Loved the location and everything was there to use. Very spacious for a 1 bed and lovely and light. The view was over the square and couldn’t have been better. Location was brilliant and you could walk, bolt (taxi app), Tuk Tuk, bus or tram from your doorstep.

I understand it’s an old property. But every night we could hear people taking in another apartment at 3am. Plus I could hear a light switch going on and off quite consistently during the night. Also the last two evenings we thought someone was actually in our apartment. It was someone walking around on the floor above us. Their floors creaked a lot and no sound proofing that why we thought someone was in our apartment. Also not sure if the balcony doors are double glazed as they look it. But being on the square, means you can hear everything.

Location is second to none, very central with a taxi rank and Metro outside the door. Clean, high ceiling attractive apartments, that allowed a double bed and two separate single beds,great for family with teenage kids. Generally a vey high standard with just a few little (easy) things that would have made it even better.

Our apartment was listed as view of quiet side street. In theory if should be, but there are massive renovations going on opposite the narrow alley, that will be going on for a long while (total gutting and renovation with all the noise and dust you'd expect). One apartments intruder alarm went off overnight from late evening until the reception staff were back at 8am, so didn't sleep well that night, plus an early start with the building noise opposite. Nice coffee maker with capsules provided, but oddly no simple sugar sachets or milk provided.

location is the best in Lisbon staff were very kind and helpful. there was a huge rain, and the elevator was flooded. the reception team immediately gave me a second room for my elderly parents on the first floor at no charge. thanks so much!!!!!

Location was superb, directly in front of Rossio Square and Rossio Metro, with the railway station not too far away as well. There were laundry machines available 24/7, which was quite useful as we needed to do a bit of laundry. The hosts sent us emails prior to our stay which really helped to facilitate us getting to and into the apartment. Also, prior to our arrival, they also asked if we had any bed preference since there were 5 of us, which they kindly accommodated! Also, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the design was really interesting, especially the library next to the reception.

I suppose the receptionists could be a bit friendlier in person, because they were in their messages! The luggage area was in the same room as the laundry machines, which could be an uncomfortable thought for some, but all was well during our stay there.

Perfect location in the city center, near to all kind of public transport, most of the sightseeings are on short walking distance, there are lots of cafes and shop nearby. The apartment is equipped with everything needed and it was cleaned every day. The staff is very helpful and replies on any request super fast. Check-in/out is very easy, you are using an access code for unlocking the doors and there is a room where you can leave your luggage after check-out and to keep exploring the city. I definitely recommend it!

The location was excellent - perfect home base for walking and exploring Lisbon. Nice "old Lisbon" space - very charming and authentic; we were 4 people and there was plenty of space. We felt we could live there - felt like home. The common area was a bonus - very cool space - and the staff was very friendly and helpful with questions about the area and apartment.

The sink in the kitchenette is a bit small but was not a problem and the fridge was small and couldn't accomodate larger bottles. One of the beds was not very comfortable, but the staff were helpful in trying to resolve. The lighting was a bit dim in the main room. At night, usually around 00:30, garbage trucks in the alley below were very noisy, but for us not really bothersome and only lasted a few minutes.

no keys needed, code send ahead of arrival. very responsive to questions during stay via whats app. Central location, ideal for the hop on/off yellow bus which starts in the square outside. clean apmt with fridge.

original room had a problem with air conditioner loud noise , even when switched off. It made sleep in this bedroom impossible (our first night - so I eventually slept in lounge area). My review would have been very negative on this, however, we were moved the following day to upgraded room which was fabulous. Note though, issue was Known ahead of our stay, and thus, I'd suggest they take that room off sale until its sorted.

The location could not have been better. We were right on Praça da Figueira and Rossio Square. The rossio square metro station is literally on the door stop. The baixa Market was running while we were there for a food or drink stop! A lot of stuff was in literal walking distance! The apartment was on the small size, we were in one of the attic flats but it was OK for a couple. Any more people and it would have been too small. Overall a fantastic location and clean apartment.

We were on the 5th floor and the loft was out of service for 2 days.

I stayed at Visionaire Apartments in Rossio Square from the 9th to 12th of September 2024, and overall, it was a good experience. Here’s a breakdown: • Location: Absolutely perfect, 10/10. The hotel is in a prime spot with easy access to all the key areas in Lisbon. • Lift: The lift was functional but very small and not the most comfortable. It could use some improvement. • Check-in/Check-out: Very straightforward and hassle-free. No issues at all with the process. • Apartment Condition: Unfortunately, the apartment itself felt quite old. There was a noticeable smell throughout my stay, which I reported to the staff. They mentioned it was due to some work by the municipality, but even though they assured me the smell would go away, it lingered for the duration of my stay. • Facilities: I stayed on the second floor in a one-bedroom apartment. Everything in the apartment worked as expected, and there were no issues with the amenities or functionality. Overall, despite the age of the apartment and the smell, my stay was still enjoyable due to the excellent location and ease of service. I’d rate my experience 9/10.

The communication from the staff was quick and very thorough. They sent me access codes and very detailed instructions on how to get in to the building and apartment. There is free laundry on the first floor which is a NICE amenity for travelers. The apartment was well appointed. Lots of space and everything felt well taken care of. The staff was around during the day to take care of any issues that arise.

I had a small issue on arrival with the elevator. The elevator was stuck on the 5th floor when I arrived at midnight. There was no staff on hand, and I had to make my way to the top floor (6 levels) with a massive suitcase. When I notified the staff the next day, they were apologetic and said that sometimes the door gets stuck. I accepted their apologies, but when I arrived after a 10 hour flight and had to lug all of my things up the steps, it definitely dampened my thoughts of their arrival/welcome!
