Wonderful spa like feel, lovely underground heated pool and nice outdoor pool most welcome after day sightseeing - actually nice to be a little out of centre as felt cooler and quieter, lovely staff, great breakfast!
Nothing - great stay!

We didn't want to leave! From the service to the amenities and every little artsy detail around the resort, it couldn't have been better. I will be recommending Zentik to all. The salt cave was outstanding, bed was comfortable, massages were excellent price and great spa environment. The little ice cream shop was adorable with unique flavors. The murals were beautiful. Theres baby turtles and a bee tour on site. The bath products in the room were incredible. I wish I couldve bought the shampoo and conditioner to take home with me. The waiter we had every meal was the best! Always offering us the free tequila ;) And the food was so good it made us not even want to venture out to restaurants in town. Theres buttons at the pool and salt cave that alert waiters watches directly so they will bring you food and drinks without having to go to the bar. Service was always so prompt in restaurant. The Hummingbird Soul cocktail, green ceviche and tuna lime curry were our faves!!! Very Instagrammable place if youre into that. I almost booked a place closer to the center of town but I'm so glad I didn't. Valladolid is a special place and Zentik made it even better.
Parking lot was a little cramped and our car got part of the rear bumper torn off and scraped by someone and we got parked in one night but there's plenty of street parking so wasn't a big deal but heads up to park on the street if you've got somewhere to be around dinner time. Zentik was 10/10!

This place had great reviews and I can now understand why - it is truly like a big exhale walking in and we really didn't want to leave. It is beautiful and felt more relaxing than a 5 star resort we subsequently stayed at. Everything was perfect and the cave.. my goodness, what a cool experience!! My only criticism is that it's a little far out of town so I wasnt able to walk back at night, however I really got a lot out of the walk into town each day and soaking up what life looks like for locals in the area outside of the touristy main streets. I'd return to this place in a heartbeat!

Everything about this place is AMAZING! The staff, grounds, facilities, food, bar, attention to detail and customer service are outstanding. We’ve stayed in a number of hotels on this trip and this is the best by far! There is an underground cave to swim in, a family of turtles in the garden and the rooms are beautifully decorated. The food in the restaurant is of an exceptional quality and great value for money. What really makes Hotel Zenti’k so memorable though is the staff. They are all so kind, welcoming and generous. We extended our stay here, and when the time came, we really didn’t want to leave!

The restaurant was so delicious and well priced that we ate breakfast, lunch and dinner there for the duration of our stay. The breakfast was included and super generous also! The staff were super accommodating and helpful, the amenities (including a pool, a warm water cave and an ice cream shop) were all amazing. The room was huge and so comfortable. We tried to extend our visit but they were full. We will definitely return here and reccommend Zentik!
The shower head wasn’t the best but that’s the only negative I can even think of!

The underground cave was amazing. We spent hours just floating and relaxing down here after a long day of exploring. The staff were super helpful with setting up excursions and meeting all of our needs. Dinner was delicious, and the welcome drink was delicious. We want to go back asap.
It's in a quiet area. We loved this because we needed an escape from the crowds. However, you can't really walk to many things from here. It's a quick 45 peso taxi ride to the center of town though, which is what we did for one of our meals.

Probably the best accommodation of our 6-week trip to Mexico. The place is brilliantly designed with lots of interesting artwork and different places to relax. Restaurant serves excellent food with lots of variety. Spa cave is really unique, great place to relax in the evening when it's a bit colder outside. Staff is really helpful and well trained.
It was a little difficult to work in the room, since the WiFi reception was quite bad there (our room was located in the back of the compound).

We loved everything about this different & quirky hotel. Beautiful artworks, rooms, staff, food & amenities. Great pool and cave pool is amazing. Lovely breakfast options for included breakfast & the purchased food and drinks were good quality and very reasonably priced. Enjoyed the turtles & resident cats. Staff are amazing and friendly and happy to have a laugh with you.. Excellent recommendations for private taxi/tours. Easy walk into town. Highly recommended, certainly not your boring old hotel room!
A fridge in the room would top this place off nicely, just big enough to keep your water cold. Our air conditioning kept breaking down, staff tried their very best to rectify it for us but it was a bit uncomfortable for a while, however we did travel in June and it was extremely hot (40 degrees+)

The restaurant served great food with a good variety. We ate there often during our stay. We loved the cueva- it was so unique and relaxing. All of the artwork and gardens were gorgeous with lovely little touches everywhere. The new ice cream parlour was another bonus at the hotel. I would come back to Valladolid just to stay at the hotel.
One thing to improve our room would be to add cushions to the back of the couch to make it a bit more comfortable. Just a suggestion.

Upon arrival you can feel Zentik is an oasis for you to enjoy and relax. You can use the pool & access the cave 24/7 and we took advantage of this 2 nights to cool off it was amazing. Even though there where other guests in the property it never feels crowded which contributes to your relaxation. The fish pond for your feet is amazing. The restaurant is a must try, once you have your first meal there you realize there isn't really a need to leave the property. Jorge, Miguel, Kimberly and the rest of the staff make sure you feel at home. Also, the property is well kept and Miguel is one of the members of the staff that makes sure everything is working in proper order.
It was an amazing stay, nothing negative to mention. I would definitely recommend you visit this place
