My husband and I recently had a one week stay at these apartments. We honestly could not fault anything. The staff were truly. amazing. Polite, helpful, kind. The apartment was clean and tidy. It looked like it had been recently renovated. Great amenities. It had cooling and heating which was perfect for those chilly mornings. Our self contained apartment was well stocked with supplies and was restocked daily. It was cleaned daily (which we were pleasantly surprised about as in the past apartments we stayed at were not cleaned or restocked during our stay). We enjoyed cooking in on the occasions we didn't want to go out for a meal. There were a couple of instances we didn't wash our dishes (thinking we'd do it upon our return) only to find that they were washed for us. The bed and pillows extremely comfortable. The bathroom very modern with a great vanity with plenty of storage. The shower was a great size and very powerful shower head. There was ample free parking which really helped in keeping our holiday costs low. There is a fantastic local shopping centre a minutes drive from the apartments with all the essentials you might need. Also only a quick drive into town. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Queenstown or surrounds. We would definitely rebook if we ever visited in the future. Thank you to the whole team!

We honestly couldn't fault our stay.

Room was exceptional! Very clean and very big compared to the other places we stayed at. Bathroom is very clean and the room is promptly cleaned every day. Don't let the airport deter you from staying here. Last flight into Queenstown during peak season is 8pm so we weren't bothered by the airport.

No view of the lake (we already knew this though) and a 20 minute drive from the hustle and bustle of Queenstown so if staying here a car is a must. Limited parking spaces in the area. 30 something spots for 40 guests. If you came home one night and there wasn't room to park, you will have to park in a paid area and pay $10 for the night. We got lucky during our stay and there was parking for the four nights we were there and never paid to park.

The location was perfect as the starting and finishing point for our cycle around the central otago rail trail. The staff were extremely helpful and were more than happy for us to store our bike bags and suit case while we did the trail over 4 days. The shuttle that picked us up to take us to the beginning of the trail appreciated the location too - very easy for them to get their vans into/out of with minimal traffic. Nice and close to the airport but no airport sounds at all. Close to restaurants so you don't actually have to go into Queenstown but if you do want to then you can catch a bus (make sure you have cash for that) or a taxi. Highly recommended

It was fresh and new, the apartment space was very comfortable and had great services. A random but important note was the size of the milk. It was perfect for my young family and meant we weren't rushing out in the morning for supplies! There was a playground and shops within easy walking distance and plenty of restaurants around the corner. We needed a place close to the airport and this was great, we rarely heard the planes but was close enough to ensure we weren't rushing to our flight. We were afforded an early and late check-out due to availability and that extra time helped us with our impending flight to Aus. Although there is construction going on around we had a lovely view of the surrounding mountains and the double glaze kept the noise at bay.

A new modern hotel. Excellent front desk staff who answered all of our questions about local venues and things to do. Room was spotless and overlooked a schoolyard and the Remarkable mountain range. Parking could be a problem, but we were able to find spots every time, but clearly that was not always going to be the case. Dining in the area within walking distance a little limited, but available. If you're flying, it's very near the airport.

We stayed here after hiking Roys Peak and visiting Wanaka, this was a stopover stay so it was short and sweet we just stayed for 1 night. We arrived at 10pm and the check-in was easy with the key left in a lock box for us. We were thrilled to arrive and there was a washer / dryer for us to use as we had a full bag of washing so got to do that during the night before we left the next morning. All rooms are more like apartments with plenty of toom and very modern and clean. It was close to Countdown and the shops the next morning so we could grab food for the road before driving to Franz Josef.

Parking was extremely limited, we eventually got a spot but something to be aware of.

the room is spacious. we only stayed there for 1 night because we were flying back to christchurch on the next morning. there is fridge, stove , cuttlery , salt pepper, microwave and dish washer in the room which we didnt use but we used the washing machine. the washing machine works fine. powder detergent and liquid dish washer are provided. location its very near to the airport about 5 mins. but its a bit far to the city about 15 mins if there is no traffic. when we were there traffic to the city was pretty bad. the bathroom is clean. there is no hair on the towel!

the tv could be bigger in size

The property had a very comfortable bed and was clean. The balcony had a great view of the Remarkables and we were lucky to see some snow on the top of it. The bathroom facilities were great and it was nice to have a coffee machine to use for a morning coffee before starting out our day. Also the property is very close to the airport and about a 10-15 minute drive from the town centre.

The limited car parking spaces made it a bit difficult to find parks if you came back from town or activities later at night.

Super close to the airport and short walking distance to the shopping plaza, and less than 15min drive downtown. The asian receptionist lady was very nice and helpful when we had problems with the laundry machine - thank you. Room was clean and came with complimentary milk and coffee and tea. Hotel looks nice, shower temp was great, good view of the mountains, check in/out was easy. Bed is comfortable and sheets are soft. AC works well. Well insulated room. Towels get changed, bed sheets made (not replaced) and room gets cleaned daily. There's wall plugs next to the bed and the alarm clock does wireless phone charging. The room has all the amenities you need. Definitely recommend this hotel if you're coming to Queenstown, nicely priced.

The laundry machine/dryer was bad. Takes too long (3+ hours) dry a very small load of clothes and washing comes out soaking wet. Had to use nearby laundromat to dry clothes. Unsure if this was just this machine's fault, or if all the machines are like this. Hotel parking can be packed sometimes. But luckily didn't have to park outside of the hotel or pay for parking.

Location is close to airport and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Building is located in a quiet area and a bus stop is within 2-3 minute walk. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Although the rooms are serviced everyday, I noticed that the vacuuming may not happen daily. Also, there was a "Boil water" notice from Queenstown LD Council during my stay, I did not receive a note or a message to let me know as a guest. I only found out that the water was unsafe to drink due to a posted A4 size message in the lift which people may or may not read at all.
