Location was so close to everything, the beds were comfy, the pool, gym and sauna area were amazing. We had incredible sleeps all three nights, value for money was incredible, staff were lovely

They didn’t have a sharp knife in the kitchenette

It was 25 minutes away from where I needed to go in Auckland Viaduct Area so location was good enough. The room was small, which was what I asked and paid for. The bed was in excellent condition. I liked the one touch lights. The cleaner provided dish washer powder to me which was very good of her.

I didn't like the narrowness of the corridor outside, but I could fit through anyway. It is definitely not recommended for big people. The lightbulb near the kitchenette blew out towards the end of my stay. The cleaner left their key in my room one day and that would have been a security issue if they left it in another room as the cleaner key can open every door instead of just my own door. So I would suggest the hotel be more careful in training their staff.

Wow! We were very pleased with the accommodations. The exterior does not do it justice. Our 1bdrm unit was excellent. Huge bedroom, in fact everything was very spacious. A great kitchen with a stove top (job) and oven, dishwasher, large pantry, of course refrigerator. Loads of storage throughout. Our view of the Sky Tower was amazing!! We were very surprised that there was a washer and dryer, as well. This is a great spot to do day trips from. We were getting on a cruise in Auckland and we were close enough to the cruise ship terminal that we walked from the hotel, even with our suitcases.

For how great the 1 bedroom suite was, the bathroom was lacking. I would have preferred a bath tub but even if it's got to be only a shower it should be upgraded.

location. clean, serviced each day. bed comfortable. could see Sky Tower from balcony. nice kitchen. towel warmer. Ronnie’s cafe up the road for a smoothie and fruit.

The rusted table on balcony. The most uncomfortable couch ever, so small and stiff and a random one seater. Both couches were in different grandpa fabric. Kitchen chairs hard and uncomfortable. no dish wash detergent only, dishwasher powder. cold lap pool. Spa jets don’t work well no bubbles just a weird jet that has no power, pointless. no pool towels just white towels given out, with room number. car park B4 smelly and a long way down.

Was a decent sized room, has a balcony. Shower had incredible pressure, blasts the shampoo out for you. Good facilities, used the pool before breakfast and it was lovely. Continental breakfast for $24 was well worth it, yogurt, fruit juices, coffee, ham, eggs, cheese, toast, fresh fruit etc. Tv worked well. They stored our luggage for the day, which was just amazing!! Will stay again

Air con didn't do much sadly. Room was a little rougher than I had imagined. Obvious flood/water damage in the bathroom, carpet rough/patched up. Outdoor balcony was not normal people to plus size friendly. With only 1 chair able to be used as its so small.

Location was amazing very convenient to walk everywhere. The pool facilities were excellent.

Didn't like having to pay $150 to cover smashing up room and mini bar which was only worth $20 max. Have stayed in England and Europe and never been asked to do this. There was no mention of this when making booking. Room quite old bit disappointing shower over bath and hole in vinyl floor. Needs updating.

The rest of our stay was fantastic, walking distance to restaurants for dinner

Not having a parking bay for guest that do have higher vehicles. My vehicle is higher having an extended roof box mounted and it was quite damaged when told to park in the underground car park. The first level down was ok but any lower, it was scraping and one point got stuck on low concrete beams which was very fustrating. We moved it multiple times as instructed by the man on the front desk and then had to end up parking it up the top in the taxi bay. This did set me in a mood for the night

Bed was so roomy and comfortable Bedroom was very attractive Lounge and TV positioned perfectly for relaxing and watching a movie before the evening party Kitchen slight small but definitely delivered its requirements Fridge Bar and Food Appreciate the Balcony Bathroom - I love an accommodation that offers a bath Dining was very delicious and affordable

Toilet was positioned as the bathroom door opened into the bathroom Fridge Bar and Food lol The carpark was very tight and it had protruding boxes on the walls that made parking difficult for our vehicle

Loved the location of the hotel. It was quiet, we never heard any neighbors. Enjoyed having a balcony to get some fresh air.

It would have been nice to have a small table to eat the meals we prepared in the kitchenette. It seems odd to have a place to cook, but no place to eat. The water pressure was great, but, a little too great - at least for the kind of fixture in the shower. It was difficult to find a level of water flow that would not push the shower head out of place and have it spraying water directly at the wall.

Very spacious and comfortable. The bed was exceptional. Bonus was the pool, spa and sauna. Reception staff were very helpful over all shifts. Use of garage was worth the extra parking and was very secure. Location fairly central, Sky Tower close by, easy walk to Queen Street and Viaduct

The bathroom needs modernising, not so easy if you cannot step into the bath to have a shower. I would appreciate relevant information left to avoid calling reception each time e.g. menu, dining room hours, closest restaurant/cafe, hours of gym and pool complex, access and exit of garage parking. Would have appreciated a map when I arrived but did get one later
