The three-bed room was very spacious, with three beds, four chairs, a table, and a big wardrobe. The bathroom shower and tub were terrific. The price is also very competitive for the Amsterdam area. You can also book breakfast with a discount if you pay for it at reception at least 24h in advance. The room also had an ironing board, a vanity kit, and a sawing kit which came in handy. Our room was looking into an inner courtyard, so it was very quit as well. Some of the rooms look on a nearby lake, some on the street. So, it is a bit of a luck of a draw, but the soundproofing seemed adequate. The hotel is very well connected with the city centre (two trams and a bus) as well as with an airport via the 369 bus (with which you can get to the airport with a regular GVB card). There are also many shops and restaurants all around the hotel. The hotel only has three floors, but it still has a lift, which my elder guests would definitely appreciate.

One of the beds was very squeaky and the pillows were not too comfortable; those should definitely be replaced. The water container in our room had water in it when we got in, indicating it was not cleaned at all.

Second time staying here and loved it! We got an early check in and they let us leave our bags whilst we went to the market next door (only on Saturdays and it has fruit, clothes and other items for very cheap!!). The room was spacious, nice waterfall shower and a great view of the water behind (although we also had construction items there but what can you do). Breakfast was nice and had a great variety too. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

The fridges in the rooms need desperate updating a cleaning off the ice. We had stuff in the fridge and the block of ice on the radiator (or whatever the inside part of the fridge is) melted all over our fruits and other items. We asked them to come have a look and the person who did, did the bare minimum to fix it and said it’s supposed to be like that. I’d recommend they upgrade the mini fridges or at least clean the ice blocks off them between guests. Also, the signage for the airport taxi should indicate there is a credit card fee on top of the price. Luckily we paid cash but the driver told us there was an extra fee for paying with card which isn’t posted anywhere on the hotel signage. Otherwise, the stay was great and staff were lovely and helpful

I really liked the rooms. They were quite comfortable and facilities were top notch and it matched my expectations. Location of the hotel is also quite good. It is well connected to Amsterdam Centraal through tram and bus and it takes 20 - 25 mins to reach Centraal station. Would love to come back

Being a nit pickey here but I would love to have more vegetarian/vegan options in breakfast.

Firstly, the 369 takes you directly from Schiphol international to within 20m of the Hotel which is an absolute win! Checking in early or late will only cost you an additional 5 Euro per hour, but most importantly the staff we're very friendly and helpful throughout! Many cafes around for an early breakfast, and the town centre is within a couple km. The hotel room was clean and comfortable and exceeded my expectations.

Whilst not a deal breaker, I walked to the city centre which could be far for most people. (ballpark an hour walk) I opted to walk because I like walking. Most people would opt to use public transport to get to the centre, but not a deal breaker at all.

The location was a bit far from the tram station but walkable and mostly in a religion-dominated area. The property was clean and the staff was good as well. Facilities were up to the mark and room size and temperature control units were perfect. Absolutely worth your money.

No daily cleaning as well and when told specifically to clean, only beds were done but those beds were just done for the sake of it. We as a customer can do better beds than the staff. So make sure that you mention the bedding issue. We had a terrible experience with the room service staff if that had been great then I would have given 10 star for the stay.

During my brief two-day stay in Amsterdam at this hotel, I had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access from the airport via bus number 369, eliminating any transportation worries. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for places to visit upon my arrival. yet the room itself was peaceful, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Nearby, there are numerous halal restaurants and cafes, catering to various dietary preferences. Despite the proximity of a market of used tools its presence was not disruptive.

While the initial cleanliness of the room was satisfactory, the daily cleaning service fell short of expectations. The single room's bed was somewhat small.

The room was bigger than expected. What we really liked is that the heating worked fantastic. After a long day in the city we loved to enter a warm room. The location was okay for us, we didn't mind travelling to the city (aprox. 25 minutes) by tram (Others would maybe want to stay nearer to the city, but we were perfetctly fine with the location). The tram station is near to the hotel. There are several super markets and restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was nothing extraordinary, but it was solid. There are served a few warm dishes and there is a cold plate with cheese and ham. Also there is a coffee machine. There are flyers and mini cards in the foyer, which have discounts on several activities on them. I personally really liked that. In the foyer is a vending machine with candy and drinks, if you need anything at night. Parking is 20 € a day, we had no problem with the parking and left our car the whole trip in the garage. All in all it met our expectations of a 3 star hotel.

There are only some minor things that might be noticed on what we didn't like. The bathroom has no heating, so we left the door open to let the heat from the room in. The rooms are noisy and you can hear the cars drive by at night, which didn't bother us personally that much. The interior is a bit old, but as far as I have noticed, they are renovating the hotel, so I think this is going to be changed. There are tiny problems with mold stains in the bathroom, but nothing enormous. There were a few tiny spaces the housekeeping staff didn't clean carefully, but that was also nothing enormous.

Just about everything….on the first night it was very windy, and there was a noise near to the window, like a satellite dish moving or a loose gutter. It woke us up during the night, and on reporting this to reception, without any hesitation, we were moved to another room….nothing short of five stars for the staff. Also, asked a few questions about our surrounding area, and again everyone was most helpful Had originally thought bit might be a bit far from the city, but wasn’t the case….a tram everything 10 mins takes you there. Also a bus direct from the airport stops at the hotel. There is nothing I can say negative about this hotel, and would definitely stay there again.

As I said above absolutely nothing……

Great hotel and staff were lovely, nice facilities too although we didn't really use them. Room was big and spacious and the shower was a raindrop shower which is always welcome. Tea and coffee facilities good and beds comfy. Also had great transport links to the centre of Amsterdam with trams and buses just outside or round the corner. Also very close to supermarkets and many restaurants. It was also really easy to get to and from the airport with one bus which took around 30mins and well priced. Worth the money and would stay again.

There was some construction works in the other half of the hotel although this wasn't terrible. A few marks on the headboard and walls, small stains on sheets. Nothing major but could do with a revamp and guess that's what they are doing with the updates that were going on.

Located in a relatively quiet area with access to lots of cafes, restaurants and bars in the surrounding streets and just less than a 5 minute walk to the bus stop (the no. 21) which takes you straight into Amsterdam Central (about a 25 minute journey). There is a huge supermarket across the square from the hotel which had a great bakery and deli. The room was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for our stay including free WIFI and a coffee machine. Comfy bed. Great shower.

There is nothing we didn't like, Maybe more coffee pods provided in the rooms?
