furniture--maybe a larger table.

The hotel is located in a beautiful historic mansion with spacious rooms, wooden furniture and lovely courtyard. The location is perfect, very close to the restaurants and all main attractions of Valladolid. The hotel has two parking lots, the main one is located right at the entrance of the hotel and it was full during our stay, but we were allowed to use another parking lot couple blocks from the hotel which was almost empty.

The doors of the rooms are very thin and face the courtyard, so you'll hear all conversations and noise coming from there. Wifi coverage is acceptable in the courtyard, but it didn't work at all in our corner room. There is no restaurant in the hotel, so you can't get a breakfast there, but there are many restaurants nearby.

The hotel is just gorgeous; the arches, little lights everywhere, pool and plants give it such a warm feeling. Staff is so kind and gave us awesome restaurant recommendations. Rooms are so spacious. You are right in town and Valladolid is such a gem of a place! We read mixed reviews about badly kept rooms here, but luckily this was absolutely not the case for us. Despite its flaws, I would 100% return and reccomend this hotel.

The bathroom smells awful in the evenings. We covered the shower drain with the bin and it solved the issue. Flagged it to staff and hope the find a more permanent solution to have the drains covered when not in use. The bed was uncomfortable for us (too hard, could be solved with a topper though!) No extra pillows or blankets in the room but staff provided these when we asked. No elevator and no phone in the room to reach front desk if needed. Only 2 plastic hangers in the wardrobe that keep falling down.

The hotel was in a fantastic central location with friendly staff and parking available on site. The rooms were well equipped with a fridge, coffee machine and microwave. The beds were comfortable and the shower really lovely with towels and toiletries. The ambience of the hotel was fantastic as it was hacienda style and even though it was on a busy road, the soundproofing thankfully cut out any noise and we had a really restful sleep! It took just under an hour to get to Chichen Itza from the hotel which was a bonus!

The room flooded after a heavy rainfall! There was no lift which made carrying suitcases challenges but we did get help from the hotel staff which was really great.

Great location and ambience. The room was very large, bathroom spacious and clean. The hotel provides daily cleaning service. Nice decor also, very green atrium with pool chairs. The central pool is more for dipping or to lounge around, too small to swim in - but adds to the ambience.

The internet keeps dropping. I was not able to work remotely from here (send emails with files, calls). Maybe areas closer to the reception are better. Room 6 where I was seems to be too far from the routers.

Charming, very clean hotel with lots of character located a few short blocks from the zocalo (town centre). Great courtyard with decorative pool, lots of greenery and sitting areas. Staff were very helpful.

Because we opted for a room with a kitchenette, it was city facing and therefore had street noise. It would be nice to have a kitchen option that is not facing the street. The main room was a bit dark as it only had one window (facing the street).

Many reviews say the pool wasn't nice but that was not our experience. The pool was cleaned every night and super clean. Lot's of people spend some time there and kids played in the pool. It was very nice. The location is fantastic. I loved having parking available. They kept out bags so we could go explore before checkin. The staff in general was great.

The only downside was that we had no fridge in the room to keep water or food refrigerated.

No breakfast is offered. The WIFI cannot be accessed within the room. To have WIFI access you need to go into the pool seating area. Noise was not an issue. The nearby park square had some religious activities complete with folk singers. The hotel location is central to the nearby to the central square and town cenote East.

WI-FI access could have had better access to the rooms but understanding the upgrade it wasn’t imperative.

Our room had a small kitchenette (small fridge, sink, and microwave), which I don't think I had realized beforehand. Since our group was myself, my wife, and our 7-year old, this all came in handy when we got food to go after dinner. The AC was very good, as was the shower. The pool in the courtyard was perfect!

Valladolid itself has a lot of car traffic in the middle of the city, which I wasn't expecting. Otherwise, it is a great place to walk around in the late evenings and is a great place for exploring the sights nearby.

The room we at the end got were very nice, nice view, quiet, big and a lots of light. The buidling were very beautiful in a colonial style, well maintained. The location is very close to the ceter, walkable to everywhere. Nice pool, size were good to swim. Garden were nice, reception were efficient. the balconing had a lots of sunshine, our swimwear dried in a short time. the restaurnats which recomemnded by the hotel were all great. Nice bathroom, newly refurbished.

We been checked in first to a dark ground floor room with only a door, facing to a loud common area... no window. Only after I refused to accept this, we been moved upstairs to a very nice room. We expereinced that a few times on our trip, this trial is just very tiring and not nessessary. The pool were very dirty and badly maintained, surfaces of the tiles were fallen down everywhere, so that both my kids hurt their feets while swimming in the pool. Water were cloudy.
