Great location in charming neighborhood with lots of restaurants. Close to trams. Very clean! Nice bright opening windows with blackout curtains if you wish. No real closet, but there are shelves and plenty of nice copper hangers. Modern updated bathroom but as other reviewers say no shower door so care needs to be taken when showering. I didn’t mind because it was so clean and the shower was so good! They provide a floor squeegee like a mop which takes very little effort to clear the water from the floor after your shower. I thought it was kind of brilliant and a great way to keep the whole space clean.

Almost too basic. No nightstand or glasses in room. One small table without any other real surfaces.

Great location, friendly staff, luggage room option. The water had good temperature and good flow in the shower. The curtains made good dark in the room. Safe was available. The 24-7 reception was good.

- Extremely small room - the pictures are tricky about it - no bedside table, not enough space for our stuff despite we were with two backpacks only, and the bathroom was super small as well. We could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. - Window was permanently closed so there was no fresh air for the morning. - The bedsheets were not so clean, there were lots of hair basically everywhere.

- Staff were super friendly and made sure my stay was as comfy and convenient as possible, and were always available 24/7. - Located in an amazing neighbourhood in Amsterdam that fosters a strong community. - Location is nearby two lines of the trams to get around (1 for Museum district and 13 for Amsterdam Centraal). Most of the time I just walked because the area is so great.

- The shower would tend to overflow a bit because of the incline of the shower, but it's definitely not a deal-breaker.

This is a lovely hotel in great location, in Amsterdam West - just about 10 minutes tram ride from the center of the city, surrounded by some quiet streets, nice places to eat and a few shops. I had an attic room, which was quiet and warm, with a lovely walk-in shower room. The staff were friendly and accomodating, there's no breakfast included but it looks like they are going to open the cafe downstairs, and they did have croissants and coffee. There are bikes outside that you can use with the hotelbike app, but beware the cost is a little higher than some of the rental places. I had a really pleasant stay, again, the location was perfect for me, away from the hustle and bustle of some of the more touristy spots. I would definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay, just a couple of very minor things though, I'm not sure why there aren't plugs in the sinks (my other hotel was the same), and I'm used to a fridge in most hotels I stay in, at least the option would be great. Otherwise I really would recommend, this is a lovely hotel.

The staff are great, very kind and helpful no matter what time of day. The restaurant was still in progress when I visited, so there was only a small breakfast cafe available, but the pastries were delicious and the smell of baking in the morning is so cozy. As for the rooms, they are very clean, well insulated, and overall well maintained. I have pretty bad allergies to dust and mold, and am used to most hotels giving me trouble, but I was completely fine here! The location is in easy walking distance of everything you'd need, and only a few blocks away from transit to the city center

Nothing really comes to mind. A mini fridge would have been nice, but we knew ahead of time that we weren't getting one so it's not any kind of real issue

Lovely location, quite a way out of the centre. Really cool bars and cafes within a couple of minutes walk.

No tea/coffee in the room. No mirror apart from in the bathroom.

It was well priced compared to other hotel rooms in the area. Wi-Fi connection was strong in the room and the rooms were clean. There was a safe in the room but I didn't use it. Reception area was locked so it felt secure (especially since I was traveling alone) Location is in a quieter yet central part of town. It's near the park and museums, plus there are lots of places to eat nearby.

There was no AC, but the windows opened up so cool air could get let in. No formal late check out. You will get charged if you stay later than 11:30 AM (30 minutes after the official checkout time). I'm not a fan of the bathroom setup (shower is next to the toilet with no door) because the toilet and floor gets all wet. That's not exclusive to this hotel though. But at least they give you a squeegee thing to wipe the floor with so that helps with the water mess.

There was a lift. It was clean & quiet. It was in a really nice residential neighbourhood with a lot of great cafes and restaurants, not far from tramline. It was a short walk to the Vondelpark and across It to the Museum Quarter. Nice shelf space in our bathroom and a lovely rooftop view.

The luggage storage was not in a locked room, it was on open shelves that couldn't be seen from the front desk.

The hotel is in a great location to catch trams or walk for exploring the city. There are good coffee spots, restaurants (check out the Italian restaurant Nona that is on the same street for drinks or dinner), bars and food shops around the hotel, including couple of blocks away. The room was a bit tight for 4 adults but manageable. The hotel stuff were super helpful and made our stay really easy.

We stayed in Room 101 - the room was clean and comfortable and typical of rooms in Amsterdam. The hotel is set in a lovely area on the outskirts of Amsterdam with lots of little shops and bars and tram access to central Amsterdam. The staff were helpful and the rooms were clean - there were also two fans in the rooms - we travelled in the middle of a heat wave and the temperture couldnt really be helped.

Unfortunately, like most of the hotels in amsterdam of this sort, there was no aircon but I wouldnt say this reflects badly on the hotel itself and is just an observation to be aware of. Also, there was a small cafe bar downstairs for coffees and pastries to purchase - I can see they are are creating a cafe bar so hopefully will be some more options to purchase for breakfast/brunch.
