Location excellent for my purpose

Bathroom drain had a bad smell; housekeeping tried their best to fix it. Had to ask for fresh towels - expected daily refresh!

The location was perfect, close to shops, restaurants and bars. Great starting point to explore the city.

Our experience was beyond words. We are a young couple with a 15 mo old baby and it fitted us like a glove! The apartment was excellent, clean, spacious, and fully equipt. The location is unbelievable, (right on Avenida de Liberdade) but above everything the staff led by Orlando makes you feel like you never want to leave. We Really recommend it, especially for a family vacation.

Wonderful location, right in the middle of the city center and close to all major places to be. Besides the centrality, it's a quite neighborhood, and the building is well isolated (we slept like roses!) We had a nice and spacious room with a wonderful terras: the perfect place for an afternoon coffee with book under the parasol.

For the price of 250 euros/night, we expected at least to have the towels changed on a daily basis, bathroom products (not only handsoap from Lidl supermarkets, but also shampoo, body cream, shower cap, etc.), and extra Nespresso cups (2 cups for 2 persons for the entire 3 nights!?) These things aren't that costly at all and it gives customers a feeling of being really 'welcome'!

Amazing hotel, great room with high quality fittings and finishes. Wonderful location, very peaceful, yet moments from the centre of Lisbon. Staff were outstanding and we will definitely return to this hotel. Highly recommend

Amazing serviced apartment for anyone who loves a lot of space and values a great night's sleep. The mattress is so comfy, curtains totally block the sunlight and the flat feels like it's sound~proof. I am a bad sleeper, but could sleep so well in this flat! Appreciate the quality that Tony Miranda has put into this flat, and you could even say "Bonjour" to him at 9pm every night. Staff are exceptionally polite and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and even miss this flat even though I am paying for a pricier one in Barcelona.

Just wish we could have towels changed every other day instead of once every 4 days. That would be my only suggestion for improvement and I am a very picky client lol!

The customer service of the place was brilliant and so welcoming and the owner gave me a lot of tips of places and best way. Location was brilliant re close to metro. I was extremely grateful after the first night they gave me a duvet to soften the bed as i am not brilliant with hard mattress so did not sleep well the first night. Due to being in front of the building it was a wee bit noisy but not overwhelming so. It does quiten down and you get used to it, although if i was to come again i will try and get a room facing the garden.

Hard bed for me, but the temporary solution of an extra duvet helped out a bit. Its a shame that the room does not have a room safe but it could be me that i could not find it.

Super hospitality and warm, friendly staff. Great size apartment. Great shower and bathroom. Clean and tidy. Our apartment had a garden view, which was quiet. We didn't have any issues with noise in the corridors. The garden itself was peaceful, we enjoyed one evening outside. We didn't rate the recommended 'Zenith' for breakfast, but just further up the road there was Simpli Coffee, which did the best eggs we had in Portugal!

We arrived late (which we had pre-arranged, and it was great to have someone to meet us!) but the apartment building was difficult to find in the dark, as the street was not numbered, and I felt a little unsafe as a female traveller, by the types of people hanging out on the street at night, when I had my luggage. When we went to the parking, the staff member was not waiting for us as promised, so then we doubted we must have the wrong place, and it was very stressful doing this late at night. Just a note on location - it's on a fairly quiet street (lots of aparthotels) just off a busy Avenue with parades of fancy hotels & shops. Perfect for driving in from the airport - but we would have stayed in a more residential location, closer to the water, if we hadn't had the car.

Excellent location and a good base to explore the city. It was close to some very nice restaurants, cafes and cocktail bars but remained quiet at night and noise levels were very low in the apartment. We stayed in a delux studio, it was a lovely bright room, the air con was quiet and I imagine it could be left on overnight without disturbing your sleep, but we only used it to cool the room down then switched it off. The bed was very comfortable, good quality linens and pillows and we both slept excellent for the duration of our stay. We ate out for all meals so can’t comment on the kitchen facilities but the fridge kept our water lovely and cool. The staff were fantastic, they even provided us with a map on arrival and took the time time to highlight and talk us through all the areas of interest and the easiest way we could travel there, even providing the tram numbers. I like that the apartments were staffed 24hrs, not that we needed assistance but it was reassuring. There was also a lovely communal garden If you wished to sit outside and relax. A small swimming pool is also under construction and will be a lovely addition to the outside space. I think these apartments represent excellent value for money and feel very luxurious for the price. I would happily recommend these apartments to family and friends.
