Spacious classic hotel rooms with everything that you need. Very clean. Pleasant staff. Great location. Awesome breakfast. Overall bit pricy, but good value for the money.

No air conditioning, so if it is hot, your only hope are open windows. We did that, but our windows direction was into the inner yard, where the restaurant tables are. Despite quiet hours starting at 10pm and the restaurant closing at 00, there was a noisy group of people sitting there and being loud up until 01am. We arrived tired and couldnt get to sleep because of them, and couldnt close the windows because it was hot.

As soon as I walked into the hotel, I was was made very welcome by the receptions.. The room was spacious, very clean , very comfortable bed , air conditioning was perfect, lovely big shower , always hot water.. The cleaning ladies made up the rooms with fresh towels , bed linen and bottled water every day.. The breakfast was well worth the money, it had such a large selection of food.. I would highly recommend for short or long stays.. I had 8 lovely nights in this hotel..

It had sky tv , the only English speaking program’s was the news 😢, but there was so many beautiful places to see in Warsaw it didn’t really bother me too much

Hotel Gromada is centrally located a short walk from the main street heading toward old town. This street is loaded with restaurants and shops. On Saturday and Sunday, this street turns into a walk platz with merchants selling goods. Lots of clubs are located within walking distance to include a longer walk to those located along the river. Museums, monuments, city transportation all are within walking distance making navigation easy and Uber travel inexpensive with no need for a car.

The key for me was to have air conditioning. Being able to read Polish was key because only after reading Gromada's page, I was able to know that specific rooms had ac-climatization (AC). I did have AC only because I learned what to look for "Deluxe room". Many online pages do not highlight which rooms have AC included. Gromada is up front in their polish description what is included.

Great location in central part with a lot of shops and all kind of restaurants nearby, also just 15 minutes walk to old downtown , perfect food in restaurant and at the breakfast, good WiFi.

Poor reception during checking- Uzbek trainee was completely useless to offer accommodation we asked for (we came for medical procedure and asked to give rooms nearby - he gave at different floors in different buildings of the hotel!!! Only next receptionist helped, because hotel was half empty, he found necessary solution later, but we fall in stress during first hours of stay.

Excellent room ( 309 ) not overlooked by offices etc . Very good location for Metro, buses to Lazienki and Wilanow and train station. Easy walking distance to museums and Old Town. The breakfast was excellent in quality and quantity if one needed more ! It was wonderful to find a kettle. We can not live without frequent cups of tea Excellent . It was also also great to have a fridge to keep drinks .

We asked for a room with a bath. When we arrived we were first told that it would be difficult to get one. We could have a room with a shower. Wladyslaw the most helpful person at reception however found room 309 with a bath but with two single beds. Both in our 70s a bath was more important to relax in after a day sightseeing than any romance ,after 45 years marriage, in a double bed ! The choice was easy !!!!!!!! We feel that a bigger waste paper basket would have been useful. The one in the bath room was tiny.

Very pleasant hotel, cosy rooms, clean and nice ambiance. Quiet and comfortable hotel rooms. The only thing missing was air conditioning and a fridge. Breakfasts were fantastic, very tasty and with such a wide selection! The overall impression of the hotel is very good. Thank you very much for a pleasant stay!

The only thing we were shocked by on the first day after arrival was a very unpleasant receptionist with rude behaviour, Antonina, we only asked to change the details on the invoice for reimbursement purposes at the university. Although we apologised several times and tried to be helpful, she was very arrogant. We preferred to avoid the reception area for the rest of our stay. However, the other staff were very pleasant. We dealt with the same request at the end of our stay at the hotel when extending our stay by a day longer, when the young receptionist (male) kindly accommodated us without any problem.

Originally I was given very small room with a very small bed, looking out on to the tin roof. The room was very hot. No air conditioning. I wasn't even offered a fan ( some customers were given a fan) When I rung the reception to ask about different room, the other receptionist was very helpful and offered me another room for an additional cost. So only then I started enjoying my stay.

Good central location, easy to find, underground parking, many breakfast options (for a 3 star hotel). Bed linen was ironed and felt clean. There was a kettle in the room with coffee and tea, also 2 bottles of water every day.

Noisy construction site outside the window. Complicated access to room (we had to enter the bigger building, take an elevator or stairs to an overpass to a smaller building, then use a different elevator to get to our room). People from underground parking can use elevator to access rooms directly without being seen by reception staff, it feels unsafe. No fridge or air conditioning in the room. Smell from the toilet. NB: rooms were very overpriced for our stay due to Beyonce concert so I kind of feel more disappointed than I would be had I payed normal price.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel which left me with a range of impressions. While some aspects were very good, there were a few drawbacks that slightly tarnished my overall experience. The room we stayed in was comfortable. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a spacious and tastefully decorated environment. The hotel provides a daily supply of water and instant coffee/tea in the room. Moving on to the bathroom, I must commend the hotel for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. The bathroom was spotless. Speaking of cleanliness, the hotel overall upheld a commendable level of hygiene. The hallways and common areas were consistently tidy. This attention to cleanliness undoubtedly contributed to the overall positive experience during my stay. Another standout feature of this hotel was its prime location. Situated in a convenient part of the city, it offered easy access to various attractions, shopping districts, and public transportation. The hotel's strategic positioning allowed me to explore the city effortlessly. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Despite these strengths, there were a few areas where the hotel fell short. The bed, unfortunately, was not up to par with the overall quality of the room. It felt somewhat worn-out and lacked the desired level of comfort. Similarly, the pillows provided were rather lackluster, failing to offer the support and plushness one would expect. Additionally, the hotel only had a single lift, which often led to frustrating waiting times, especially during peak hours. While I understand that these situations can be challenging to manage, it did detract from the overall convenience and efficiency of my stay. Lastly, I found the restaurant's menu to be somewhat limited in terms of choices. Although the quality of the food was decent, the lack of variety left me craving for more diverse options.
