Clean place and friendly staff

The smell of cigarettes in the bathroom on the 2nd night-staff said that it happens sometimes that people smoke in the rooms or near extractor fans and smoke goes into other bathrooms through vents and there’s nothing they can do about it 🙁🤷‍♂️

Location and facilities were good

Staff need better training in terms of speaking to guest. They give wrong information and their tone of voice isn’t welcoming when they get corrected

Check in was quick, and the receptionist very friendly and welcoming. Large room for standard, comfortable. Option not to have room serviced every day, with a little treat for doing so Quiet bar and food area for relaxing. Catarina the waitress was an absolute delight. Great service and very tasty food. Helpful bar staff. Great situation, five minutes from Old Town Square and Castle area. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room, with free water too.

Attending to requests quicker. We had no hand soap from arrival for three days. Requested four times at reception. No televisions were working on the entire third floor for our whole stay. We like to see news broadcasts in the morning and evening. Some days very poor clearing of breakfast tables and resetting. On two mornings we had to source our own tableware etc

The location was great. It is 7mins away from Wawel Castle and a few mins away from the old town where the christmas markets are. We checked in at around 11pm so I had to order food from Uber and have it delivered to the reception prior to our arrival even tho I wasn’t sure if they will keep it. Thank God they kept the food in the front desk until we arrive. They saved us since we were really hungry from the trip. The staff were all nice and friendly from the receptionists to the breakfast staff and cleaning staff. I asked a LOT of questions to the receptionists (i’m sorry 🙈) because I was preparing a surprise for my parents who will be traveling with me to Krakow for the first time. I am very thankful to them for being so patient with my questions. Our room was big with coffee/tea machine and complimentary bottles of water. There was also a hand/body lotion in the toilet which was very useful. We also liked that there’s netflix/youtube available on the TV. During our last night in the hotel we found a chocolate with note on our beds left by the hotel staff and we really loved it!! Another plus is the breakfast. We loved the waffle, sausage and muffins. They were very tasty. We had to check out at around 6:30am so we requested a breakfast box the day before. The next morning they gave it to us when checking out, we had baguette with ham, cream cheese & veggies and muffins plus fruits and drinks. This experience exceeded our expectations.

Hotel was nice. Staff friendly. Great location. Great breakfast. Good room.

Unfortunately the fire alarm went off at around midnight on the Friday night. There was a recorded message which was obviously telling guests to leave the building but unfortunately we did not speak polish and we felt that there should also be a message in English for those guests not polish as there were a lot of guests staying from other countries. We left along with other guests and it fortunately was a false alarm. We felt there was not enough communication for something that potentially could have been serious. There also should have been some sort of contact from management the next day to make sure that guests were alright after this happened.

Me and my partner were travelling with our 2 year old daughter to Krakow and decided to stay at Radisson Blu. We were nicely surprised by finding out that our room has been upgraded to a junior suite. We were also given complimentary drinks. I personally liked the options for breakfast and just overall stay at the hotel was pleasant. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The only thing I would say that I would like to get informed by the hotel staff prior to my arrival about the parking reservation number. As we arrived we did not know where could we park our car in the garage

The location which was perfect, and the hotel has the parking in the same building. I liked the room and the facilities inside, everything was clean and nicely arranged. It was possible to cast the screen over to the TV which is not always the case in other hotels. The noise isolation was at a good level. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It was difficult to find the reservation inside the parking. The idea is great, but the particular parking place number should have been communicated prior to the arrival. During the breakfast, a few things were temporarily missing like juice, dough for waffles, coffee machine run out of beans. It happens, but the staff did not react promptly enough to such situations and you had to ask to re-stock the buffet.

The location is brilliant, breakfast had a great variety, the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall it was a great experience.

The bar staff were a bit slow with serving and didn’t seem to have much interest. I went to the bar as I was unsure if they did table service and got completely ignored, after over 5 mins of me standing there the girl left the bar and went over to the table I was at to take the order but the drinks took a long time to come. This is a really small complaint as the hotel and staff over all were fantastic.

My partner and I recently celebrated our anniversary with a one-night stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Krakow, and it was nothing short of magical. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we knew we were in for a special experience. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the hotel staff, who were not only helpful but also incredibly attentive. They made sure our check-in process was smooth and efficient. What truly surprised us was the complimentary room upgrade to a premium room, which added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Entering our room, we were met with a sight that took our breath away. The room was not only beautifully decorated but also exuded a sense of elegance and charm. It was the perfect setting for our anniversary celebration with view of the old city. To make our occasion even more memorable, the hotel staff had prepared a delightful surprise for us. A bottle of champagne and a delicious cake awaited us in the room, accompanied by a sweet note of greetings. It was a thoughtful gesture that truly touched our hearts. The location of the hotel couldn’t have been better. Situated right in the center of the city, we were within walking distance of all the main attractions and restaurants, allowing us to explore Krakow with ease.

While our stay was nearly flawless, we do have a couple of recommendations for improvement. Firstly, it would be great to see additional toiletries provided in the room, particularly body wash, considering there were two of us staying. Additionally, while the breakfast offered was satisfactory, we would have appreciated a wider variety of choices to cater to different preferences.

The Radisson Blu has an excellent location near Wawel Castle, with a short walk to Stare Miasto, the main square. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. The rooms were large, with beautiful bathrooms.

For our purposes it would be difficult to complain about anything. However, you cannot control the temperature of your room, my wife likes it very cool at night and the heat could not be lowered. However, the temperature would be fine for most people. They moved my wife to a business class room that did not get any sun during the day. This solved her problem.
