I would have to say that Sam I believe whom we dealt with, was very helpful and quick to respond to our enquiries. Very accommodating to our late check in due to a last minute meeting we needed to attend. The room was an upgrade which we chose online and it was definitely not what we expected. It was past our expectations as we have stayed in a few places around Tauranga/Mt Maunganui and this one was by far the better experience for us. The spa bath was bliss. Easy to access after hours. Parking was good even though we missed out in the basement but there was plenty of parking out the front.

The fact that we werent there long enough to be able to book another day.

Staff were friendly. Amenities were good for what we paid and nice and clean.

Wanted to cook in unit but the was no extractor and a warning of getting charged $350 to reset fire alarm plus payment for the call out of firetruck. If you allow cooking in the units an extractor fan should be provided so we can cook with minimal worry.

It was within walking distance to shops and restaurants and an easy drive to Mt Maunganui. Free secure parking was great and the room was tidy and well equipped. They left the air conditioning on in my room for my arrival, thoughtful touch on a hot day!

The main room door wasn’t very sound proof, you could hear other guests walking and talking in the hallway at night.

We were welcome to a cool room when we arrived, which is much appreciated as the weather was quite warm. Room 17 was spacious for a couple and a kid. There is no exhaust in the kitchen, so I need to open all windows and turn on the fan in the bathroom to make sure the smoke alarm will not go off. Pricey cause of last minute booking, but overall, we had a great comfortable stay.

Great location. Very accommodating to a last-minute request and booking the same afternoon. Room was spacious and tidy. Beds were very comfortable and had a nice-sized TV. Would recommend and stay there again.

There was quite a bit of noise from rooms down the hall, very loud talking and almost sounded like arguing until around 2:30am one morning but no fault of the staff.

The whole stay was awesome the room was well serviced clean and tidy. Great service from all. Great facilities in the room eg cooking hib fridge everything I needed. Very compact but served everything I needed. Would definitely stay there again as walking distance to town. Great stay 👍🏻

You can hear upstairs guests talking, so do next-doors people talking so clearly in the bathroom. However, not bother us much as we're out most of the time and in the room for sleeping only. People generally not talking overnight. Btw unlike most of the accommodations, you'll get charged for credit card fee, which are not included in the price.

The room was spacious, with arm chairs as well as a dining table and chairs. The room was clean, the bed linen was clean and crisp. It was nice to have a soak in the bath after a day of driving.

There was an unpleasant odour when we first opened the bathroom door. If you are looking for a sea view you may be disappointed.

Light, airy, large rooms. Excellent location, only 5-10mins walk to waterfront, bars, restaurants and coach station. Outdoor pool if you wanted to use it. Comfortable beds. Very pleasant and helpful receptionist. Tea/coffee/chocolate and milk provided. Nice little kitchenette.

All good, nothing to complain about

cooling options - overhead fan and air conditioning. Large TV with plenty of viewing options. Good sized bathroom. Within walking distance to city areas and eateries. Secure underground parking (although very tight when bigger vehicles are in there).

Parking is very tight when large vehicles are in there. Not much milk, only 6 of the small UHF packets, not enough coffee for 2 people. Dead birds in parking lot.
