These apartments are located in the city center, opposite to the Jagiellonian University. The location is really good - all sights and public transport stops are very close to the hotel. The room itself was clean, cosy and there was all needed for a comfort stay. The contactless check in/check out and all the online communication was a perfect experience for me!

This is not something that can be changed by the apartment owner. So, just be aware of that the windows go out to the street with a quite busy traffic. You can be awakened at 5 am because trams start working and cause enough noise.

We stayed in room 201, Apartment was clean, felt spacious and looked nice, we had good views and could see the castle too. 10 min walk to castle and about 10 mins to centre. Apartment had a small private kitchen area which was good as we could have snacks and breakfast things in the apartment which made mornings with a 7 year old easier, there was also a toaster and coffee machine. They include shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer etc and the shower was a decent size. Apartment was spacious and had balcony access. I was surprised that the apartment is cleaned during your stay, which was really nice and felt like a ‘hotel touch’. Would recommend staying here.

It was quite loud at points due to it being an old building and trams outside, Would recommend a pair of earplugs if you’re a light sleeper (or sleeping medication like we did 🤣) also think that supplying more than one pillow each as a standard would be good. However for what we paid the apartment was extremely good value and it was a nice stay.

Two nights, but only 2 coffee pods. When asked, we were told more pods would be dropped off, but never came. The next day, housekeeping could provide none because the box was empty. We missed our coffee......

It was necessary to call to the reception office to get information on check in, it was not provided as it was announced, similar situation was about the check out. Apartment is just above the tram line and it can be noisy from the very early morning. As our rooms were next to the entrance to the hotel space, we have heard all who came in and left, which sometimes made a lot of noice sa well.

Great location, close by to the Old Town but within walking distance to other amenities. The room was spot on, clean and comfortable with a nice bathroom. It was super warm in Krakow during our stay however the room had air-con which was a lovely bonus. Lastly the staff were friendly and on hand to help with any questions we had. The check-in process was quick and simple with clear instructions.

Not a bad word to say. This wasn’t a problem for us but just bare in mind if any mobility issues there isn’t a lift, only stairs. Also a suggestion, a mini fridge to keep drinks cold would be great.

A great location, 5 minutes from the main square. Although no ‘living room’ there was plenty of chairs and space to congregate in 1 room. The balcony was a nice extra as we didn’t know there was one. The snowy views towards the castle from it was great! A great feature was that it included key toiletries - shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion. A great bonus when travelling with hand luggage only and having liquid restrictions. Saved us searching around for some bits on the first night!

The tram outside went all through the night which disturbed us a little bit. It wasn’t excessive and it wouldn’t stop us staying here again.

Three of us stayed in a two-bedroom apartment and we had everything we needed for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The location was good and the main square was only a 5-10 minute walk away across the gardens. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the accommodation was very clean. We had a couple of evening meals and one breakfast at the nearby Smakolyki restaurant and can highly recommend it. The food was delicious and the portions were massive.

Everything about our stay was great :-). The accommodation is up several flights of stairs without a lift, however, so those who are less mobile would perhaps struggle.

Everything went perfectly. Installations are very nice and beautiful, lots of space, clean, the community kitchen has everything you need, and the location right in the border of the old town could not be better. They are also a tourism agency, and the office is just downstairs, so it makes it easier in case you need anything. The lamen restaurant in the corner is delicious. Also, the coffee serves brunch all day.

Not a complaint, just a suggestion to maybe let a spare pillow

The location was perfect! It was walking distance from the town center, and an easy walk through the park. There are also 2-3 restaurants right below the building, in case you do not wish to walk too far! The room was slightly small but manageable.

We had a slightly hard time finding the exact building, as were following the GPS and it didn't lead us to the right point. Also, there was ZERO interaction with any staff, everything was automated. While it was convinient and efficient, sometimes having a staff & reception can be helpful in case you need to ask some questions.

Location was amazing 5 min walk from the square lots of shops etc around. Room and the kitchen facilities were very clean with fresh water always available. The room was very modern and comfortable. Loved the light up mirror in the bathroom. We love that there was a wireless charging point for our phone on the lamp and also a plug available with a wireless charger.

The walls are paper thin and I could hear next-door snoring. Also when a tram would pass it would vibrate the room but that wouldn't stop me staying again as you don't really spend much time in your room.
