The room was spacious with good water pressure and hot temperature. The food selection and quality are good and the service is on point. Both the owner and the staff are there for any queries. Also they provide snorkeling gear for free, just walk down the stairs and explore. Much less tourists than the snorkeling spots on Panagsama beach !

Totally normal since you're in nature and they air out the room after every cleaning. You have to spend 10 minutes removing all insects from the room: mosquitoes, small cockroach etc. Ask for the spray to make it easier. Also the brother of the owner keeps coming to clients asking about activities that are priced much higher than city center (scuba ~800 vs 500 or canyoneering ~3,000 vs 2,000). Just get a tricycle downtown.

Such a beautiful place! Lovely, well maintained grounds overlooking the crystal clear water. The rooms are almost brand new and are very spacious with a comfy bed. The restaurant overlooked the water and the food and service was fantastic. A private beach with sun beds was the perfect way to soak up the sun and enjoy the tranquility. We highly recommend this resort!

We loved everything about it. It is a little bit away from the main area of Moalboal but we specifically chose it because of that. A 5 minute scooter ride is all it takes if you want to go to other bars, restaurants and the dive shops.

We really enjoyed the stay. The resort is very beautiful and the staff very nice and helpful. At the bar/restaurant (with a geat view) they offer anything you like to eat and drink (also dinner and cocktails, beer etc). The breakfast was really amazing! We liked the snorkeling on the reef. We rented a scooter to go into Panagsama beach and back. The room was also great and the bed's really comfortable. There is also a patio with two chairs Infront of the room. Very good internet connection.

It was a bit secluded, so we wished to be at the Panagsama beach in the evening (2,5km away). Don't go to the white beach-there is nothing to see there and too hot to stay on the sandy beach... Water in the bathroom had a low pressure, like everywhere in Philippines.

Heavenly, quiet and romantic place. A small hotel for adults with soulful hospitality. The best staff and a friendly owner. Comfortable rooms with everything you need. Fast internet. Well-groomed, closed territory. Beautiful reef with fish, turtles and other marine life. Incredible nature! In reality it is better than in the photo. Fresh delicious food and drinks are in a bar. Ideal location between White Beach and Panagsama Beach. You can rent a scooter and take excursion in the hotel. We want to come back here again and again!

The toilet was leaking in our room. But it's easy to fix.

Tauig Beach Resort is a beautiful, peaceful and quit place with private beach. There is a restaurant for very tasty breakfast and diner with a view. The staff is very kind and helpful and can book trips for you such as Canyoneering. They advised us also to go to Bohol from Oslob so we didn't have to go back to Cebu city. One night, we planned to have diner in Panagsama but we chanced our minds, and although the restaurant was already closed they opened again and cooked diner for us! Which was very kind. Great place!

The resort exceeded our expectations, amazing views, so quiet and peaceful. Rooms are comfortable and everything is super clean! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is also good, close to the popular beaches and to shops.

Food service at dinner was a bit slow but it’s understandable as they need to cater to everyone at the same time. More food options would be great

Tauig were accommodating and provided vegan options at breakfast for me. The views and sunset were beautiful - we especially liked the little hut where we could sit, read and relax. There was plenty of places for us to sit in our room and on the veranda

The track up to the hotel was extremely bumpy, and our stay was quite a way from the main town, so you have to stay organised and book tuktuks in advance.

The rooms and surroundings are clean and well-maintained. They have a variety of options for food/meal. It's a little bit pricey but tastes good. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The location is quite secluded and the road access to the property had a very bad surface quality making the journey in and out of the property very uncomfortable and undesirable.

It’s very peaceful unlike the Basdako area and the staff were very friend and accommodating.

The road going to the resort is very challenging, very rough and small ( suitable for only 1 way ). They serve the same food for breakfast in our 2 days stay (no options to choose from) Water runs out while i was shampooing so I have to go out of the shower and run to the reception but I faced another issue, the toiler door won’t open while I was inside, it took me around 20 mins to have it opened; so I suggest don’t close the door properly to avoid this issue. There’s no way to ask for help if ever you’ll stuck inside. Beach area not white, it has a lot of stones and a bit muddy.

we stayed during the may summer of 2023 and loved the location. Quite and calm and a good way to relax. Great destination and location for those seeking some good rest and relaxation. and for a party or many restaurants and bars, you’re just a scooter or tricycle ride away. Amazing sunset view!
