It was perfect for a city break, everything was spot on including location, breakfast and the hotel looked brand new

There was a weird light in the room to help you find the light switch which was activated by movement. Unfortunately every time I moved in bed during the night I triggered the light to flash.

The location of the hotel is exceptional. It is within walking distance from the old area of Krakow. It is also very close to the tram line. The hotel is also relatively small, so it provides the guests a sense of quietness. The rooms are soundproof and you will not hear any noises.

Maybe the hotel can provide a little more clarification about the room services procedures. For example, would the towels be changed every day by default or upon request from the guests? Other hotels have this explained in a brochure which is made available in their rooms. Perhaps this hotel could adopt a similar approach.

Clean small functional room, very good for a short stay. Decent breakfast, not great but nice. Staff is nice and helpful. Hotel atmosphere feels nice

There was a window on the ceiling of my room (i was top floor), with the blinds mostly open, as soon as the sun rose the whole room was full with light and I couldn't sleep any more. Not sure why the blinds are not closed. Another problem I have, I always do, when a hotel leaves half used toilet paper roll in the room, i know it is greener, but i find it unhygienic.

Would strongly recommend this hotel. It is located in a very quiet street but less than ten minutes walk from the main Rynek Glowny market square. The hotel is relatively new and in good condition. The bedroom and bathroom were well equipped and clean. Fresh bottle water was provided every day and fresh towels were provided whenever we asked for them. Breakfast was generous and offered a wide choice. The staff were helpful, friendly and pleased to practice their english.

Windows at the ceiling are so pretty! We really appreciate water bottles and tea / coffee for us. It was clear room and very comfortable bed.

It was a beautiful and historical building with comfy beds and an amazing shower. Staff were so accommodating and helpful to help with booking twice and excursions and came to our rescue with our flight delays - we can’t thank them enough. The free coffee, tea and water in the room was perfect and a great addition. Luggage storage was a bonus even after checking out. The location too was literally perfect, a short 10 minute walk and you are in the centre of Krakow. We cannot recommend this place enough and will definitely be returning!

Nothing - Was Perfect

Located 5 minutes walk from Bagatela theatre and the Planty area in a pretty touristy neighbourhood (close to the National Museum and other attractions, restaurants) in a quite quiet environment. Walkable from the main train station. Clean rooms with modern decor, proper breakfast, internet and other amenities work. The hotel is boutiquish, meant for rather private stays (solo, pair or family), too small for large business gatherings.

Might be problematic for disabled persons - the main entrance is via stairs. Another drawback was a street restoration which is a temporary inconvenience.

Location, helpful lay at the reception

Was disappointed after checkin in that room looked nothing like the pictures on booking.com. The room was at attic, had very small windows at the top of the wall. But you can’t even look at them as window are small and very high. What I saw was just the walls instead of nice big windows o. lthe picture in my reservation. After I asked receptionist the lady kindly gave me another room, which was exactly like on the picture of my reservation. However the first impression was already spoiled 🙁 Wish the attic rooms with those tiny windows on top of the wall were listed separately, not as a standard room.

This hotel is beautiful!! The staff are friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean and the bed is very comfortable. The main square took me and my partner around 6 minutes to walk from the hotel - excellent location! A special mention to receptionist Ivo, he made our stay special and gave us good advice on trips etc. he is so friendly and welcoming! 10/10 would recommend this hotel and we will return!

There wasn’t a bar or lounge facilities to relax in at night. And if that’s the only down point then I’d say that’s pretty good as there are lots of lovely places to go in Krakow.

The room was great the breakfast was great the location was great the staff were great .

I didn't like that I was charged on leaving the hotel because my hair color transferred slightly to pillow cases which wasn't my fault happens when I sweat and it was warm. I normally bring a dark pillow case with me but forgot. I've never been charged any other hotel I've stayed in so I was very surprised by this. So be careful if you have colored hair or maybe even if you have your time of month you might get charged extra.
