We were greeted by Roger on arrival. He was welcoming and gave us good recommendations for restaurants to try out for dinner. The room was perfect and had everything we needed for our stay. The spa was so nice to relax in, and the shower is the best shower we've ever had in a motel!

Loved the food recommendations. The cleanliness was fab. At reception the staff were excellent. Linen, curtains and netting were clean and crisp! This is somewhere I will definitely come to stay again.

This is such a minor thing, but some of the kitchenette was (long term) water damaged, functional of course, but obviously damaged a long while ago and not addressed. ( I am being incredibly nit picky mentioning this)

We enjoy our stays here because other the people who manage it, most welcoming gestures which makes our stay even more pleasant! Love the spa baths too! My sons all time favourite thing about the rooms ☺️

The location of Macy's was great. There were good restaurants to choose from for a night out.

Our room was upstairs and quite steep for older people. The room was compact and not really what we expected. The manager apologised, as Macy's was fully booked that night and there was no option available to be up graded..

I used the bath though not the spa feature. Had a soccer injury so was a bonus to have a hot soak.

My pet hate at any motel is the pillows. Often they are smelly. I usually sleep with a T shirt or towel over.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming which always sets the scene off nicely upon check in. My girls loved the pool which was perfect and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Thank you very much will visit again. ☺️

Enjoyed the central location, the comfort and the swimming pool for the kids.

The room was a little tight having a family of 4 but most probably the circle table in the middle of the room other than that, it was a great stay.

Quiet comfortable room with plenty of room to move about. Bed was comfortable. The cooking facilities even though tight and compact was easy to use

The room was cozy, Beds comfy and location wonderful. Even though the hotel was close to the main road, you could not actually hear the traffic which was great. The manager on when we checked in was very friendly.

We could hear the TV of our neighbours through the inter-locking door
