I like the location. Its within the CBD.

The Hotel don't have available parking space when we arrived. We have to wait until 7pm in order to park our car inside the parking area. Same for the second day when we left the hotel and when we come back there is again no vacant parking space and we have again to wait until 7pm again. We park our car to the nearby Galleria and the parking area of Galleria is very hot and we have to spend for the parking fee for 2 days at Galleria. Suggest to have additional parking space for Go Hotels guest.

Location wise. Very near malls, public transportation and convenient to go to. There is even a coffee shop beside the hotel entrance. And also the buffet breakfast is value for money for a budget hotel.

Not the hotel per se, but there was a massage service that only does room service. Could be better if they offer a small space for the customers esp those who dont want to disturb their companions in the room.

-The location is great, there are korean grocery, familymart and 7eleven nearby. -The staff is always at the counter and very alert with any issue and ready to help you, really hassle-free if you got any problems about wifi or rooms. -The room and toilet are very clean -The bed is comfy and the aircond is just really good - there are charger port near your bed and a pull down drawer for a laptop or phone

-I hope the hotel put electric kettle in the room and another dustbin near the bed not only in the toilet in future. - minibar also good to keep the drinking water always cold

The staff were kind and polite. It was comfortable to stay because it was close to Robinson's Galleria, restaurants, cafe and convenience stores. The bed was clean and comfortable to sleep on. It was a great stay. Next time my friend and I plan to stay there again.

The bathroom area was clean, too however there was small cockroach and there was no hand soap available the sink area I tried to check but it was okay.

good receiving area and room floor was good, Great distance from the elevator. Great room with two single beds. spacious and comfortable. Our room had a window and a view.

Room was a bit thin, you could hear people in the hallway. Door has no stopper to keep open while hauling bags. TV was slanted upwards on the wall mount.

Late response to makeup room. We came back to our room after spending some time outside, yet, our room was still unattended. A room attendant came in around 3pm to clean our room but we would like to have some rest and dont want to be disturbed anymore. Hopefully respond to makeup room requests as if we are checking out. Meaning, ensure that the room is already made up by 2pm.

It is close to my family’s residence and close enough to the airport. It is good enough for a short stay and reasonable in price. Inclusion of meals makes sense esp. as a quarantine centre. The staff from the bell hop to the receptionists and caterers are all very accommodating and helpful.

Though close to the airport, the traffic is terrible, took a lot more time in the taxi than one should. There is no chair inside the room to sit on for meals. would be nice to have a kettle since hot drinks for breakfast is not an option. Meals are reasonable but arrives cold and greasy at times.

Location, water refill, hot shower, AC worked well.

On my 3rd night, the sheets were so rough that it hurts my skin when I lay on the side. The staff immediately changed it but still the same problem even after that. Maybe they’re not using a fabric conditioner.

This Ortigas hotel location is very good. Front desk was very helpful and very accommodating. Other staffs were friendly especially the smiling doorman/luggage helper.

Bed in our room kinda moves a little out of place.

Location accessibility to nearby malls and shops, Hotel staff courtesy and service was very good.

A few things needed by the guest inside the room like, Water Kettle, Hairdryer was not available foe rhe guests to use. Hopefully on my next visit they will consider these things.
