The location is perfect, plus, it gives a sense of luxury and privacy, as it is small. I don't agree with the reviews of 2023, which I read out of curiosity :)

Our room had a bathtub, the steam and the lack of a window meant that for a while after using the bathtub, the room was damp and heavy. The AC can't be set by yourself even though there is a panel for it in the room, you have to call the reception but unfortunately, it's not enough.

The staff was from the first moment till the last very friendly and helpful! They offered an excellent service, because when it was raining we asked for an umbrella, which they really went looking for. And for breakfast, as I had to eat lactose ànd glutenfree, they put in the effort providing me slices of bread, a brownie and cupcake, and there was 1 staff member who even went through the effort of making me batter for a waffle. Besides that the hotel is still very new and uprising. It screams luxury and in the meantime is still very affordable. You enter this building and immediately go: wauw! It's also just a 10 minute walk from the main square and in the neighbourhood is thé best wine bar (1 minute). A hidden pearl? Certainly!

Quality fixtures and fittings. Excellent bathroom, rooms cleaned daily and a really good quality breakfast.. % min walk to the main square. Very peaceful hotel and spotlessly clean throughout.

Windows where quite high up, so couldn't see out ( i think this was just the 3rd floor). That's just a minor issue and would stay again.

The hotel is perfectly located, a short walk away from the main square with plenty of places to eat and drink in the immediate vicinity. The hotel building itself is modern whilst keeping its grandeur and is very tastefully furnished. The breakfast is ample with plenty of choice. We were there in January so it wasn't especially busy but despite reviews, there are plenty of tables and the breakfast is topped up.

We stayed in a superior room. Whilst it was lovely, the there are two key issues. The first one is the bathroom. As there is no door the bathroom is cold. As there is no shower curtain the bathroom floor gets very wet very quickly. And lastly the ventilation is poor (windows in these rooms do not open) so you are reliant on a very complicated air conditioning system. The second issue was the "room clean/:do not disturb" panel at the door. It continually flashed which in a very dark room disturbs when the room is dark. I ended up fashioning a cover to dim the flashing.

There was a wide variety of breakfast items and they were of good quality. Once I learned my way around I could walk from the hotel to Krakow main square in six minutes. Special mention to the staff who were extremely friendly, courteous and helpful and I felt very well looked after. Unlike some hotels who say they provide tea and coffee making facilities in the room but they only leave enough for a day or two, in this hotel the tea and coffee was replenished every day and you are also provided with a bottle of still water and a bottle of sparkling water every day which was a nice touch.

Great location, less than 10 mins walk into main square of Old town. Pretty quiet at night. The rooms were exceptionally clean, modern and with good facilities. Plenty bottled water available. We booked the apartment and it was nice to have a little lounge extra. Staff were very polite and helpful.

Was expecting access to a coffee machine in our room. There should have been a machine in the foyer. However we were allowed to take from the breakfast room even though we didn’t have breakfast included. Not keen on electric sockets and lights turning off when you are not in the room, as you cannot charge iPads etc during the day when you are out, also I popped out to get a coffee in the morning and left my partner in the room, and the lights all went off while I was gone with the only room key.

It was perfect for a city break, everything was spot on including location, breakfast and the hotel looked brand new

There was a weird light in the room to help you find the light switch which was activated by movement. Unfortunately every time I moved in bed during the night I triggered the light to flash.

The placement is perfect, super close to the center. The pricing is not too expensive, and surprisingly, the room is just amazing! Big and clean. Every day there were 2 free bottles of water on the counter. The service is just amazing. One of the receptionist was kind enough to help me with the arrangement of a trip to the concentration camp.

When I ran into a problem with my air conditioner and the TV, the receptionist wasn’t too helpful… The other receptionist however was really friendly.

The hotel was lovely, very comfortable, and close to the main market square, plus other attractions. The breakfast was always fresh and plentiful. As for the staff, we couldn't rate them high enough. Nothing was too much trouble, from helping us with directions, helping to arrange tours and transport. The staff were extremely professional and pleasant to deal with. Our room on the 1st floor had a balcony which was beautiful and really made our stay relaxing and all the more comfortable. We would highly recommend this hotel to stay in.

Very nice hotel in the centre of Krakow, close to the market square and all major tourist attractions. Rooms are nice, furnished with taste and with everything you need. Breakfast is served until 10 during weekdays and 10.30 during the weekend. There is a vast choice of food, sandwiches and sweets. The hotel has also a luggage storage room where you can leave your baggage after the check-out. Reception is open 24 hours a day, the hotel staff speaks good English and is very friendly and always available.
