The location is fantastic - right on Plac Nowy and close to many of the main sights. Even though the apartment is centrally located, you will not be distracted by noise. The apartment is furnished to a high specification and does have a wow factor when you get all in.

I could not give it full marks as it fell down on two points. Firstly, we emailed asking specifically for top ups on shower gel and hand soap. Although the room was cleaned, this was not met. Also, the room would benefit from blackout blinds. The room is very sunny. Great during the day, not so much first thing!

We loved our apartment, it was very clean and spacious and the location was great! Lots of restaurants and cafes around and we were right by a little square where you could get fresh fruit and vegetables. The staff were very helpful and accommodated our late check in (our flight was delayed by 3 hours and we didn’t get to the apartment until 3:30am in the morning!). The staff also helped us to book a taxi back to the airport. We will defiantly be coming back.

Rooms were clean, modern and well decorated. Shower / Toilet areas also modern and very clean. Plenty of plug points around the room. Kettle and facilities in room. Hairdryer in room. Towels and bedding supplied. Location is right on Plac Nowy square with lots of bars and restaurants on the doorstep and most attractions are in walking distance. Walk to main square in old town is approx 20min. Taxis readily available also.

Outside noise can be heard at times. There is no lift so be prepared to carry cases up flights of steps to your room. Every room is at least 2 flights. Balcony view was not great. These are minor points though, the apartments and location more than make up for these things.

A very nice hotel in the heart of Kazimierz,close to the old town. Surrounded by nice cafés and restaurants. The room was beautiful and clean,I don't have any reason to complain about it. The bed was comfortable and I could use the iron,so that was of great convenience. I also got my invoice in the blink of an eye :)

I personally didn't enjoy 2 things: the stairs (but you can't do anything about that) and the fact that in the description it was stated that you could store your luggage there but in reality it wasn't stored in a safe place. When I asked about it,I was told "you can leave the luggage at the reception (nobody works at the reception desk because they have a "remote reception" and self check-in) but nobody will be minding it". I risked and I left it there and nothing happened to it but maybe for the future it would be nice to consider a more polite way of informing the guests about that ;)

Clean, modern and well-equipped room. Location close to old town.

Noisy due to partying people on the adjacent street until well after midnight.

Really modern and very clean rooms, door codes is a great idea

The only downside for me personally was the blackout curtains they need to be maybe 50 cm bigger or the curtain rail set closer to the window because it still let's quite a bit of light in, I can't sleep properly if there is any light in the morning it wakes me up and then I can't sleep again, if you need absolute darkness to sleep then this could be a problem.

I liked the location and how multi functional it was. It had a fantastic layout, loved it. Having air conditioning was a dream!

Can’t say there was anything really.

Everything was perfect. We didn't have any face to face contact with the owner but the text message communitaction was good (pandemic period). The room and the bathroom were clean, the bed was super large and we have a view to Nowy Plac, which is the heart of Kazimierz.

Maybe the position of the TV. From bed or couch was a little uncomfortable to look at TV. But that is only a suggestion.

This hotel was the unexpected surprise of our trip. It exceeded our expectations in all areas. The best night's sleep I have had in a hotel for a while.

There is literally nothing we can critique. Take this hotel if it is available.

Soundproofing is amazing. Generally it's a very noisy location but this won't bother you. Smart tv, good design, clean.

There was a strong bad smell in the bathroom, no water for the guests, the small table was broken.
