Nacpan Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches we have seen, with white sand, palm trees, clear water and stunning sunsets. We loved spending time there. For us, Nacpan Beach Resort has been the perfect hotel to enjoy this exceptional spot. We had a spacious, clean room with a breathtaking ocean view and a spacious nice bathroom. We missed a closet but the hotel is still quite new and we were told the closets are on their way… The whole team was very kind and attentive. Everybody seemed committed to ensure we had a wonderful time. The frontdesk team - Sheryl, Alvin and PJ - was helping us with every question. They also helped us organize transport and tours. There was a shared shuttle to El Nido, so it was no problem (40 minutes) to get there. Close to the hotel, right at the beach, is Sunmai Restaurant. It‘s a cool restaurant with delicious food and mango shakes. They served great breakfast, too. The service team was always friendly and in a good mood. And if you like to get an excellent massage, we can highly recommend the resort’s integrated spa. Before our arrival, Nacpan Beach Resort send some helpful advice: The road to the hotel is very bumpy in rainy season. And in this region there can be annoying sand flies on the beach. So make sure you take insect repellent with you. As at the moment, you need cash at Nacpan Beach Resort in order to pay for tours or transport. It was good to see that they are about to install an ATM.

The hotel is exceptional since its very new. I love the structure and how they convey minimalist style. The room is big and very spacious. Good furnitures as well (sorry I dont have photo). Though they're missing closet and the shower head is very small for the shower area given of the high ceiling. It still understandable given that the hotel is very new. The staff are very accommodating and their service is exceptional. Kudos to their front desk, Sherry and Alvin as well as with their supervisor PJ. I so love how they arranged the birthday surprise for my partner. The price might be high compare to other resort but definitely worth the value of what I paid for. The room, the place and service are all worth it 😊 The food in Sunmai is also delicious and shout out to Chef Roxas who served us off menu chicken tinola when we were craving for viand with soup. As for the beach, we love the ambiance, very quite and very relaxing. We'll definitely come back 😊

The road going to the place. I hope the local government help the resort owners fix the road. It will definitely help attract more tourists.

We loved our room, the view, the bathroom and shower, the bed and pillows, the size of the room, it was all perfect a romantic paradise. The staff was exceptional from the time we checked in at the front desk making us always feel very welcome and comfortable. The restaurant also excellent staff excellent food the beach so beautiful. A truly wonderful experience from beginning to end. Very sad for us to leave. We will be back again very soon

the road is very tough. especially, when you enter the Nacpan’s way. but dont forget it, this is the responsibility of the state. the lobby can help for shuttle to go to El nido tours or Lio Airport. just contact to hotel.

Everything was great for me!! The location is perfect this hotel for people who want ocean view. And the room has been kept clean by the staffs and they are super kind!! And the food and drink were great there!! This hotel is one of the best hotel in El Nido.

It was our first time traveling to Palawan. Our experienced was a blast! We enjoyed staying in Nacpan Beach Resort. The food was great, the service was exceptional. The room is so spacious, very clean and the interior design is quite cosy. The place is so calm and you can really relax. They also have live bands every evening in their own Sunmai restaurant where you can enjoy listening to the music while having dinner. We also got complimentary dinner for the whole stay cause of some constructions near to our room and a complimentary massage. 🥰 The staffs were so accommodating, friendly and very nice. Special thanks to Alvin, Hannah, Danica and Arthur for the wonderful welcome and accommodating us. Also thanks to Gem and Imirose for such great service room. I will definitely recommend this place. ♥️♥️♥️👍👍👍

This was the most expensive resort we have stayed in, for 7 nights, during our 30 days stay in the Philippines. (more than 6000 pesos per night) Was it worth it? Yes, absolutely. The most important feature of the resort is the perfect and beautiful location on Nacpan Beach. That's why most people are choosing for this resort in the first place, even when it is located in a quite remote area with the most terrible access road imaginable. You suffer before you can enjoy. But, it's worth it: the views are to die for. The second strongest point, and maybe this should be mentioned as number one, is the incredible staff. All of them work their butt of, always ready to please and to help you when necessary. And always friendly, with a smile or a laugh. From the lovable ladies at the reception, plus Alvin, the boys and girls in the restaurant and the houskeeping staff, who fullfil all your wishes and immediately bring you an extra towel when you have asked for it. So, The staff is the biggest plus, no doubt about it! Nacpan doesn't have his own swimming pool, but you are allowed to use the adjacent "Glamping - tent - Resort's" pool. So, all fine there.

The food is more than OK, but gets, especially when you're not so much into the Philippine food, a bit monotonous after one week. Don't get me wrong, the food is not bad. As mentioned before, and also by many other people, the road to the resort is dreadful, especially after some heavy rains. I really hope that the Philippine Government is willing to help Arthur (the Resorts Manager, definitely on top of the ball there) financially to get this problem sorted out. The sooner the better. It would be an enormous plus towards all the tourists going to Nacpan!!

Amazing stay If you're looking for a place away from the crowded beaches of El Nido town,this is the best choice. Will go back here again in the future.

Since it is new hotel ,we understand some things that are still in need to be setup well and to be improved... Such as: Wifi connection in the room Handling occassional blackouts (generator will do its work if they set it up fully).the hotel gave us complimentary dinner of 1,000 pesos per night of our stay due to power interruption we experienced. Just give them time to be fully functional and this place will be one of the best hotels in El Nido. I could say their food is the best as me and my partner tried other food in town.

Amazing beach location, very nice facilities. Comfortable room, good breakfast and very kind staff.

Road to the hotel is very VERY adventurous. Normal cars can easily get stuck in the mud and don’t even think about renting a motorbike to get there. It is a good 30-40 mins away from El Nido town. The last third of the road is pretty much an off-road path that is deeply grooved by the rain. Not sure what the people who say you can get there with a motorcycle are smoking. Avoid night arrivals if possible as the road was not at all marked and not visible. Asking the locals was not much help and we ended up walking the last bit with our luggage as the cab driver couldn’t find the path any more. Not sure why the left half of the sun beds and umbrellas were not free. exactly same as the right half only difference is that you have to pay.

Me and my wife was so blown away by the overall hospitality the resort provided. We decided to stay for another night!
