We had two rooms for our group, both were large and comfortable and cleaned regularly. Staff were really helpful, managing to have one of the rooms available early which was a huge bonus after a couple days travelling. The pool is great, a little chilly this time of year but lots of fun and indoor pool there for when weather is definitely cooler. There was lots of space in the larger room for two children and two adults. Both rooms had little kitchenette which was helpful. Location in CBD is great, we could walk everywhere and lots of nice coffee places and restaurants nearby.

Everything was awesome...the rooftop pool, the hot tub, the indoor pool & indoor hot spa was exactly the boost my body needed..luv the spacious rooms, comfy beds, close proximity to everything ..staff came to help us move our bags from 9th floor to 11th floor, wasnt expecting that, very awesome..luv how u have separated rubbish bins for recycling & landfill..wifey luvs the bath soak, extra bags, vanity pack so helpful thoughtful, dryer washg machines a great extra thanx S0 much

Cant think of anything we didnt like..our stay wasnt long enough..3 nites was great but a bit longer would have been fab too..see you end of september for my birthday stay..

I like this hotel as it accommodates for families, lots of facilities to enjoy - 2x spa pools, 2x swimming pools, gym, sauna, tennis court etc. I loved that the hotel had arranged for a special treat for my partner's birthday - hand written card, bottle of wine, packet of chips and chocolates. The view from the Deluxe Tower One Bedroom Suite was beautiful.

I'm not sure if the bed configuration was communicated to the hotel via Booking.com but we had requested 2x single beds for 2 of the Superior Tower Rooms we had paid for (they both had queen size beds). The hotel also wasn't aware that I had requested an extra bed upon booking for the Deluxe Tower One Bedroom Suite. As we had a long day, we didn't have the energy to get the rooms changed to what we had requested.

The room was spacious, the bathroom also. The view was over the inner courtyard but that was OK. The location was great - walkable to all the CBD areas, very close to the skytower and a stroll to the harbour front. The rooftop pool was lovely - it wasn't too crowded when I visited so could swim lengths and use the hot tub. The view was good from there too! Staff were very friendly. I was booked on to a Hiking New Zealand group tour that use the lobby as a pick-up point so decided to use the hotel as the pick-up was for 6:30AM. I'm very happy that I did.

The gym area was pretty basic. I was hoping for a sauna but it was cold and no amount of water on the stones could get it anywhere near hot enough. it's so large I doubt if it ever gets hot enough! The pool is a lap-pool, so very long and narrow - OK if there's just one person in but no good for kids to play in (even if they were...). I didn't use the gym, There's no windows so it's very functional and not a very pleasant environment unless you are very into fitness training. I went to look for the roof-top pool and that was much nicer.

Perfect location to sky tower, A karaoke bar, Denny’s is literally next door. $10 uber to the civic and Mr Hao restaurant 😂😂😂 The beds we sooooo comfy, Pool for night swims was amazing and relaxing. The valet was amazing as well. Absolutely loved our stay there. Shout out to Karine 🙌🏼 Staff that works there, she was so helpful and awesome. Amazing customer service.

Not that I didn’t like it but it did not have breakfast, so no restaurant for breakfast onsite but they had great recommendations. If they had a buffet breakfast that would of been perfect.

We booked our stay at the Heritage as we were spending New Years Eve in Auckland and wanted to be close to the firework display at the Sky Tower. We intended going up to the rooftop pool area to see in the New Year, but when we got to our rooms discovered they had balconies that gave us a full un-interrupted view of the Sky Tower and display, so 10 out of 10 for location! The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the bed linen crisp and clean. Tea, coffee etc was provided in the kitchen, which had all the basics needed for a short stay. The bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries, there was also a washing machine and dryer if needed.

As a heritage building, I expected the rooms to be in an older style, but even so, I felt the rooms are a little tired and could do with some help. For example, the cupboard doors in our kitchenette were very wobbly, the shower and tiling in the bathroom were very tired, almost grubby-looking.

Hotel in a good location, easy access from the bus station at Sky Tower for transfers from the airport, also within easy walking distance of the port for the cruise ships. The hotel was spacious and the staff very friendly. We arrived earlier than check in however as our room was ready we were able to go straight to it. The room was lovely and spacious for a family of 3, having 2 double beds in separate areas. This meant we were able to watch TV and relax in the evening when our 4 year old went to bed. The bathroom was, again, spacious with complimentary shower gel/shampoo sewing kit etc. The roof top pool space was excellent!

The kitchen lacked a couple of items to enable us to wash up properly, and the garbage disposal didn't really work. We found the rubbish bins slightly confusing as to what could and couldn't go in them - but not exactly major items that would ruin a stay.

The location was excellent.

Check in was difficult as they couldn't finfmd my bookings. Plus, Booking.com hadn't updated the room name allocation i had made. So when my family started arriving, there was confusion when told WE HAD NO BOOKINGS. We couldn't get help with getting the umbrellas put up by the pool in the severe heat. Wasn't very windy, so they could have been put up. Breakfast food is very average for price. Plus only open Saturday and Sundays. Getting to and from the pool was very difficult with internal lifts being out of service the whole weekend.

Liked the size of the apartment and facilities. Toiletries provided were great. Facilities great. Good location.

Really hard to find how to get to parking. Went in back entrance to ask for help and the one staff member left desk to get champagne glasses from basement - gone for 10 minutes. Customers waiting to check in then checked n wrong person - waited half an hour, meanwhile son who works close by directed me to area I could park temporarily to check in and organise valet parking. Directions should be clearer and signage provided as hard to navigate with one way streets.

We had a large and spacious room which could be divided off so that one double bed at the window was separate from the other double bed and kitchenette and bathroom. The bathroom was spacious and had a shower and bath. The kitchen was well appointed and we even had a small dishwasher. The beds were large and comfy. I loved the heritage feel of the hotel (it was an old department store and warehouse). The roof top pool was lovely (there's a jacussi and gym too). There was another indoor pool and gym. Reception staff were helpful and available 24 hours.

Although the room could be divided off, there was no sound proofing (little privacy), but it was grand for us as a family. The pools were far from our room, and past a couple of offices (I like to use a gown or towel). The indoor jacussi was too cool for my liking and there were no pool towels available. Better soaps in pool area would have been good.
