very friendly staff, we ended up staying 2 weeks. Front desk staff, especially the night lady took the time to teach us some Spanish. Everything was clean and well looked after. Pool was perfect. close to all the activities yet a quiet neighborhood. Grocery store 4 door away, convenience store across the road, restaurants a few minutes away and within 20 minutes walk about 50 more restaurants. 7 minutes walk to the main square.

Nothing we didn't like however a little fridge in the room would be perfect. upper deck level 2 has a great sunbathing spot but no loungers there

Fantastic location, really near the main square of Valladolid. I was lucky enough to have a room on the top floor so it was nice and bright. The room was quite large, and very clean, and so was the bathroom. I could hear no noise from the street because the room faced the courtyard.

The safe did not work because it didn't have a battery. There is no lift, this could be a problem for eldarly guests. The reception is a bit understaffed, given that the hotel has so many rooms, and the reception employee must take care of many different things (check-in and check-out, selling tours, renting mopeds...)

The design. Large room. Good breakfast at restaurant. Close to shops. Close to the center and to bus station. Very convenient. Quiet because its on a dide street.

No bathroom mat when you get out of the shower. Had to take the stairs to the third floor.

The hotel was right downtown yet very quiet. Close to the bus station and the centre square with ample dining options. The room was basic but comfortable.

The water pressure wasn’t great but sufficed.

Beautiful place with excellent location, almost everything about it was nice, clean, cute. Terrace & pool were gorgeous, lovely plants everywhere. Good food right across the street too!

The bed was very uncomfortable and the LED on the AC unit made the room very bright. We had a difficult time sleeping.

I like that it is very convenient of the proximity of the centre of Valladolid and they have their own parking lot. From there I drove to Chichen Itza. It is a very nice and comfortable place to stay and if you want to take breakfast or lunch, you have a lot of places to go around. I didn't use the pool because we didn't have the time but this time of the year the water is cold everywhere you go. I like the staff is very friendly.

Well, they do not have breakfast there because of covid, but we had the chance to visit a very nice hotel that serves breakfast and dinner by the plaza.

Location was great. The staff was on hand an able to help. The building and vibe was beautiful. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Everything was great and as expected. The pictures and information did the hotel justice. The stay was very pleasant and recommended for anybody.

Location is really good, just a few meters from the main plaza, the church and bus station. The pool was really refreshing for the weather. Room was super spacious.

The internet was super slow. Hot water was slow, didn't mind because is really got pretty much the whole year.

Huge room with comfy beds, big bathroom, and complimentary drinking water just outside. Pool was clean and usable. Cute building and courtyard. Room was pretty quiet at night. Lots of space to put stuff. Front desk staff super nice and patient with my sub-par Spanish.

It felt a little awkward trying to sit out in the courtyard and relax during the day... Some of the staff would hang out on the steps and one was watching tv loudly on her phone, which echoed all over the courtyard. Work was being done on the room next to ours and the power went out a few times. The ceiling fan was so intense that we never used it for fear it would tear itself off the ceiling and chop us in half, lol. Overall minor things though.

the hotel is located near the city centre. The pool very nice after a long day visiting the area. there is free parking and the room is big with AC. there are mosquito nets in the windows, which is great!!! there’s a fountain with drinking water. the courtyard is beautiful!!

it’s perfect for what you pay, however the rooms could be renovated. it’s quite old, but overall it looks so authentic and Mexican. staff weren’t welcoming. they were correct but a little bit more welcoming would be highly appreciated.
