The girls on reception were so helpful and friendly. Nothing we asked was a problem they were so nice. The hotel was spotless, beds were so comfortable, minutes from the main square and our transfer to and from the airport was booked through the hotel. Even though we were in the middle of Kraków it was so quiet at night. We also booked a tour to Auschwitz through the hotel which was perfect and a reasonable price. Hopefully we will return to Kraków as we have so much more of this fabulous city to explore and we would book Art Boutique hotel again. We would definitely recommend this hotel. 😀

We liked everything about the hotel

Fabulous little gem of a place, tucked away in a nice, quiet, chilled part of the city, yet within a couple of minutes walk from the bustle of the main Square. Well laid out with an inner garden courtyard and underground parking (fee payable) for a few cars - quite challenging with a large SUV but a god send as it's difficult to find spaces on the surrounding streets (make sure to book ahead though). Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms kept exceptionally clean. Location fabulous as it's surrounded by small bars, cafés, bakeries, grocery stores and eateries even a Starbucks next door (although I'd advise you to "shop local"). Trams stop at the end of the pedestrianised area so you can hop on and whizz around Krakow in no time.

Still relatively new it seems, with work being done in a number of the rooms. We had some drilling above us - not too much disruption just a bit annoying when we'd had an 8hr+ drive, very late check in and wanted a little lie in

Brand new hotel in excellent location. Within minutes in the city center. Very quiet at night.

The access to the parking is rather narrow, just about for a normal size car.

Very clean, comfortable, rooms spacious and well equipped. Our rooms both had ironing boards, hairdryers. Excelent location. 5 minutes from the main square, many restaurants in the area.

The property does not have breakfast, but it is rather a plus than a minus because there are more than one coffee shop in the same street that serve coffee and breakfast. If you need parking keep in mind that an entry to it is rather small as the building is in the Old town. I did not fit in it with my Lexus SUV, but always found steeet parking nearby when I needed it.

The stay was very pleasant overall! 10/10, very recommended - what I liked the most is that everything looked brand new, starting from the reception and the entrance to the room itself - staff was nice and friendly - room was very clean (cleaned every day) - inner courtyard looked so nice and well-maintained (there is Starbucks terrace there, but the entrance is from the street) - the location is great: the hotel is located in the city center, on a quite street, next to a train stop and the Old Town. It takes only 2 train stops to get there from the Train Station (and a shopping mall). there's also a grocery store right across - there was a mini fridge, an iron and an ironing board in the room, very convenient - the room itself was spacious enough

- The lights in the room were indeed a bit dim in the evening, could be brighter. But it's not critical

Great locatoin close to Old Town. Very good housekeeping, the rooms were well cleaned every day. Quite room and very friendly personnel. Underground parking was very nice as well. At the end of the stay, we received a great present from the hotel. It was a pleasant surprise. Dog friendly place! We were living in Family studio.

Fridge in the room could be a bit bigger for our family :) But if you are travelling alone or together with your partner then the fridge is good size.

The hotel is in an excellent location being only approximately 200 meters from the centre of the old town. The hotel was clean and modern and the pictures on the booking.com site don't do the hotel justice. Although breakfast was not served, the hotel was managed by starbucks and next door to the hotel is a starbucks coffee shop where you can get breakfast. The hotel was very affordable and i would certainly stay here again of i was visiting Krakow.

We arrived late and had to use the hotels self check in service. Unfortunately the instructions that were provided were not clear and subsequently we found it difficult to find the correct entrance door and keypad. Luckily for us a member of staff answered my call despite it being late (11.30pm) and provided guidance over the phone on how to check in

Very clean room. The hotel is located in a quiet area, but still close to all places of interest. A lot of restaurants and top bakeries in the neighbourhood.

There was no central heating (or it was barely working), so i had to heat the room with air conditioner. It was loud and blew with hot dry air, which wasn’t comfortable. Probably it’s ok if you don’t stay in winter. Also, the room was dark. It is not really important for a hotel room, but i stayed there in the afternoon for a few hours to work, and i would prefer to have some daylight.

The rooms ere very spacious, comfortable and clean. There was good ventilation, cool temperature and we loved our night's sleep. The location is great, lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.

The parking lot was full even though I checked the "private parking" mark when booking. Anyways, we found a parking spot on the street which was free of charge overnight. Also, the entrance to the parking is really narrow so in case somebody is comming with a really big car there could be some difficulties.

One of the prettiest rooms I’ve stayed in. Such high quality and beautiful interiors, from the flooring, to tiles, and even the curtains - all very premium and well designed. A beautiful bathroom with nice showers and integrated toiletry dispensers. Overall design and ambiance was very minimal yet functional. Excellent service from the reception too

Nothing really, maybe they could’ve provided one international power adapter in the room so tourists can use them without going out to get one
