We stayed over the Christmas period with myself, husband and 3 year old. The room was great and had everything we needed. A separate bed in the mezzanine where our son could sleep whilst we stayed downstairs and able to entertain ourselves separately in the main living room (with TV). The rooms were quiet (although I hope we werent the noisy ones with a child up early). There is a swing set and pool which was great for extra entertaining. We utilised the private spa a couple of times after a long day. The temp was a bit hot but there was a hose to add cold water for your liking. What a bonus! The kitchen has everything you need as well so a great all round stay

Really great place to stay with families. The staff were friendly and super accomodating, we asked if we could check in early at 12 and it wasn't a problem and sorted for us. Room was great for us, quite spacious nice modern kitchen and bathroom. Pool was nice and heated which meant kids could swim for ages!

No extra/spare pillows or blankets in. Not a big deal but would have been nice, I didn't notice until we went to bed late on the evening so couldn't call reception.I am sure they would've brought some over I feel the cold more than most.

We loved that there was a spa at the back of our lodge! It was the big determining factor for us booking this accommodation. It was nice and clean, and temperature was really hot - perfect to soak in before bed. Room was nice and tidy, and it came with plenty of spare towels and toilet paper, as well as facilities and utensils for stove top cooking. The heater does a great job at keeping the room warm - perfect for winter days! Unfortunately, I got my period on my last night there, so had to disclose that the sheets had a bit of blood. Was a bit nervous, but the duty manager was so forgiving and patient with me! I felt super reassured, and am thankful that he made a potentially embarrassing situation feel like water off a ducks back.

Bathroom had a bit of a strange smell, but wasn’t sure if it was due tri the geo-thermal water or something that was dirty. First thing I noticed as well is that there’s no aircon, and the only fan is right above the loft bed. Didn’t matter to us because we’re in the middle of winter, but if I was staying here in warmer months I wouldn’t enjoy not having aircon.

My room was stunning. Clean, fresh, had everything you could need. Lovely comfortable beds, great choices of channels on the TV, a wonderful warm relaxing spa. A great private weekend. The catch up I had with my nudist friend who I hadn't seen in about 5 years was excellent. No worries about offending anyone. Definitely going back

The only very very small negative was the hose connection didn't fit on the tap so I couldn't put cold water into the spa to cool it down a bit. When I told the receptionist when I left he promised to rectify the problem

Loved loved loved the Spa in the room, the heated pool was beautiful. On such a cold day the pool was the best temperature. I have been to others and they have been cold. But this pool was amazing. The receptionist was so kind and helpful. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family. I will definitely be using this place all the time. It's handy to all the food places too, but if they had a resturant that would top this place off.

The only thing I would of wanted was a softer bed. The bed and the pillows were quite firm to sleep on. Probably the most firm one that I have actually slept on. But that was my only thing I would change. They have a big room for a resturant.

We were there once before it was great, it had a small pool but this time the room has a spa pool which is more spacious. Also the kids loved the pool after all the fun in the rain on the weekend i booked it, plus it was a great deal at the time of booking took advantage of the mobile app discount. Parking is right outside and access is a breeze. Room i believe has some degree of sound proofing which is great if the kids gets abit noise.

hmmm there not much to wind about but there are some spots on the wall that needed some attention.

We love staying at Wylie Court. We like that the kids have their own room, bathroom and TV. The beds, carpet and curtains looked new and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen were dated but very clean. The kids enjoyed swimming in the on site pool and the adults enjoyed sitting in our private spa pool. It's a great place to relax and decompress after a full day of activities. We will definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Would like to have more space to hang wet towels and swimwear, maybe some hooks in the bathroom. Also, we felt the spa could have been a little cleaner.

It was a very hot day/night and the only cooling was the roof fan and 2 other fans but they didn't help, a aircon would have been amazing! The pool was warm which is good for cold days but it was a really not day

shower head low. average height female and had to bend to wash hair . not a fan of the spa already being filled for you. would like to do that so know it’s clean

The filipino staff were very accommodating. We wanted to cook breakfast the next day but apparently the electric stove was not working, they did their best to help up, and helped us find an alternative room so we can cook our breakfast. Also, they gave us a little bit of extension to enjoy the pool and our bubba really loved it! It was a lovely stay indeed!

Not really dislike, but I suggest staff would check all facilities if working before letting the next guest check in.
