Great location, breakfast, Nice room :)

Before we arrive to hotel, I call to ask about car parking. Guy who I was spoke told us when we check in just leave keys and fill info of the car. There was like 10 people waiting for check in, so we parked car outside hotel and stand on waiting line for check in. At this time when we was waiting we got 900kr ticket for parking… No one can help about this situation in recepcion. So if they notice us that dont leave car outside without driver inside so we shouldnt leave car outside.

Very near the main train station. They also have free sweets and water in the lobby which my kids really enjoyed taking everytime we are at the lobby. Front desk was also very friendly and nice

Hotel overall is nice especially the location. Just felt like they do not really clean the rooms properly. One of the bath towels had hairs on it so im not really sure if its being washed/changed for the new guests.

Big room with really comfortable bed, good sound-isolation, just a few meters from the central station

There was a strange odur in the bathroom the first night, no coffee machine

The outside entrance is riddled with litter.. not the best first impression. Would be nice if the staff kept it clean.

In-house food outlets are very limited - the choice is between a pizza restaurant geared towards sports fans, and a very small lobby lounge which has few seats and accommodates bar customers ordering drinks only as well as those wanting to eat. The only other option is a top-floor premium restaurant with an excellent reputation, but requiring considerable advance booking to secure a table. These limitations are unfortunate, given that there is extra capacity in a vast restaurant that is only open for breakfast and not at lunchtime or in the evening.

Hotel is very well located in city centre. Is very clean. Rooms are large and spacious and beds comfortable. Breakfast gave a first class choice

When I checked in, I was asked for a bank card, to guarantee against any purchases made whilst at the Hotel. I understand this is normal, so had no problem with that. I did not make any purchases but was shocked, on my return home, when I checked my bank account and found that they had taken off payment for my room, from the card I had presented for a guarantee, despite the fact that I had already made full payment for the room, several days beforehand, through Booking.Com. I have emailed them re this, and the return of my money, and await their reply ! I just feel that this should not happen and has tainted my view of the Hotel, a bit.

The online check-in was very fast, two minutes at most. The staff apologized that just picking up the room key doesn't work yet, because this system is quite new, but it went so quick anyway that we didn't care. The room is designed and furnished well, with some exceptions. The location is also good. Quite the views on the higher floors.

The room's drapery: you can barely close the curtains completely, it required a lot of fiddling. Not really a problem in Autumn, but it might be a big issue during Summer. Also, the bathroom sink wasn't designed well, it was really easy to spill water around it.

breakfast : good selection of products but the breakfast area is often very busy and cosy . not a pleasure. Bedroom : very confortable , big space and very quite. Very nice interior design style. American coffee and Espresso Lavazza coffee machine avaiable in the room . the hotel offer the best View over the city or the Sea . hotel in the center of the city , behind the Rail / Bus Station . it s possibile to walk everywhere from the hotel.

I arrived really late, close to midnight, and it was great to be welcomed by the friendly and efficient staff at the reception desk. My room was quiet, modern, clean with a lovely, large, comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent, offering a large variety, from omelet & sausages, granola and fruit, croissants and chocolate pastries to more Norwegian products. The hotel has a bar on the 33rd floor with a panorama over the city. It is also conveniently located just next to Oslo's central Station (Oslo S) which is very convenient when, like me, you are planning a visit outside of the city. This has been a great discovery and I will definitely come back.

The buffet breakfast was good with many choices, location is good and the beds are clean, rooms are clean and quiet and the staff very friendly, I also like the fact you can book a car transfer for airport pickup to the hotel

Should improve lighting. For seniors like me we prefer a well lighted room, maybe add an overhead light, but overall stay is very good. Porter service should be simultaneous, I was surprised we had to inform the front desk if we wanted a porter service upon checkout but am glad they accomodated me but it would be better if porter service is available anytime
