Staff members when I checked in were fast and friendly. I loved my room it was clean and spacious enough bed was clean and bed sheets were clean and Bathroom was also clean. Location of the hotel was good as i was near the Chemist a store that I frequent during my stay and everything was within walking distance so i enjoyed that.

My stay was pleasant and I enjoyed myself staff were friendly and helpful and everything else was nice and clean, I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in my future travels.

We love that it was very close to the main street. Shops, restaurants, supermarkets are just around the corner. Very convenient location for a good price. At the beginning we were in a room without kitchen and since we needed one, the staff solved our needs and changed our room. They provided us with everything we needed to cook without any problem.

If you want to check in earlier, you have to pay an extra amount. We were really tired after an 18-hour journey and we had to wait 6 hours more. However, they were willing to keep our bags until check in time. The room was very small but it has everything you need for a couple of days. It is okay for a couple or a solo traveller.

We got a twin room , it had a window overlooking the street. It was very small but had everything we need. The beds were comfortable and the room had a fan which we needed as it was hot. The location is perfect for the city, one of the best for central and it's excellent value too.

The bathroom has a toilet very close to the shower so very small bathroom with shower curtain, wasn't keen on this but it was all very clean at least. The noise outside from the street can be really loud to all hours because of a bar nearby outside we heard screaming drunk people every night.

No free parking and aged equipment. But consider the city centre location and price that’s still a very good choice.

Excellent location. Middle of the city. Easy to travel to the Airport, but needs the AT Hop card, which is 5 NZD. The trip is 6 NZD and is very easy (needs a shuttle from the Puhinui train station). We did not have the breakfast. There are many shops and restaurants near the hotel. The room is quite small, but for 3 nights OK.

In the room there were kitchenette, but no plates, knives forks etc. and no pans or frying pans. You can ask them from the reception. No chairs to sit.

Hi There, I would like to appreciate Mr. Blair Morten ( Front desk manager ) as he was very helpful in providing required information like best place to buy souvenir's and i suggest to provide the same information for those first time in Auckland and best place to buy souvenir's like fridge magnet and my 2 best store will be the following 2 Dollars shop & Look Sharp Store. Thank you to Mr. Blair by giving the best room which is Level 8 Room No. 5 as it has a magnificent balcony view. Thanks.

I have given my comments to Mr. Blair as the room need a little clean up as the aircond unit filter was not cleaned as it was dusty. The ventilation fan in the toilet also required cleaning as there is dust and also under the bed and behind the TV. The bathroom wall has some defect ( gap or opening ) at the shower area as might lead to water sip into the wall.

The best thing was they had helpful staff at reception rather than relying on digital check in. I had a problem with my door key but was upgraded to a new room which more than made up for having to go up and down in the lift! There wasn't a hair dryer in my room, but when I asked for one it was provided. Room was clean, sheets/pillows were great.

The wifi was free but really slow - it was better to use my phone as a hotspot. Sometimes it's better to provide no wifi than rubbish wifi. The heat pump was not very efficient for the room - it never really heated up even when it was on 30 degrees for an hour. It perhaps needs a service?

Great location for shops, bars, attraction, convenient parking. Check in was easy and the staff were helpful and friendly. Free Tea and Coffee available in reception as well as in the room which had a cooker hob, microwave, kettle etc...Room was clean and comfortable bed.

Being in the middle of a city, t was very noisy with drunks shouting at 2 in the morning and by 5 the refuge collectors were clattering away emptying the bins, so not very relaxing after a 19 hour flight! The room itself had all we wanted for a couple of nights, but was very small.

Room, was suitable and compact. Fit for purpose. Bed, wanted to stuff in lift and take home. Location, perfect for central city visiting. Carparking is also nearby, on Durham and Wyndham Road. Countdown up 2 streets. Short walk to everything

Microwave, no instructions, just had to fiddle with knobs and hope for the best. The unit i was in could do with a small desk/table, My relation got stuck in the lift due to the card being faulty and needed to wait out until another customer used it. The reception did fix and replaced the card. I did try the phone in the unit but is was not working.

Location to ammenities was really nice. Staff were approachable and friendly. Everything inside the room was clean and well presented. Definely be returning to stay here again

The noise from the bars outside… it was a long weekend so it was to be expected and it didn’t last very long. Closed the windows and curtains for more sound proofing did the trick
