*Friendly, kind, and reachable staff *Great location (in the middle of the Tauranga township) *within walking distance from the facility I needed to access every day during my stay *A clean, tidy, and unexpectedly large guestroom (Family Villa) was provided *A safe and secured private gate with a lock and a private parking area *Spacious living room, dining area, and fully equipped modern kitchen *Two clean bathrooms, including ensuite, and both showers have good water pressure, which comes through a large hot water cylinder *Airconditioners were installed in all bedrooms and the living room area *a large TV and a large dining table *Good WiFi *Beds are warm and comfortable

*The pillow was a bit too hard for us. *It had a security gate and it's a very safe area, but the entrance door doesn't have a lock inside. Also the door is a bit stiff, hard to open and close. Everything else was perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our one bedroom unit It was very big, well laid out, nice decor & furnishings Very clean & tidy We had a Studio room last time we stayed which was great too but this room was awesome Definitely would stay again especially if it was in the one bedroom unit Even had a bath which was lovely

The weather was rough, which obviously had nothing to do with where we stayed but it made our Sky TV not work all night so we couldn't watch the All Black's play until the next morning while getting ready to leave Definitely nothing negative to say about the Motel it was 10/10

We would like to share our incredible experience with Durham Court Motor Inn. The location was absolutely perfect, with fantastic restaurants located in nearby downtown and the stunning Waterfront - just a stone's throw away. Furthermore, the room was impeccably serviced each day by the most accommodating staff members, who demonstrated great flexibility to ensure we could continue watching the Rugby semi-finals. Thank you to everyone involved for making our stay truly unforgettable. We are definitely planning to visit again next year and can't wait to experience the outstanding service once more.

Friendly Receptionist at check in, she quickly got our room keys sorted and was helpful. All units are on ground level which was great, there was a sitting area with a tables under a shaded area directly outside each unit it was lovely to sit outside and enjoy some refreshments. There was a lovely pool area too, but sadly were were not staying longer to enjoy this facility looked incredibly inviting, as the weather was muggy.

We were like 80% of the guests there to attend a music concert a two minute walk from the hotel, The concert ended at 9pm, on our return we with a few of the other guests decided to have a few drinks together and talk about how good the bands were, when the night manager approached us and requested we stop as we maybe upsetting our neighbors, however we had asked the neighbors if they would mind or like to join us, so we all decided to leave and walk to town bars. We felt a little saddened from being treated like naughty teenagers. (aged from 35 - 53yrs) The neighbors were also a little taken aback by the night managers reaction.

Very clean, generous sized room for 2 adults and 1 child, well equipped (kitchenette had everything we needed, didn't use the cooking facillities), air conditioning, SkyTV, generous extra amenties such as coffee, hot chocolate, tea, soaps, shampoo and towerls, and wonderful staff. Location was handy to waterfront and short drive to the Mount. The multiple wide windows lit up the room well which did not make it feel like a dark motel.

We could hear voices from the back (I think there is another area at the rear). Not loud enough to disturb us though.

The location was great and easy for us to find. Within walking distance of restaurants and city centre. The room had a heat pump which kept it cosy. The cleaning staff were wonderful and serviced our room, did a great job.

My husband is tall and has problems getting up from low couches. We wish they could be a bit higher so older people can elevate themselves more easily out of them. We couldn't get the Wifi to work but a tech was coming the following day.

Beautifully renovated room, great bathroom and shower with good water pressure. Very nice plush towels, everything was very clean and the host was super friendly. Location in walking distance to a lot of restaurants, supermarket 2 minutes' drive down the road. Value for money.

Our room was a few meters away from an intersection where on a Saturday night quite a few boy racers showed off their engines, other than that noise everything was great.

Very clean and modern with above average kitchen facilities and utensils. We were able to get trim milk for our tea and coffee, both were top brands, much appreciated. We both agreed that the bed linen was definitely the best we've experienced in quite a while.

The street cleaners do start their job quite early, so can disrupt your sleep, best to close street side windows. A tea towel would have been handy, probably just an oversight. I was concerned about marking the tables with my hot mug so used a plate, I think a few coasters would be a great idea.

The room was spacious and after travelling a few hours it was great to relax. It was especially hot the day we arrived in Tauranga so the cooling air of the air con helped alleviate the hot temperatures. Having a swimming pool onsite was also great too. Kept the children distracted.

The noise from the next door neighbours. Talking loudly outside.

Nice size room, good set up in the kitchen and good tea/coffee selection. Love that the coffee mugs are a descent size. Clean and tidy. Love the electric towel rail. Nice staff. Easy to find and great parking.

Pet peeve, horrible thick, crunchy sheets (clean though) and badly made bed. All sheets and blankets tucked in at once and short-sheeted. Easy enough to re-make the beds so it was comfortable.
