We had 2 rooms on the same floor. One of the bigger ones and one of the smaller ones. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was just has expected, light but had enough variety, and impressed with the refreshments available throughout the day at in the lounge/ bar area. I enjoyed the poll, and my husband the gym. As our stay was only for 2 nights, the central location was perfect. The staff were amazing, always smiling, always helpful.

Would have liked to have at least a kettle in the room (as we like making our own hot drinks!), but it was easy enough to get from the bar.

An amazing property in Lisbon. We were upgraded to a suite which was the best surprise of our whole vacation. Everyone is very professional and this hotel does a great job with service and professionalism. The breakfast buffet has something for everyone and we loved sitting in the beautiful lobby breakfast room.We used the fitness room too which was nice to have. The location was very central and also a very pretty place to be.

The only wrinkle we encountered was the Aur conditioning in the lobby was broken during our stay. Luckily this did not affect our room.

My 2 night stay in Lisbon was made even more amazing, by staying at this hotel. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was cleaned to a very high standard. Breakfast had a good choice of food. Would recommend others to stay. I especially enjoyed the pool area for morning dip.

Location. Spacious Room. With excellent natural light and view of the avenue. Cleanliness. Beautiful Lobby (during daytime). Fantastic Breakfast. Pleasant waiters!

Lobby was very dark with only just a very faint light at the reception. As a solo female traveller arriving at mid-night, I felt a bit apprehensive at the beginning - even the taxi driver who dropped me from the airport was suspicious. So the hotel needs to authorise a bit more lighting and repair the hotel external sign post which was not on and can be difficult to identify at night.

Location was great. 10-15 min walk to the sea. The treelined avenue in front of the hotel was a great relief on a very hot day and the shops along the avenue were very good. The room was beautiful with a small balcony. The breakfast was good and really appreciated the free flow of coffee and tea and cake throughout the day. This is a great opportunity to meet people as you decompress from the day's outing. The reception was extremely helpful with trying to call Air Portugal who misplaced my baggage.

A kettle and a mug in the room would have been great for the times, when you just want a cup of tea in your bath robe.

Terrific location, clean hotel, friendly and accommodating staff. Fabulous bathroom, provision of a converter for electrical devices, well-lit - only one complaint - no coffeemaker in the room!

The only thing missing during our stay was a coffee maker in the room. The hotel lobby very graciously provides 24-hour water, coffee, and cookies - however, the coffee in the lobby is very weak and sits on a warmer for an extended period. The lobby has a Nespresso, but it isn't available 24 hours daily - which would have solved the complaint. So, either a 24-hour Nespresso in the lobby, or one in the room, would have made it a phenomenal experience!

We liked the how close to the centre the hotel was, we liked how easy it was to get around Lisboa. The area was fairly clean, healthy mix of multi nationals which added to a cosmopolitan feel. Close to a few parks that offered shade and a cool drink Would highly recommend the Hotel, and even look at staying in the future Well done

The dog poo around the area wasn't great, the hotel room was only accessible by lift which had a maximum of 4 persons, stairs are a healthy option. Small things that didn't affect our stay. But none the less were noticed.

This hotel has real character. The rooms are very generously sized and have a classy, classic decor. Beds are comfortable, room facilities are everything that you need. The decor in the lobby is quirky, but very engaging. Breakfast is very good. Location is ideal - right on the main avenue and close enough to all the central places you'd want to go.

It is not a cheap place to stay (but that's fair enough)

The staff, the bed, the location, the breakfast which was good but very expensive, the quality of the towels, the fact there was always tea, coffee, cookies, and port available free of charge.

Coming from the same category hotel in Porto, and having chosen the superior room in both, the room was much smaller. The bathroom was much smaller as well, had no room to place your toiletry bags, there was a shower curtain which I dislike, and the 2 old fashion rotary faucets were hard to open and get the temperature right. Old fashion might be charming but not in a 21st century bathroom, at least not for me. They might think to add directions on setting the AC

Centrally located, loved the tea, coffee And cakes during the day. Breakfast was good and with everything needed.

Would like a little bit more attention to detail in the rooms - Check if there are two glasses, pack away the holding bag of the blanket, pack away extra cushions to keep it more tidy.
