Very cute boutique hotel in the heart of Lisbon. The hotel staff is very friendly and attentive, the room feels new and super clean and the breakfast is absolutely delicious! The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower felt amazing after a long day touring. I also liked that they had coffee and tea 24/7 in the lobby— it’s nice to sit down there or outside and relax. You are very close to public transportation options and there’s a row of taxis just outside for a speedy lift— excellent location! I would definitely stay here again!

There’s nothing I don’t like. This is more of awareness for future travelers staying here that if you do have breakfast, the service starts at 8am. Some group tours begin at 8-8:30am. Something to consider to have out for guests in that 7-8am range could be something easy like fruit or granola bars.

Excellent location, excellent hospitality and will definitely recommend to others.The hotel was a home from home and extremely comfortable. The staff were very helpful and kind. We loved everything. The cakes and coffee in the reception were much appreciated in the afternoon and added a nice touch to the cordiality of the place.

The breakfast was fresh and well presented but wasn't necessarily what we would have liked. It was nothing to complain about if that's the kind of continental breakfast you like. This just boils down to personal preference.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Lisbon, very convenient for exploring the city’s vibrant attractions. The rooms are very clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff’s attentiveness truly stood out. Breakfast was a delightful start to each day, and the complimentary afternoon tea with cake every day was an unexpected and charming highlight, adding a special touch to our stay. The hotel is very close to the Rossio square, nice restaurants and attractions, a delicious Nata shop and the famous Ginjinha liquer shop. Simply excellent in every way!

It was the best choice that we could do! Beautiful hotel, excellent stuff and the best location. The breakfast had good quality food and anytime of the day you could have coffee or tea at the lobby for free plus some cake or other dessert.

Comfortable bed, excellent bathroom. Breakfast was good and the drinks (teas and coffees) with complimentary cake and biscuits in the afternoon was very enjoyable. Good central location. The reception staff were extremely helpful and always gave the impression that they were happy to make sure we experienced all that we wanted to during our stay.

We were on the 4th floor and although we had good views there was a bit more noise from the square and surrounding areas than we would have liked. Also, the lift only went as far as the 3rd floor, not a particular issue but occasionally tedious

Property was right in the middle of Lisbon close to numerous tourist attractions. Our room on the 4th floor needed a climb up the stairs from level 3 as higher level not accessible by lift. Difficult for older folk however staff helped out when asked. The attic room was quirky but I hit my head on the low ceiling a few times. However the staff were really good in all departments . Hotel had a beautiful lounge where free coffee was possible while one watched the locals go about their business.

Clean, good location

Noise level - our room faced a square and the noise was all night long. Our room also was next to a outside light so we had a few night that was just very loud- there also was a main square connecting to our square and they had music late in to the night. The other thing was when we had early morning tours - we missed breakfast. I asked if there was a bagged breakfast that they could provide and they said no. No accommodations for missed breakfast were made. I felt like we had paid for a breakfast and didn’t get it. We missed 3 out of 6 breakfasts. There was coffee available.

The location is super central, you have restaurants immediately in front of you. You have the train station as well as the metro in direct walking distance. Also, the famous tram 28 starts 5 minutes walk away from the hotel... Also, you should prepare to be ready to walk, as the hotel is in such a nice place that you will just start to walk and find yourself in the nicest places, and hours away... The personnel was super friendly and also recommended some restaurants for the evenings. The breakfast in the morning was super fresh. Every morning there was fresh fruit salads, the combination of every seeds for your muesli, it was lovely. For all those with milk allergy they also avail different milks. They also provide the possibility of coffee and tea throughout the day, at no extra cost, as well as some cakes or biscuits (including the famous pastel de nata). The showers and the bedrooms were really clean and we felt safe with our staff...

Because the dining room is quite small, the guests have to choose a timeslot for the breakfast to which they should stick. This is usually from 8-9, 9-10, 10-11h.

Everything about this hotel was amazing! Thanks to Sarah, we really felt the "feel like home" experience. The moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted warmly and with a smile. Sarah graciously helped us with dinner reservations and even printed out a list of recommended restaurants in the area. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable with perfect lighting and darkening shades for night. The mattress, pillows, and room temperature were perfect for a good night sleep. There were slippers and all the amenities we needed (even a toothbrush when my husband realized he forgot to pack one). The location was perfect, within walking distance of old Town and shopping. I would definitely recommend this place. The hospitality (thanks to Sarah), the accommodations, and the location were all 10/10
