First of all, I want share about communicating with Rossan, the Property Manager. At the start of our stay, whenever I requested information from her, she was fast to respond. She provided clear guidance on how to enter the unit using the room key or code she provided and that any time we have a question, she will do her best to accommodate as quickly as she can. She was a great host! Secondly, upon entering the 2 bedroom unit, we knew right away that we were going to enjoy our stay because the unit had a great layout and was classily renovated. You can tell that the owner really put alot of effort into making this unit comfortable for the people that will be lucky enough to book it. It even had a walk in closet that my wife enjoyed and used its functionality. The combination of a great host, an awesome unit, and the fact that it was right across SM MegaMall made for a pleasant and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this unit! We look forward to our next stay when we're back in Manila. I just hope that this isn't booked when its time to reserve. :-)

The host and unit exceeded our expectations! The only minor observation was the wifi. When using the smart TV, it buffers quite a bit before it streams continuously.

The place is clean and spacious, comfortable to stay in. It provides basic amenities. Convenient location if you want to go around Ortigas area. Recommendable except for the surprise we encountered towards the end of our stay.

The meralco man delivered the bill. Since we didn't know a bit, we just asked him to leave the bill with us. He threatened to cut the electricity. And true enough after a few minutes the electricity went off. Good thing is we are about to check out. Had it happened earlier, we would be forced to leave the property earlier.

Location was perfect for us as my wife had an early appointment at The Podium the next day. About a 5 min walk away! The accomodation was 1st class, extreemely comfortable and clean with every need catered for, including snacks! Had a wonderful sleep, bed was very comfortable. Smart tv with netlicks etc. Great views of Manila. Right opposite SM megamall so massive choice of eateries, also 7 11 on site. There are 2 beautiful swimming pools available On the top floor, unfortunately we had no time to use them.

Nothing we didnt like. If being picky could have done with bit more instruction on door locking proceedure. However I understand from host.it was very new, so im sure.this will be addressed

The unit is strategically located and highly accessible to public and private transport, spa (massage, mani/pedi) and laundromat (both at the g/f of the building), pharmacy, supermarket, convenient store and major shopping malls. It is literally at the back of Mega Mall. The price is also practically reasonable for a 2 bedroom accommodation with a decent kitchen and living room. The walk in closet is a plus. It is very close to home whether you're an expat after convenience and proximity to amenities or a local who just wish to relax. Although WiFi and Netflix are expected, little treats and snacks are welcome surprises. There's even a medicine kit for emergency! Host was prompt in replying to queries.Check in and out are a breeze.

Nothing I can think of during our stay

We love that the place is very spacious and have a kitchen so we can cook. It can also accomodate big groups. The location is great too! It's very accessible. There are stores nearby and a mall too. The property owner also gave clear instructions on how to check-in.

There are some dust on the windowsills but that part can be improved in the future.

Very accessible and just across SM Megamall. Walking distance to The Podium. The place is clean and spacious. Quick self check-in and check-out. Complete amenities. All rooms are air-conditioned. Love the walk-in closet.

Netflix was logged in, however, unaccessible due to missed payments.

The security of the guest staying in the hotel. No loitering. The closeness of the hotel to megamall and surrounding area. Accessible to transportation and shopping. Peacefull and best of all the staff are so accomodating.

Breakfast so expensive. No airport shuttle for guest of hotel. No parking for guest visitors.

Absolutely loved the convenience! The apartment was spotless and had a great city view. Being across from the mall made shopping and dining super easy.

Aside from the convenient location, the room was really spacious, and the unit owner was very approachable and easy to reach.
