Excellent location near town centre. Quiet, cafes locally, v close to shops, bike hire, tourist info etc. Pretty hotel with nice staff. Room was good size, nice bathroom, air con good, everything secure. Town is lovely for a stay, town centre cenote and cafes and restaurants are great.

Very little to say negative. Sometimes the cleaning lady left water, toilet roll etc, sometimes she didn't! Otherwise it was perfect for a stay in such a delightful town.

The hotel is fine and clean. Very well located.

A bit pricey for what it offers. But it is fairly ok. Parking is not secured (there are only for spots so if the hotel is not busy then you get a spot) and it is open to the street.

10mins by foot from the beautiful streets in the city, just as close from good restaurants too. Hotel is practical and the bed was big and comfortable.

A lot of stairs to get to our rooms and the staff could have offered to help with the luggage

Good little place to stay, clean room. Friendly staff. Good place to stay as Chichen Itza is just a 45 mins bus ride away.

They let us keep our bags there after we checked out but when we returned to pick them up there was noone in the receprion room when they were storing them so could have been taken. (We took all valuables- they did say they have CCTV)

The location was excellent and it was great value for money. Large comfortable bed and AC. Staff were lovely, no English though so time practice my Spanish.

I was hoping to be able to access wifi in my room but could not. Cold showered are not a problem for me but might be for others.

The location is just far enough from the main plaza to be quiet at night. There is a coffee shop across the street with good espresso.

There was a big leak in the pipe under the bathroom sink. There were no chairs at all in our suite, the spacious extra room only had a dresser, a decorative table, and a small bench with no cushion and no back.

Clean, calm, yet close to everything. A lovely walk way full of plants and painted a gorgeous yellow.

I had no wifi in my room (5), but three was a lobby upstairs where i could use it and it was really fast.

Location is very convenient

The air conditioner was not great. We did not complain because it was good enough for us.

the value for money is insane, great place nothing bad to say. incredible location just two minute walk to main square, nice rooms and really friendly staff!
