Clean and secure. Booked for one-bedroom unit for 2 nights for 4 of us. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and I got everything I needed. The motel is very close to the city center and only takes less than 10 minutes for walk. PS: Spa is nice as well. We will be staying again very soon. Host very accomadating despite sleeping in.

Nothing to dislike. This is one of the best places to stay in Rotorua, Good value for money.

Central for my purpose. Roomy one be unit - lots of space for me to move around in Bed felt like my own bed at home, very comfortable & clean sheets & towels - good quality linen Loved the spa, lots of hot water

Couple things- no towel racks to hang your clothes in the bathroom when going for shower or spa No tea towel dowels by the kitchen sink to hang the tea towel Could do with bigger size coffee mugs for people like me like a big cup of tea (or coffee) Bit traffic noisy but it is on a main road - car parks were a bit confusing, and tight

We travelled from Australia with a group of sports athletes (14yr olds) to participate at a Netball tournament. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our 1 request (more towels lol). Our whole group loved everything about Executive on Fenton. The hotel was central to all our needs. We will definitely go back.

There was nothing negative to say about Executive on Fenton.

The room was clean and facilities were as expected. We had everything we needed, and appreciated the tea and coffee set out in the kitchenette. Toiletries were given generously too! The staff were helpful when we needed to do a late check in and recommended a greta laundry place down the road. Parking was fine and location was convenient.

The wet bathroom was a little less that ideal, but that's probably just personal preference! Also, the tub didn't look very clean so we didn't end up using it.

Room was clean and tidy. Kitchen equipment was good. We stayed two nights and towels etc were changed. Tea making facilities was stocked both days. Thermal heating was a bonus as it was winter and cold in Rotorua. Staff was friendly and it was nice to be met by the family dog. Location was good. Not too far from centre of town and situated well to get to other parts of the city.

Only downside, there was no towel rail in bathroom.

Spacious clean room with very comfortable king-size bed and large spa bath. Excellent location, 10 minute walk into the city centre and 5 minutes to a huge Countdown supermarket. 15-minute walk to the Polynesian Spa and Lake front and 20 mins to Kuirau Park (free access to lots of geo-thermal features). Living Maori village and thermal reserve, Whakewarewa and Californian redwood forest are within 10 min drive - both exceptional and we highly recommend visiting.

Some traffic noise but not too bad. On the first night our room was invaded by a swarm of mosquitos - but we discovered that endemic NZ mozzies do not bite people as they feed on birds! By leaving the window open the mozzies left the room when our light was off - no problem in the end as the mozzies just sat on the ceiling and walls until flew out the window. Not many mozzies on other nights (we stayed 5-nights).

Room was spacious, clean and serviced daily. The spa was absolutely amazing! Grounds tidy, staff very friendly and helpful. Location is awesome! Cafe/restaurant across the road, fish n chips shop was a 5min walk away and the town centre 10min walk. Close to Countdown & Pak n save. Really enjoyed our 2 night stay, highly recommend

Having not stayed here before! We holiday in Rotorua about 3 yimes a year and have stayed at various hotels, this has been the best by far

Loved the location, right across the road from a Cafe/bar that was also excellent, close enough to town but not too close to be disturbed by the busyness Parking was easy to get to, and easy to find, the room was big enough for 3 people without us being on top of each other. The hot tub was easy to use and value for money.

Not complaints really

Location was great! We never spent more than 5 minutes getting around. We checked in pretty late but we had no issues with the staff & they catered to us with our late arrival (Easy Comms). We stayed in the “Studio with the Spa Bath”. Our room was so nice, better than what we expected! (The photos don’t do the rooms justice, I thing they are pretty outdated) Very clean, spacious & comfortable. The bed was so comfy & big! Not to luxurious but felt like home. Loved the room for our short stay!

Parking is very limited (Not a big issue) but the staff were happy to help us park our car somewhere. No Air Con in the rooms but there is a fan :)

Perfect accommodation. Brand new unit, clean and comfortable. The temperature was pleasant in the room not too warm, not too cold. Room was totally quiet. The parking was right outside the unit. Staff were helpful and friendly. The private hot tub in the patio was a delight! Highly recommend this place. We'll be back for sure on our next trip to Rotorua.
