We were really surprised by this place and absolutely loved our stay - it ended up being one of our favourite places of our whole trip. The location is incredible, a little oasis away from the main town (Panagsama is approx. 15 mins moped drive, which you can hire from the hotel fairly cheaply). Our room was spacious and clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The best part is that you can go snorkelling right in front of the hotel where we saw lots of huge turtles, tropical fish, and even a sea snake! You can also get paddleboards and kayaks from the hotel. We only had 2 nights here, and I wish we'd stayed longer.

Our only comment would be that the kitchen closed at 7 pm, which is a little early for us. However, the hotel organised a very reasonably priced tuk tuk for us one night to take us into town and bring us back again.

I chose this accommodation as it was right on the beach, and it was. The Philippines can be quite noisy but this place was Blissful! The staff were great and their food was fantastic. To get to town it was 11 mins by transport to the restaurant scene or shopping, the staff can organise this for you. You can literally walk out to the drop off where the coral and tropical fish are, and possibly see turtles in that area. Close to the Canyoneering for an amazing day out!

There was nothing about this place we didn't like.

As someone wrote before me - really try to get one of this sea up front cabins - these ones are really nice with private terrace, hammock unfront and kind of private excess to the sea. We loved this room! My friend stayed in a standard room and only was semi happy - but the upfront rooms are top! And its soooo nice quiet and green everywhere!

check out was at 12:00 and between 10-12 o'clock some staff came knocking at the door reminding for check out every 15min. Which was really annoying as one of us was sick and tried to sleep as long as possible and told the staff that she knows about the 12:00 o'clock check out. So maybe some staff people need a little briefing about not to be too bothersome before that official time ;-)

Taxi I booked never turned up, so I asked them to book me a taxi they said it was 4000 peso and neede oaying upfront. Taxi driver said they only paid him 1500. Don't mind a mark up, but that's taking the ...

The ambiance is very beautiful specially the sunset and the ocean. The place is also very quite and peaceful. The owner and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. We really enjoy our few days stay there. Such a nice place to Come back.

The place is very peaceful and exactly what is needed I you are looking to relax and recharge. The sea is two steps away and the sea bottom has not too many stones. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Room was of a great size and clean and had a great view on the sea.

Some of the food on the menu wasn't as good as expected.

Good and friendly personal. Great sea view, you can snorkeling directly from the hostel. we even saw turtles at the end of the reef ! It is a good quality / price hostel :)

The price of the restaurant is a bit expensive given the fact that it is a bit far from the city center.

It’s a value for your money ^^, you will really enjoy a quiet time with your partner or family. Friendly staff and the room is so spacious, it has a hot and cold shower and a balcony though I wish that there was a small mirror inside the bathroom but nevertheless it’s worth every penny.

It was truly away from the crowd if you want some peace and quiet. The beachfront room was just amazing we really love waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunrise and sunset in our own veranda. The staff were very warm and accommodating, they made sure our stay is worthwhile. They also have some paddle boards, kayak, and we can just jump right into the water few steps from our room. Breakfast was reasonably priced. We will definitely come back and bring in more family members and friends.

The rough road was a bit of a challenge as we brought sa sedan so hopefully they can fix it soon.
