I really liked the breakfast! A rich selection of bounteous food and drink. The location in Kazimierz is handy to downtown yet has the shops and restaurants of a trendy quarter. The room had solid, old-fashioned furniture. The bathroom had beautiful tiling and very attractive and functional sink, shower, etc. The price was right for a good hotel in a choice location at the height of tourist season.

There was occasional noise from the street. The weather was too warm for a comforter, but that's what was available. I didn't mind using a fan, but some people insist on air conditioning.

Reception was friendly and helpful, room was a good size, always kept clean and tidy with tea and coffee etc restocked. The buffet breakfast had a wide range of options and the food was constantly replenished so, unlike some places, the full selection was always available no matter what time you arrived. Excellent value for money and would be very happy to stay there again.

The hotel is dated - everything is clean, good quality, in good condition and fully working - but not modern - that may put some off. Also, the restaurant only serves breakfast - not really an issue since there are several good restaurants within about 2 minutes walk

Didn't spend too much time in the hotel as we were up and out, sightseeing, early and didn't return till late. Rooms and bathroom were spotless and beds made up everyday. Water / tea / coffee provided. Great location for sightseeing any part of the city especially around old town and the main market square is about 15-20 minute stroll away. Hotel is about 20-25 mins in taxi from airport. Booked tour and taxi through hotel. Not too expensive and I would stay here again

Return visit for us to The Regent. It was the first hotel we stayed at on my first visit to Poland in 2009. The hotel was still a pleasure to stay at, very helpful friendly staff, a great location for exploring Kazimierz and great tram/bus connections for visiting the rest of Kraków. The breakfast was brilliant with a good choice of items on the buffet.

No air conditioning and the supplied fan was past it's best. The room décor was a little tired but nothing to put anyone off staying there.

Staff were really friendly and saved me in so many situations.

the room is not possible to lock from the inside - even if its electronic doors in so many hotels there is the option to lock from the inside so I didnt have feeling of safety. I was staying in the room for disabled- bathroom was perfect but what I the emergency cord or button in the case you fall down or any emergency it should be there - first disabled room where was no emergency cord or button I am vegan with exception that i can eat a bit of chease if I would not make this exception on the breakfest I would be able to eat just fruit and sweet cake Missing decaf coffee option.

Clean comfortable warm big bathroom and shower single beds small but comfy, surprised by choice of food for breakfast very nice, didn't like tea and coffee choices in room but not a problem ,I personally liked location 20 min walk to Krakow Square and 3 storey shopping mall. Lots of bars and restaurants within area.

Only one English channel half the time wasn't even English, lots of graffiti on buildings around area but seems safe and secure.

I absolutely love this place! From the moment I checked in, till the last day everything was perfect!!! Staff-all the ladies in housekeeping, in the reception and in breakfast service were always nice, smiling, professional and helpful. Breakfast-variety of items: different types of ham, cheese, salads, vegetables, eggs made different way, jams, yoghurts, pancakes… everything tasty, full!!! Plus coffee, tea, juices. Location-in centre of beautiful Kazimierz district, very close to Jewish restaurants which have delicious food and fantastic live music!! Cleaning-housekeeping ladies were doing fantastic job, everyday cleaning the room, changing towels if necessary! Tv, big bed, tea and coffee in the room, clock with alarm, fan, small fridge, 2 bottles of water. I loved everything and big THANK YOU for all of the staff because you made my stay unforgettable.

Everything was perfect!!!

Very nice hotel in the historical Jewish quater in Krakow, 10-15 minutes by walk to the Old town. Clean rooms, great breakfast and friendly stuff. Many restaurants with local food and lot of bars nearby. The hotel stuff can organize a transfer from / to the airport (25 minutes by taxi) and to the Wielicka salt mine and Auschwitz.
