My family felt very welcomed and special. They gave their personal best to take care of their guest including sharing their dogs. Love Panda, Mocha, Fifi and Luna. Love how they work with their guest for an extraordinary stya. Love the curtains and a homey feeling than just another hotel room. Shoutout to Manilyn, Mylene, Francois, Emil and rest of the hardworking crews. Love the island tours with Junjun, Captain Jack and two others. Again they personalized our experience. We loved going to the San Isidro town fiesta. Easy to walk nearby sari-sari store. Easy to talk to the staff especially when you need a transport van. It is an experience worth repeating.

the room is nice, quiet, big and clean. Breakfast on time, you really only need to order in advance to line up your order in the kitchen. What I don't understand from the others who commented here is that the breakfast is said to be 1 hr late ..what? very late, just a minute late or 3 minutes 1 hour immediately oh comon guys . The kitchen staff said that their food is not ready to cook food, they serve fresh food, it's inevitable that we'll be late sometimes, but we understand. Othe guest need to be oven minded ,just focus on a positive side,not a negative side. the problem is because others are just a little bit wrong or can't give in to what they want .. immediately say Bad or dissappointed, these kinds of guests are very narrow minded To my fellow tourists, my only advice is to be safe and enjoy your vacation, focus only on what is beautiful and not what you are looking for is wrong. I've been to several countries and I enjoy them all because I don't look at the wrong or the negative side. Always positive to enjoy the vacation.

The structure is decidedly kitsch, but it's an amusing, involuntary kitsch. The resort is still partially under construction, so we'll come back when it's finished because we loved it anyway. Beyond the resort, the Nacpan area is wonderful: beautiful beaches, few people, delightful atmosphere!

They still have some small improvements to make, such as: there is no light on the bedside tables, but the structure is not yet finished, so we are sure that in a short time they will be able to provide a complete service

Place is very nice, beautiful and calm beach, rooms are spaceious ,comfortable and clean ,Awesome sea and garden view from room.Food is delicious...especially chicken soup.. Great place to hangout with family... Location is great as it is very near to Nacpan beach. You can also rent a bike in the resort as there is a lot of beautiful places to discover around it. Dinners are very delicious and stuning sunests.If you wanna relax and enjoy your trip..just visit this place once... Its worth going...!! We highly recommend this resort if you want beautiful beach in a calm environment and very kind hosteses

We liked everything about the place. It was clean and it seemed very new, beautiful room, the designs inside and outside the room are really well thought out .The architecture and design are definitely highlights of the hotel - The staff was very kind and welcoming,. excellent customer service all round. We got the beachfront villa and we loved the shameless location. The weather was great for september.Breakfast was delicous! We had wonderful time! Location was great, 5 minutes from the famous Beach which is NACPAN BEACH/TWIN BEACH, 23 from the crowded town. The lady who run the resort are top notch. She also wanted you to enjoy your holiday and was very informative. Great value for money compared to a hotel. I would highly recommend the resort to anyone.

Rooms are very clean. The hotel is a few steps from the beach, which is great. The best part of it was how accommodating the staff are. We had to leave very early in the morning, so managed to serve us our breakfast before we left at 5am in the morning. Personally, I think the rooms need a redesign. It had a castle theme that wasn’t for us, but it was unique. Overall, the hotel was great with very good staff!

The bathroom was raided nightly by ants from the mangrove below and a few wandered into the main room. Not a big deal. Otherwise, the room is beautiful, spacious, with huge windows and views and comfortable king size beds.

Breakfast was fine...just fine. Staff are VERY friendly, responsive to any needs. They make the place work.

I would rate this place 5 stars out if 5 if I did not care about WiFi. However, like many visitors especially those working remotely, WiFi is essential. The WiFi is virtually not existent (90% not working and when it is, it is intermittent and VERY weak. It is effectively absent.

there is no hotel restaurant though the cottage with tables would do, but it could have been much easier if food is served easily. im not sure if the road going to the property is just unfortunate during our stay but i wish it would be cemented sooner so guests would have an easy access especially for smaller vehicles like the one we used, a sedan

Beatufiul location, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to assist however they could. Lovely filipino cuisine available at the hotel.

There was renovation work going on at the time, but this did not affect us at all during our stay.
