Amazing property, views were unreal and facilities were great. Water villa was extraordinary! Glass bottom on balcony was very cool and loungers were very comfortable. they made a very cool display on our bed for our honeymoon!

Pool was salt water, food seemed overpriced for being mediocre, boat transfer time was different than scheduled making us wait and rush to catch our land transfer but we did make it! We had no hot water in the evening and morning. Some of the “included” activities like snorkelling felt like less care was given since it was free. There was no one to help us choose snorkel gear and there wasn’t any clean goggles, when we asked someone he disappeared to look for someone else and didn’t come back. We didn’t get to see much snorkelling. Nothing major but something you expect for the amount you’re paying to stay.

Wi-Fi not perfect…but not a problem! Prices of small things like a small ice cream completely non sense. 16 euros for an ice cream!😄…I thought it could be a mistake but not! Nevertheless everything s perfect!

It was a beautiful resort located on an amazing island. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the beach and pool were amazing. also the staff were wonderful - so kind, attentive and helpful. They offered to carry our sleeping 3 year old down from the sunset hike when she fell asleep!! We also enjoyed the snorkelling options - snorkelled with a turtle and baby reef sharks which was really cool.

As it is on an island it is costly to get off the island to see Palawan. I would maybe consider offering shuttle transfers maybe with pick ups to those staying there as an option…

Cauayan is among the best resorts we have ever been to. The stay is indeed expensive (ok VERY expensive), but in our opinion definitely worth it. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, the food in the restaurant is SUPERB, service level is the highest available in the Philippines, and the resort's facilities are at great condition. We stayed in a Water Villa, and then moved to a Pool Villa - both rooms were big, comfortable and offered amazing views. Our recommendation is to pay extra for a meal plan (at least half-board). The food is truly very good, but expensive - meal plans will probably help to reduce costs (to an extent). Happy Hour/Happy Day plans allow you to also drink if your not on an All-Inclusive package. Do not skip the sunset track and the private small beach, accessible by a short kayak sailing.

Limited option to participate in tours that are organised by external suppliers. Boats are coming in and out only based on check-in/out of other guests so there is no guarantee you will be able to arrive to the town, or back to the hotel, based on tour schedules of external suppliers. Prices in the resort (food, drinks, spa treatments, tours) are very high - in a whole new pricing level compared to other places in the Philippines. This should be taken into account

The island is so quiet, far from the crowd at El Nido, we loved that. Food was good, our 2 rooms villa was huge, with a big terrace, pool, and fantastic sea view. While snorkeling around (masks, snorkel, fins are available), we saw thousands of fishes, starfishes, sharks.... Great service as well! Staff is very professional. The WhatsApp channel is a good idea, better than having to pick a phone. They are very responsive on the WhatsApp channel.

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The tour was AMAZING, the guide ( Paul & Captain Ray) were very friendly & Helpful. Which made our experience out standing The Locations during in the tour were incredible. The rooms are extremely clean. The bar drinks are crate & the food is amazing. The welcoming was outstanding, the room decoration up on arrival was perfect. Will visit it again & Highly recommend.

food was terrible and very pricey. we tried 9 different dishes and no one was tasty and far away of good quality. huge menu but not good food. the restaurant of the resort is the only place to have food so I think they need to focus is serve food accord with the standard of the hotel

We stayed for 3 nights in a beach front villa and the whole experience was fabulous! The location is wonderful and absolutely breathtaking. The staff are very attentive and extremely friendly.

They could have been more accommodating when it came to the meal plan. We signed up for the half-board and quickly realized that we didn't want that much food, and asked to be switched to an a-la-carte plan before we even had our first meal, and they said that they've already charged our card and couldn't refund us, which is a really simple thing to do. We found it quite expensive for the quality. The food in general can be improved.
