-Good location, literally in front of bus and tram stops. Near 2 metro stations, fast foods, Febo, Halal Food shops, and groceries. -Clean, nice, modern and well maintained.

The maintenance crew threw our snack bag. It had 3 obviously unopened snacks (xtra large chips, trolli gummy candy and madelaine). Sure we can just buy a snack bag, but when we found out they threw the snack bag, we got to our room very late and cannot buy soon. The snacks are supposed to be eaten when we're high with edibles and truffles. Coincidentally, an important Christmas letter was inside the snack bag. A friend was supposed to send it to me last Christmas but was returned to her address. I met her and got the letter. It is homemade pop up Christmas card + has amazing calligraphy and I never got the chance to see it. They threw our snack bag with obviously unopened snacks but they did not throw the smelly spoiled food inside our room.

Big rooms, exactly like in the pics. Fast check in and check out. All made electronically. Good matresses and pillows, hairdryer, coffee machine, bathroom toiletries included, hot water, silent area

Too cold in the rooms. The heat AC function didn t work. The air was rather cool. The front desk receptionist was announced but nobody came to check the situation. A bit far from the city center. 6 stations by tram no 7 and other 11 stations by tram no 17. Tram no 21 only 6 stations away from Amsterdam Central

connected to transport links to central AMS and the airport.

room was too cold in winter. Heating only working in one side of the room. Take in count this was a big room for 4 people/ 4 single beds. If you go in a warmer weather it should be fine.

The room was bright and cozy. Beds were big and comfy. Everything in the bathroom was in a great condition. Also, the maids always came to clean the room when we required. The internet and TV were excellent, we did not have any issues with that. The check in and check out were done in a minute.

There was no fridge and much space for clothes in the room. The hotel is located quit far from the city center and it would take a lot to go there on foot. However, the public transport that takes you to the center and museums is within easy reach of the hotel.

shower very good ,walk in style.A/c easily to operate you could set the temperature to what was ok for you. Twin room was spacious and served our needs.The location was great.Bus 369 from the Airport drops you off 30mts away. Tram stops out side.or around the corner heading towards the centre (need to change to another tram to go to centre).check in is simple.We both got a key card for the room.Reception has a stock of coffee sugar etc refills if you run out.

a manual for the coffee machine in the room helpful but worked it out. A bar be nice.

Hotel is not too close to city, but very well located in an Arabic area, with loads of restaurants, shops, supermarkets. The bus 369 from/to the Airport stops right outside the hotel. The same bus brings you straight to the train station that links Amsterdam to Zaanse Schans (Sloterdijk station). Other 2 tram lines that brings you straight to some main attractions like Heineken, Rijksmuseum, Dam Square… Room was clean and the shower is very good.

I asked for 2 separate single beds and I was given a double bed instead. The bed is comfortable, but the pillows way too high to sleep with your head comfortably. Basic breakfast with not many healthy options to eat.

1st of all my flight to Manchester was canceled and needed a hotel urgently and luckily this was available. Grrat location between the airport and the central part of Amsterdam. Also, not even 5 minutes from the hotel but a stone throw away they had supermarkets\ restaurants\ bakeries and take aways. For food and amenities you can't go wrong. Room and staff I can't say anything negative I can't give enough praise to them. Last of all I needed a receipt for my 2 nights at the hotel and they provided it. Thank You So Much.

Just wish the buses into the city center ran more often and cash payment. I can't say anything bad about the hotel.

We arrived early and put our bags in storage as our room wasn’t ready. When we went back the third time about 4:00, we were we were offered a slightly bigger room than what we had booked which was nice. Bus 21 which went to Central station was right outside the door as was the 369 bus straight to the airport. Room and bathroom were a good size, clean and serviced every day. Coffee and tea maker in room appreciated. Supermarkets across the road and plenty of places to eat close by.

We arrived early and didn’t expect to get into our room which was fine. We did go back a little later about 2 hours before checkin and enquired if it was ready. We were told it was, but we would have to pay an early entrance fee to go in! Really?? When we are paying an absolute fortune (yes, that’s Amsterdam all over) for an average hotel! Luckily we declined and the nicer staff member who was on when we came back at 4:00, offered us a bigger room if we waited 10 minutes for us to be cleaned, which we were happy with.

The room was excellent, and it will be great if some of them could have a small fridge, without beverages, but at least to have some meals refrigerated. Amsterdam is not a cheap city and if you're travelling for vacations, sometimes it's great to buy something in the supermarket and leave it there for the next day (you can save a lot of money).

Everything was perfect. The attention from the staff, room and we were amazed on how the wifi works, even knowing that is a very big hotel with a lot of rooms. Also there's a lot of public transportation from and to the airport, as well the city. There's nothing to claim about it.

Informative and friendly staff, clean rooms and great location. Airport bus stop in front of the hotel, tram and bus stop over the road. Comfortable bed and roomy bathroom. I'd recommend this place, and I would visit again. 💐

The decor is old, and the rooms are a little on the shabby side. Furnishings like cushions and drapes could do with a clean. The hotel is located in the middle of a busy neighbourhood, so the evenings were a little loud. Paper cups!!! Use real cups!
