Even though it's strange, I only have positive things to say about the hotel. Perfect location, every day I was walking to the tourist places. Very central, with supermarkets very close. The staff, friendly and professional Cleanliness, I found my room neat, furniture in perfect condition. Good Wi-Fi quality Buffet food, delicious, there were many options to choose from, and all tasted delicious. When some food ran out they replenished it. The dining area, clean and tidy. I recommend this hotel to anyone who reads this review. PS I stayed in the deluxe room, and it had a fantastic view.

Good location, not too far from the castle and main market. Comfy bed. Good breakfast. Free wifi. Price was reasonable. Near a 24/7 open small convenience store (Carrefour) and a chinese restaurant. Around the block are also pubs and restaurants.

Would have loved to have a small fridge in the room as a bonus. The room smelled a bit like new paint or something. The lift stopped in the middle of two floors so you either have to go down or up to get to the room. Could be a challenge if you have a heavy baggage.

What I liked it is- spot on communication and excellent service with smile (especially the reception staff Monika and kitchen manager in the morning). :-) The hotel's management even packed a breakfast in advance for me (with croissants, chocolate, fruits and tea bag) the day before when I mentioned I had a train at 5am the next day for Katowice- was not expected at all and it felt very warm. Felt like home away from home than a hotel. Therefore, I WHOLEHEARTEDLY recommend this place for stay. If I ever go back to Krakow I will book to stay in this hotel with closed eyes. Staff very friendly and helpful. Decent breakfast. Super easy check in process, no need for a key! Bathroom was good. Good location. Beautiful garden to sit outside (see photos)

It was always hot inside the room. This is a common problem in Krakow. It can be 20 degrees outside but the room feels like 30 degrees. I tried to keep the window open, but someone kept emptying large amounts of glass into a bin outside my window at 7.40am every morning. It was so loud and woke me up, even with ear plugs!

Very nice staff and helpful to provide recommendations for the local area. Check-out was at 10am which was a little early for me, but the staff allowed me to stay until 11am which helped. Breakfast was basic, but in terms of value, this was extremely good value as an overall package compared to the other hotels. Towels, soap, ironing board are all included with a kettle and you can ask for coffee/tea at breakfast.

I stayed in a room on the road side which you can hear the trams in the morning if you have the window open, but this is the benefit of being so centrally based and close to the river.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, nice and helpful.

Despite that the daily room cleaning service is included with no extra cost, it turns out we have to ask for it on the day you want the emotion to be cleaned. However to be fair, the clearly mentioned that on several posters, one of which is next to where the rooms are located, and you can ask for it every single day without having to pay an extra penny.

The place is really nice and close to the old center. The room was clean and big enough. The breakfast is ok and fresh. There is elevator, a big plus for the building, and they have a private terrace in the backyard. Tram station very close.

Since there is no air conditionated (as mentioned in the description) we had to sleep with open windows and it was a bit noisy from the street. But it is ok.

Stayed in the Superior Double Room which was incredibly spacious and wonderful value for money for people staying for multiple nights. There were only two of us but there was certainly room for four if there was extra bedding. Check-in was easy and didn't require contact with staff. This was not an issue for us but if looking for extremely present staff perhaps other accommodation would be more suiting. Location is good, plenty of restaurants around and also ideal for walks around Kazimierz, and trams nearby bring you into Old Town easily. Our room was amazing value for money.

Perhaps there could have been a reception area but this did not bother us on our visit.

Location: 10-12 minutes walk from the very centre, 5 minutes from the Wawel castle. In a quiet side-street, yet easily accessible by quite a few tram lines. 7/24 grocery store right at the corner. Staff: very helpful. Breakfast: that we had it in the price :) . Nothing fancy but still we had a choice of cereals, pancakes, bread, scrambled eggs etc..

Smoke was creeping into my non-smoking room under the door. Do not expect the room to be cleaned / towels changed during your stay. The bed could've been more comfortable.

The room was nice, the location also good. The staff was helpful.

The breakfast. So, the breakfast was good but the girl who is working there..., I think she need help, because if there are many people she can't manage alone the problems. There was 3-4 people... they are just wait in the line because there was no food in the caseis. So, that is why I say..she need more help.
