Beautiful Riad with lovely staff. Check in was perfect, filled with great information and tips for the area. Breakfast was great. I was leaving early so letting the team know the night prior gave them the chance to have it prepared for me in time. Riad is in a fun area to explore and easy to get to the main square.

Pool area could do with a shaded area as the midday sun can be brutal. Pool area is quite small so hopefully there's no bratty kids running wild with their parents not caring as there was for me. Zero fault of the staff and Riad, just parents not taking into account there's other guests in the hotel.

If I come back to Marrakech once more in my life, I'll book my stay here with no doubts at all! Excellent staff, room, terrace, swimming pool, breakfast, everything! We couldn't expect a better service since everything has been special. To make it more perfect, they gave us a bigger room so we comfortably had bigger spaces and two bathrooms, beside a direct access from our room to the beautiful terrace.

The Medina is a very chaotic place (but the best place to stay for all your visits), and you quickly get used to hanging there around, but at the beginning it can be a little hard, so, if I can only give one suggestion, I would recommend the staff to put around more evident indications to reach the structure in order to help guests better.

We truly had an amazing time at this beautiful Riad, perfectly located in the Medina. Joyful moments on the rooftop terrace with mint tea and yummy breakfast. It felt like coming into a little oasis. The pool is small but great for a quick dip to cool down The staff had a real eye for details and the interior was charming. Best of all was the outstanding service and nice team working there. We got help whenever we needed it and great advice and tips. 10/10. Our stay at the Riad made us have an amazing home to escape to from the buzz outside. We highly recommend a stay at this Riad.

Our stay was amazing thanks to this wonderful Riad and their staff. We are very thankful especially to Mohamed and Suleyman for being so helpful and polite. Mohamed explained to us very well the streets and famous attractions, he also helped us with translating and having conversations with guides. The staff helped my boyfriend in arranging a birthday surprise for me. Our rooms were cleaned every day, it was very tidy. Again very big thanks to those amazing and kind people that took part of making our holiday wonderful.

We booked because, of swimming pool , and when we asked to use it. They say is under construction. I prefer that they must advise on booking . Currently swimming pool not in use. Breakfast is really limited. Can add some chees,omlet, and olives.

The staff were definitely the highlight of this riad! So friendly, especially the guy who works at night, but everyone is very friendly and they all went out of their way to help us with anything we need. The cleaning ladies were also very sweet. The pool was a bit cols but still usable, there were no people sunbathing so we had the whole area to ourselves. The breakfast is great. I really miss staying there 😪

Starting with the staff, they are all incredibly kind and caring people, asking about your day and your needs; they definitely go above and beyond. Then the riad itself is in great shape and of high standards with comfortable rooms, a lovely top roof terrace, and great in-room facilities (hot water, working toilets, strong AC). Finally, we found the location super convenient to easily walk to some of Marrakech's beautiful sites, whether in the north/south/west/east/centre of the city!

Not the easiest riad to find (especially considering googlemaps/other apps struggle a bit in Marrakech) so I would recommend taking the riad's offer to provide a taxi service; I think they could be a bit more competitive on this offer and weren't super flexible to haggle. But don't let this stop you staying here!

I cannot recommend Riad El Cadi highly enough . As two female travellers aged 50 + Medhi and the rest of the team could not have been more helpful and accommodating ,they were always on hand to help and advise ,we felt very well looked after and truly felt that had we had any issues we would have been in safe hands . Ideally situated to explore the souks of the medina ,lovely breakfasts which varied from day to day and comfortable ,air conditioned rooms . We ate dinner at the riad one evening ,on the roof top terrace ,and everything we had was delicious and home cooked . The riad has a very chilled out vibe and it was a very welcome haven to return to after the wonderful but sometimes overwhelming craziness of the medina ! We will definitely be back ,primarily because we know we will be in safe hands in this little family owned and run riad ,a huge thank you to the whole team for going above and beyond for us during our stay .

We lovedveverything about the Riad Jnan El Cadi but one small bit of feedback would be regarding the plunge pool on the upper terrace . It is deep and we both found it quite tricky to get out of !! We are not as young as we used to be ! The addition of a set of ladders would be a great help but it was lovely to have the use of it !

Everything was great. The staffs were all very kind, the facility was clean and beautiful, the breakfast was delicious. Calm atmosphere had us feel at home. Our host taught us places to eat, it’s pros and cons as well. We had a relaxing stay and I wish I had stayed longer!

Nothing in particular, except on the first try, it was difficult to locate the riad. But our hosts had been watching us lost through cameras and we got to the riad safely. I would recommend to go there when the sun is still up on your first visit.
