Amazing hotel , decorated and furnished to highest modern standards. Gym and Spa great facilities . Restaurant and bar with fantastic menu . Great continental breakfast. Spacious and light superior double room and big bathroom . Super comfortable large bed and high mattress, crispy white 100% cotton bedding and soft cotton bath towels . Coffee , tea , flask and refill for water are great editions. Super clean and well maintained . Professional and friendly staff , perfect in English and very helpful. Perfect location 10 min walk to old town and most Landmarks. Easy access to bus 300 for the airport. We definitely recommend it !

Because was Christmas season and New Years the prices were higher then usual!

The location of the Grand Ascot Hotel was perfect for us - just a 10 minute walk to the main square. It’s stylish, clean and modern,quiet and the staff very helpful. We had booked the apartment which was 2 large, adjoining rooms - one had a large shower room and the other had another bathroom with a shower over the bath - both had underfloor heating, nice towels, towelling dressing goens and slippers as well as good quality complimentary shower products. The rooms had tea/ coffee making facilities including a Nespresso machine. The staff helped to arrange taxis for us and were friendly.

We were not able to turm the temperature down in one of the rooms so it was too hot during the nighg. The other room did not have a thermostat and was much cooler.

Greeted with a warm welcome by front desk team on arrival. Stylish modern hotel in excellent location in old town. We had a superb family room which encompassed a connected room perfectly suited to our two teenagers. Good breakfast with hot and cold options. Located a 5 minute walk to the main square with an abundance of restaurants and coffee shops on the way. Will stay again on return to Krakow.

Bathroom door didn't close properly. Duvets were small for the beds.

The room was very nicely decorated with a good design touch. The facilities were great. The bathroom was full-fledged and really huge. The availability of a water dispenser for free was a super idea. The location was relatively central, but in a super-calm neighbourhood. The wall insulation was excellent: I never heard anything from the corridors or next-door rooms.

The price of the breakfast for 80 SLN was high, especially for someone who just wants a light breakfast. I ended up going to cafes that were at a couple-of-minutes walking distance.

Staff were great, very helpful with taxis, tours and directions, overall great staff. The reception staff went out of their way to help us after a tour company mix up and saved the day. Great work guys and thanks so much. Rooms were spotless, beds very good, great sleeps, good location and happy to tell family and friends about the Grand Ascot.......oh barman makes great cocktails too.

The breakfast needs some small adjustments. One coffee machine and one domestic toaster does not work with up to 30 guests trying to enjoy breakfast. Also the hot food needs to be that HOT, not luke warm and cold drinks, orange juice etc should be cold, not warm. These are small things to correct and with that said i would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Great buffet breakfast selection of hot and cold food. Yoghurts, pastries and cereals also available. Completely self service but very attentive staff. Front of house staff always friendly and happy to help. The hotel is elegant and stylish and perfectly located on the border of Old Town - a short walk from the tram network and bars and restaurants. The rooms are compact and modern with everything you need for your stay. There is large comfortable bed and showeroom - everything is impeccably clean.

We were unable to have breakfast one morning because of an early start. I since read at the hotel that we could have requested a lunch box. I wish I had known this before our arrival as we had to pack food for breakfast in our luggage.

Very friendly and helpful staff, made to feel welcomed straight away. Facilities were better than described and were excellent throughout. Rooms were very good, breakfast, bar all excellent. Location of the hotel in relation to the main square was very good, only a 10min walk away plus only a 25min taxi ride from airport.

Nothing really, maybe the lounge area could have had more chairs!! not really a problem though.

The hotel was immaculate and modern great location, short walk to the old town and beyond. Staff extremely helpful and a fabulous breakfast bag was provided for our early start to Auschwitz one day. We had a family room/apartment which was 2 interconnecting rooms which was fantastic as we were travelling with two teenagers so two bathrooms was a bonus. Fridge was a great to keep bottled drinks, and the toiletries in bathroom were a great addition.

Needed more tea and coffee in the room

The location is perfect: 5 minutes from the Old Town. The hotel is new, rooms are very clean, the staff is very attentive. Breakfasts are not huge, but delicious. Bonus point for water dispensers in the corridors which serve both still and sparkling water any time)

The only minor inconvenience was the blow drier as it worked only for a couple of minutes and then automatically turned off as it got overheated. Except for that - everything was great.

They have private and secure underground garage, small but I always managed to find a space. That was important to me since I arrived by my car. The hotel is centrally located in Krakow but it is still in a very quiet remote street, safe neighborhood, lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel is in a good condition, all the services were totally satisfactory. I would choose this hotel again if staying in Krakow another time.
