The front desk welcome was excellent considering I was an hour late. I had been upgraded into a two bedroom unit which seemed enormous for one person. I could walk downbthe road to either Thai or Indian food there was also a fish and chip shop and a bar if I was needing it.

I couldn't figure out how to work the heater as it was set on 'cool' and I wanted hest. The toilet paper was really thin- just a personal dislike.

Beds were very comfy and no traffic noise. Rooms were clean and had all that we needed, spa bath was a lovely bonus to a busy day.

Tv reception wasn't the best, but could've been due to the bad weather. Neighbors talking outside till 1pm.

This was a business trip and I stayed in two different units over a two-week period. Both units were fantastic and equipped with everything needed. They were serviced daily which meant coming back to a clean unit with fresh towels. The parking was off the road and meant the work van was safe. The motel was on the main road which meant it was easy to find and the staff were very helpful.

The tv was too small for our room, oh and that I couldn'tthe spa bath to work but other than that we had an enjoyable stay and especially when finding out that other whanau members had booked in after us as well. Amazing.

Very narrow carparks in frint of units but there was plenty additional parking at the front of the building

The size of the room was big and the bathroom was just right. Location was good too.

The pool wasn't heated and they did not replenish the coffee and other stuff that needs replenishing. They didn't make the beds and the position of the airconditioner/heatpump was weird, it was heating/cooling the stairs. There was a musty smell in the room too but it was bearable.

Really great location, friendly staff, easy check in, amazing cleaning everyday and the property is well looked after from lawns to pool to rooms! Met just over my expectations for a fair price, was happy with the room and all that came with it including the toaster, cutlery, pots pans stove top ect. Spa bath was such a nice top off for us before our exit. Will definitely be going back

Maybe add some milk in the fridge to go with the tea ans coffee sachets.

I love this place both me and my partner always looking forward to spending our weekend at Valdez because they are the best. Everything is great and it's like my home away from home.

Nothing at all everything was perfect

closeness to town, easily accessible to where we were having a family gathering.
