If you want to get away from the hustle of a big city and stay in a well presented room with kitchen facilities and wake up to the sound of birds this is a perfect place. You are still only 30 mins from Rotterdam Centraal with trains from Lombardijen every 12 mins (station is a 20 min walk). Located just off the Ring Road there is a Lidl within walking distance. Hosts were friendly and on hand for any questions but otherwise unobtrusive so this a great place to relax and get away from it all. Breakfast of boiled egg, meat and bread selection with cheese and yoghurt was lovely.

Only that I didn't have an extra day to make use of the free bikes and explore the local area.

location is great. room was fantastic, clean, comfortabel. host family was amazingly nice, friendly and customer oriented. we had 2 bicycles and we enjoyed going out for leisure and for restaurants nearby. breakfast was excellent and at the time we wanted it. shower is great, kitchenette was excellent with nice coffee machine, fridge was great as well. basically it was a beautiful place to spend a lovely weekend at. we even had a great ventilator in our room to keep cool during the hot weather.

Before the stay you get a good information of what to expect form the owners. The owners weren't there that day but they arranged everything and there where Jan and Paul to welcome me. All where very friendly and nice. Got extra tips on travelling in Rotterdam.

It was a bit chilly but they provided extra blankets and there are good heaters. So it is more if you easily cold it can be chilly and the excellent thing is that the host is really nice and have everything prepared to make the stay comfortable.

The place is equipped with all one would need. Interiors are nice . Loved the house, and LOVEd the breakfast

Very kind and helpfull owner. Rooms are big and comfortable, with nice kitchen corner, where there are some refreshing, bathroom is nice as well. Margriet and Hans prepared breakfast as early as we asked, it was fresh and fantastic.

Margriet and Hans are wonderful hosts and really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. We felt very lucky to have found their lovely place. The spectacular breakfast was one of the many highlights for us. We would absolutely stay here again!

Very nice hosts. one of the best breakfasts I have been given with lots of fresh fruit. lovely comfortable and large room. recommend for cyclists as they are cycle-friendly. English and French spoken as well as local dialects. very interesting house and conversation from the hosts. I rate this place very high. thanks. bedankt.

We enjoyed the hospitality from the the owners Margarette and Han. The room was very well decorated with colorful walls, painting, a little kitchen with a dining table. We even had a private parking place and owners were kind enough to allow us to use their bikes. We had hot breakfast served everyday by the owner with fresh boiled egg, warm bread, fruits and jams from their own garden. Everything was delightful.

Very nice hosts who make you feel at home. Excellent breakfast, large rooms, very comfortable beds. Location in a quiet and peaceful part of the city. I recommend to anyone who wants to visit Rotterdam or its surroundings.

The house is rebuilt from an old farm. The room is huge with a lot of amenities. Hosts are friendly and easy to communicate. Private parking space.

You can hear when someone is walking upstairs which woke me up while asleep.
